2002 Ford F150. I'm a DIY guy. After trying to do it myself and running into problems over and over. I let these guys take a look at it. They found the broken part and what I did wrong and remedied it. The cost was fair. The staff were great and they fixed my issue. Highly recommend this shop.

I used Andale auto service on the recommendation from a friend. I couldn't find a decent shop in Wichita. It was a bit of a drive yet well worth it. The work was solid, honest, and second to none. I'll drive to have this shop do my repairs from here on.As a side note, when I Goggle search for Andale auto service, it had 5 stars. To be in business since 1979 and have a perfect rating speaks volumes of this shop. I looked again and it had 4.8. You'll now find 1-1 star review ( which reads fishy). In my book, its always going to be 5 stars.

Again Steve and his team did a fantastic job. What appeared to be a leaky radiator turned out to be loose hose clamps. They found the water pump bearings were bad (reason for the noise I was hearing). They flushed the coolant system and replaced the water pump. A radiator replacement would have been cheaper but I'm glad they found the water pump issue before I would have needed a tow truck.

I highly recommend Steve and the gentleman at Andale Auto. Since I’ve discovered Andale auto I will not let anyone but them touch my vehicle(s). They treat you like family and their honesty and sincerity is worth more than their already reasonable (and in my experience, lower) prices. I have a 30 year old travel van and and have driven all over the western US. They have done brake work, exhaust, and numerous other maintenance things. Sure it was in decent shape, but Steve has gone above and beyond to keep it in great running shape while not once doing unnecessary work. I had an issue, stuck in New Mexico…..I called Steve and he walked me through the problem and I fixed it myself just as I was about to throw away 1000 dollars in NM over a loose connection that took a second to plug in. He saved me from two states away. They are good people. Not to mention, their quality of work is second to none. I can’t tell you enough to give Andale Auto a shot. If you live in Wichita it is well worth the drive and you won’t waste your time and money anymore.

I am new to the area, and I was looking for a shop that has a few years of experience for my 03 Honda Element, I've used "Name Brand" shops in town but they keep messing everything up. I think I have found my new trusted mechanics. They were very booked up, so I explained my situation and they worked with me and got my car in as a drop off. 2 others (name brand shops) could not find why my radiator fluid kept "vanishing". These guys found it in a day, had it repaired asap. They answered all my questions and acknowledged my concerns. I had slight issues when I got it home and they took it right back in and re-checked everything in less than an hour. (turned out to be nothing) I've crawled around my car after getting it back, I usually do my own repairs, but I found nothing to nit-pick. Price was very affordable which had me surprised. 10/10 will keep them in mind for future issues. Trust me, my car always has issues.
