I would like to give a huge shout-out to Nicholas (Nick) at American Tire in Diamond Bar for his incredible kindness and professionalism. My car was brought in at the very last minute right before closing yesterday due to 2 blown out rims and tires and even though he had every reason to turn me away, he took my vehicle in and kept it safe completely out of the kindness of his heart. He also made life so much easier by allowing me to not have to show up with the tow truck as I had to go pick up my kids from school during the time the tow truck arrived. I sincerely want to share with everyone that Nick went above and beyond - he patiently dealt with my husband and I and the insurance company, treated my car with care, and made the entire stressful situation so much easier when he had no obligation to. What truly impressed me is that he did all this without making a dime from it, since once we were able to speak to the insurance company the next morning, they informed us that his shop was out of network so we opted to get the car re-towed to an in network repair shop. If it weren’t for that in/out of network issue, I have no doubt I would have had them fix it and Nick would’ve had my car fixed immediately and back on the road, as he was ready to get the correct tires within a day. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine, thoughtful and patient these days especially when we have never even met or spoken to each other before this. I cannot express how truly grateful I am and hope good karma finds its way back to him for the way he helped me during such a difficult time. Thank you, Nick, you’re amazing! 🙏🚗💫

American Tire Depot is a great shop to get tires, alignment and flats fixed done right. Jacob was an awesome professional who carefully went over what I needed--two front tires were worn on the treads that needed to be replaced along with an alignment of all 4 tires. He patiently went through all of my options and they were even able to see me out the same day. I have used them in the past and I would highly recommend others to come by their shop and explore their options with American Tire Depot and their wonderful staff.

Drove to the auto shop to get a car battery replacement and Jacob was very helpful and able to assist me right away. Unfortunately I had to leave my car there over night as the car battery was leaking acid. They drove me home and picked me back up the next day to pick up my car. The price I was previously quoted at was too much and what I ended up paying was reasonable. Thank you so much for fixing my car and picking me up the next day! I would recommend them 100% to anyone in the area.

I live on Diamond Bar Blvd. I always feel this shop very reliable. Appointment time always on time, never let me wait too long. As a woman I don’t know how to put air in tire, but every time I go they help me right away, no problem. For any tire issue my family only trust them. This was my second visit and had a brief incident with a tire deflating over time. I was able to do a walk-in. Their team was able to find the problem (a nail inside the tire) and was done in a matter of 10 minutes (with no need for a tire replacement). And it was free of charge! The appointment is useless as they don't really go by appointments time but first come first serve. Appointment set at 9:30AM and even arrived early around 9:10AM to check in as instructed in the appointment email. After I come back around 10:40AM and the car still sitting at the parking lot waiting for service. After they pull my car for service, it only took them around 20 minutes to finish. Maybe they put their old customers as priority which is understandable so I guess they don't need any new consumers? Not cool.

IF YOU OWN A TESLA THIS SHOP CAN DO MOST OF YOUR TIRES AND SUSPENSION WORK! I’ve been coming here for alignments for a few years for my tesla. I recently needed to replace my front lower control arms and the wait at Tesla Center was 3+ weeks out. I looked around and after a few contacts I suddenly remembered the tech here told me once that they work on Teslas. I called and confirm that they do indeed work on them before ordering the parts myself and bringing them down to the shop. The installation took about 4 hours and that included the alignment and test drive. I was able to get in THE NEXT DAY soon after I received my parts. The entire team at this particular location has been nothing but phenomenal. They are transparent, honest, friendly, professional, and courteous. If you have any Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Model S, Model X that need tires, wheel alignment, or any suspension works including upper or lower control arms, axles, sway bars, full shock and spring replacement, don’t hesitate to give them a call. Thank you Joel, Jake, and Nick! You guys rock.
