Horrible place to get your car washed! Don't ever go here! Took them two and half hours to wash my boyfriends car when they said 40 minutes tops. Plus they didn't even do that good of a job. It's still dirty. We are never going here again!!! Would give no stars but it won't let you post if you do that.

Not a good value. Very slow even though they don't have much business. If you want your car washed at the end of the day...you better arrive 30 minutes before closing...because the manager might send everyone home and close early.

Just left here. The attendant literally would not allow me to get anything other than their most expensive service. All I needed was a basic wash. Heck my car just got painted and detailed a month a go.

Great car wash. I got the hand wash and wax and they did an amazing job inside and out. Great pricing for the quality. Plenty of staff on hand so they get you done quickly.

Took my car here and paid 40 bucks for the detail wash. I opened my trunk and (1)water dripped, (2) i still saw some debree on the carpet, and (3) the inside was not detailed! i asked them why it wasn't detailed and they said because it was a new car??? They told me if i wanted a full detail that it would be like $200? Never going here again! i do not recommend this place.

Paid 60.00 dollars for a 10.00 car wash! this place is the worse! if you want a quick fix then go for it, But if you want QUALITY and some people who care about your car, do not go here. I bought the express detail and the guy upsold me from a reg car wash (15.95 to a 60.00 DETAIL) Got my car back and the wheels were terrible, the inside was not vacuumed well. I went back and they offered me a basic car wash as a redo. I said No THANK YOU! not today , they gave me a voucher. But I will not be using it at all. Anyways DO NOT GO HERE

Went back today to try to retrieve my passenger side floor mat which they removed and never replaced. They washed the car about 2 weeks ago and I just noticed the mat was gone. Spoke to the manager and got an attitude from him. He said he had no mats there. So I asked do you throw them out? He said no we don't, but you waited 2 weeks. If they don't throw them out, what difference does it make if it was 2 weeks ago? I asked to speak to the owner. At first the manager told me he wasn't there, but then miraculously he was in his office. I explained the problem to the owner and he was a bit more professional but basically even though I assured him, they were the only ones to remove the mats he said well you're assuming we did it. At that point I ended the waste of time. Not good for a dying business... A apology and perhaps an offer of a coupon would have gone a long way for them to keep a customer and take responsibility. Frankly, I can replace the mat. They weren't that expensive but the attitude and the run around made it so that they lost a customer.

The gas pumps here suck!! First of all, you put your card in and you expect for the reader to ask for your pin and insturctions, but it just stays blank and you are left wondring what to do next, cant even get your card back out becuase it has been locked in.... I finally get it to work only for fuel to be flowing super slow into my tank, it was taking forever I just put 20 bucks in and left... definatly one of the worst gas stations I have been to.

This has been my favorite place to have my car detailed for several years. Although I don't live in San Diego anymore, I always take my car there every time I do go back. They always remember me and when I drove a Honda, they always treated it like it was a fancy car. I drive a different car now but they're still the nicest and friendliest folks. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car detailed quickly and done thoroughly.

Broken gas pumps that don’t work except to put a massive hold on your card (I tried multiple). An absolute scam; not sure how you can call yourself a gas station if you can’t actually sell gas because all your pumps are too old and busted.

These guys are great! Not very many hand wash operations out there and I'm lucky because this one is right by my work! Was able to drop my vehicle off at approx 10:30am for the exterior detail and they had it all done, shiny and new, when I came to pick it up at 3pm. Facility is clean and operation is orderly. I will continue to bring my car back to them for future car washes as needed.

Terrible job today. Paid extra to get the inside wiped. They were wiping with dirty towels and made the inside dirtier after the wash than what it was before. Asked the guys to wipe it down a little better and he only made it worse. Also, they left the car smelling terrible. I had to ask them to spray the air freshener which they were supposed to have done as part of the wash. Got frustrated and left. I usually never leave reviews but this was beyond ridiculous. I should get my money back. I should have taken photos before I went home and cleaned the whole thing myself. I was just so annoyed.

“I visited this car wash recently, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. While the car cleaning itself was decent, I realized afterward that two of my iPhone chargers were stolen during the service. It’s extremely disappointing to feel like you can’t trust the staff handling your vehicle. I tried to address the issue with the management, but I didn’t receive any helpful resolution. This has left me questioning their professionalism and the safety of personal belongings while using their service. I won’t be returning to this car wash and recommend others to be cautious about leaving valuables in their cars here.” Let me know if you want to tweak it further.

I have gone to the Americana Car Wash for years. They will make your car spotless and not scratch the paint in the process. Better to go on Thursday or Saturday when they are less busy. Speak with Bob(Owner) or Victor if you are not satisfied. They always make it right.

Extremely rude. Refused access to air/water despite it being legally required. I was a customer until this happened. Vote with you dollars. Please avoid this place. Also, please ignore the BS response from the owner trying to save face. If he cared he wouldn't have been an abrasive cheapskate in the first place.
