Me & my boyfriend (17 yrs old) we’re on our way to Panama City Beach, Florida for vacation & 11 hrs into our 14 hr trip our waterpump started leaking & gasket blew due to hitting something in the road. We literally had abt 5 mental breakdowns until we were able to get ahold of George & he told us to bring it in right away. As soon as we got there he was already outside looking at it before we even got out the car. He was very kind & very trustworthy. He made sure our vehicle was drivable & safe with 0 leaks before sending us back off on our trip. After fixing our vehicle at a reasonable price they offered us jamaican food from their food truck to make sure we ate something & then we made our way back onto the road. We would most definitely recommend this place, for very good service & for very good people. *he even stayed an hour & a half later than closing just for our saftey

If you’re looking for a mechanic !! DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO TO George Anderson OR Anderson Automotive IDK IF HE PURPOSEFULLY DIDNT BOLT MY ENGINE AND OTHER PARTS DOWN or if he misplaced my nuts bolts and screws while he had it in his garage with little to no light. I got my vehicle back in March and every week it’s been something new, My power steering pump lines flew off and all my fluid leaked out and I called him and he told me $400 !! I had a trusted family friend look at it and he bolted the lines back down and didn’t charge me anything. I just don’t like that it sounds and feels like this man tried to take advantage of me and my spouse. My oil filter cover also was not bolted down, then my vehicle started squeaking and my serpentine belt broke, come to find out the NEW alternator he had us purchase was not installed properly either🤦🏿‍♀️ like I said idk if it was purposeful or not but be aware. Just because people have shops and certifications don’t mean they gonna do you right. To all business owners !!! Treat customers fairly !!!! Treat people with integrity!!! Stop trying to scam people and get over !!!

I came in mid day on a Saturday of a holiday weekend, after breaking down on the way back through Montgomery from the beach. George was able to diagnose and fix my issue that day so that I was not stranded - even going above and beyond and going all over town to get the necessary parts. Not sure what I would have done that day without his kindness and work ethic! He stayed late to make sure I was good to go. (Bonus - the Jamaican food truck right next door is amazing.)
