Had an appointment for my son's car and my wife's car for 8am oil changes today. I had to take the day off to arrange this because my wife and my schedules are opposite. Drove 3 cars there from the neighboring city in order to drop those 2 cars off for the day, only to wait for 45 minutes for someone to open the store. I called multiple times and nobody ever answered or opened the store. We finally left assuming it was not going to open for the day. I called at 9:15 and the manager Zach answered. I asked what time they open today and he said, "well we were supposed to open at 8 today but I slept in." Then told me to have a good day. Glad you got your sleep Zach. You wasted my whole families time, money, and gas. We and nobody I know will ever go here again. How do businesses like this stay open? Crazy **Post Midas Owner Response Update** The fact that there was literally nothing offered by Zach or the owner for the waste of my time, gas and money is even more crazy. Had I wasted multiple customer's time as the owner or manager, I'd likely try to compensate them with something, as simple as a measly 10%off or something. I would have never used it because I will never give such a poorly ran establishment my business ever again. But it would be a gesture that at least shows they care about your time and money. If you're planning on giving this company your money, I'd suggest afternoon appointments.

Made an appointment for an oil change, I had a coupon that clearly stated price for synthetic blend or full synthetic, when I got to the location and showed the employee at the office my coupon, he immediately said European cars did not qualify. Nowhere in the coupon did it state types of vehicles. The attendant was really rude saying coupon only covers regular cars. He seemed annoyed when we said we weren’t doing the service, since the coupon is deceiving and does not mention European cars. We have another coupon for another mechanic and he is honoring the price on his coupon for my vehicle. Employee at the front desk needs a different job he enjoys, he has poor attitude.

I found Groupon for a full synthetic oil change.. great price. I called to make an appointment. They give text replies. When i got there it wasn't too busy so you might get in without an appointment .. Easy in and out service. They did offer other things like internal filter change but never was pushing extras.. highly recommend

I want to start off by saying thank you to Zack and the team over here at Midas in Diamond Bar these people are truly what Mechanic Shops need to strive for with the level of professionalism, transparency, and integrity. I came to Zack with a problem and a budget and he stayed true to his word with being able to help me out where I needed it the most. My Jeep has had issues for about 9 months and I’ve been quoted Thousands above what Zack was able to quote me at and it truly felt like someone had my back in this situation after feeling like everyone just wanted my money and me to kick rocks. Talk about customer service. Been to many shops over the years, but the level on confidence, reassurance, and just no bs overall realness had me in utter shock. The manager, Eric and his new mechanic Sal, listened to my concern, drove my car with me to be sure they understood what issues and noises I brought it in for, and didn't push due unnecessary services. The listed priority wise to fix my issues, than planned out the future repairs needed based on priority. Last 2 visits had me not wanting to come back, but was in a bind, and damn i lucked out here with the new management. 🙏

Got my van for an oil change at this location. Pretty easy to get an appointment and very efficient on notification of the appointment. There is a Groupon special for oil change on your car or van. Follow the instruction to get an appointment after the coupon purchased. Nothing sure about other services but the regular maintenance is fine. Zack checked us in and you can see the work bay as you’re waiting for your car for services.
