This place was wonderful! They were very quick with the diagnostics and repairs on my vehicle. I was even given a ride back to my house so I wouldn't have to wait at the shop for my car. The service and professionalism here was incredible, I would highly recommend for all car needs! The oil changes here are less expensive and greater quality than other places in town too. I will be a returning customer!

These guys are saviors! My teenage daughter got a flat in the middle of changeover season on a snow day and we couldn’t find a shop anywhere who would help us. Anchorage Auto was booked just like everyone else but were the ONLY ones who said send her over and we will try to get her tire fixed and they did! They fixed it fast too! Amazing customer service - went the extra mile and I truly appreciate it!!

We came to Anchorage Auto Services in need of a last-minute oil change on a Sunday before a long road trip. The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was quick and well-priced. They also had a comfortable waiting room, and we were so glad to have found them!

A guy answered the phone and didn't even state which company it was for. He just said, "How can I help you?" No, hello. I then asked if they do tire change overs, and he said "yes but I'll be right back. Give me one second." I've now been on hold for 5 minutes when I'm only calling for a tire change over quote. Very unprofessional, I'm disappointed with how much this business is praised, and I have never gotten services here before. I ended up hanging up. I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes.

Great service and reasonably priced. Vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Fixed an issue that I thought was going to cost a great deal more. I can’t recommend them enough! Best auto service experience I've ever had. I managed to tweak one of my windshield wipers from the snow and called here. I was able to get it looked at and promptly fixed the next day. They took the time to confirm it was fixed by showing me and mentioning how to help prevent this from happening again which I really appreciated. The price was substantially less than I anticipated which was awesome too. We plan to bring our vehicles here for repair for any future needs.

I love this place! I’ve struggled to find a good mechanic in the past and it seems like there are less and less of them in Anchorage, but these guys are amazing. I came to them with some concerns about my cooling system in my engine. I also knew I needed to get new tires and have my brakes done, but didn’t even bring it up as I figured they would be way too booked with it being PFD week and right before winter. They gave me a call and thoroughly explained the issues with my vehicle, awaiting my approval for any services performed. In the past I’ve had mechanics “fix things” and just say “alright that’ll be $1000” with no explanation or consent. These guys are very knowledgeable and great at explaining things to people who aren’t well versed in car knowledge (aka myself 🤣). Within one day these guys diagnosed that the issue with the cooling system was a simple fix done with just a coolant flush, did an oil change, installed new brake pads and new winter tires, replaced my spark plugs amongst a few other things. All of this was done for a little under $1700. Most places I’ve looked at tires have quoted me close to $1000 just for the tires themselves. I didn’t even have an appointment and they did all of this in less than 24 hours. I think I have found my forever auto shop, can’t say enough good things about this place!

When I first went to this shop, it was minor issue few years ago. I still went to them when I need minor issues. Now this time I was worried about my transmission. I brought my car to them, their communication still great. Told that my transmission was no good and will order one for my car. With one regular mechanic man, he took care of my car. He looked after my best interest and also he was reasonable for me. Well more like for my family because my car mini suv. The transmission work didn’t take long. Plus side. I seen this auto shop grew and their other business. These men took take care us.

I needed some emergency repairs done on my Jetta and called them for an appointment on Tues. They got me in the next day and provided a comprehensive quote for the repairs. They found some other safety related issues on my car and called me back to see if I wanted them to fix those issues too and provided a new quote. The price was reasonable so I had all the work done with them. All the work was done in 2 days and had my car back on Friday of the same week. I am very pleased with the work done and the customer service. They called every day to give updates and provided great service for a reasonable price. I will use them again in the future.

In the midst of all the tire change over craziness in town, I stopped by before noon and these guys prioritized changing my tires. You guys were efficient with communication and timeliness for likely a huge probably painful car project, thank you for looking for the best deals on parts for me too, this economy is tough. Lol. It barely ran before and now y’all fixed her right up. The only down side is there wasn’t detailed service repair paperwork to show for, besides a payment receipt but in fairness, you guys charged 1/3 of what a dealership probably would’ve charged so I’m still happy. I’ll be back :)

This shop fit me in within one day to replace all the rotors on my truck so I could tow a trailer through Canada, even though it meant working overtime. They didn’t charge me extra, though. The price was very reasonable, on the low end of the quotes I received. A wonderful job all around. I’ll be taking all of my auto repair and maintenance jobs here!
