This place is absolutely terrible. I went in at 4:30pm on Friday afternoon to get a singular wheel bearing changed and was told to come back at 8am because it would take too long and they were closing at 6:30pm. It does not take two hours to change a wheel bearing. Regardless I left and returned the following morning to be left waiting outside the shop for over an hour. They couldn’t even bother to order the part in the two hours of business they had left the night before. Extremely unprofessional. Will tell everyone I know this place is terrible and recommend other mechanic shops.

In 2019 I needed a car due to working out of town. They had me waiting from morning till night on my choices for a car. By night time I took the last option. I winded up with a lemon within less than a month. The dealership charged me thousands of dollars. I remembered seeing this repair shop when getting off on the wrong bus stop 1 day. So I looked to google to see how their service was. To my surprise lots of people had one thing in common. Good low price and good quality work as well as nice people. I am so glad I went there. Andino fixed my car for 1/5th of what the dealership wanted which was awesome to me and I haven't had a problem with my car computer system since. I have since had radiator issues, It was a back n forth with the warranty co but Andino got me taken care of with very low out of pocket. That was back in 2019/2020, one thing I know for sure. These people are not greedy. I mean they will charge you according to the problem but you will never pay the MAX prices you would at your dealerships or other mechanics. Oh one more thing, they don't keep your car longer than they have to and that's few days. "Thank you Andino for all your great services" In these uncertain times we are going through I had forgotten to leave a review but I am grateful to have found them cause this Lemon keeps coming up with stuff but overall it's a great car. So I will continue to take my car to Andino for as long as they'll have me.👉😁👍

I wish I didn’t have to write this review but I referred my boyfriend to have his car fixed when his car started overheating. He drives a 2006 Mercedes ML350. The coolant, stop engine off light came on. The coolant was spraying out of the reservoir cap. We left the car there for days and had to repeatedly message the mechanic to even get any answers. Finally we got an answer that the water pump needed to be replaced. When he did the work he didn’t allow us to pay CC we had to Zelle. My boyfriend drove the car off the lot and within 20 min the same issue was happening again. When we called the mechanic he said it’s probably the head gaskets. For those of you who don’t know… replacing them typically costs more then the cars worth. He told us he would not issue a refund for the water pump either which means he took our money knowing the car is no longer drivable. We are very upset. This $700 could have gone towards a new car. Very disheartening. I thought I finally found a trustworthy mechanic.

Do not come here if you want to get disrespected by the staff. I came to this location through a recommendation by a local. When looking for someone to talk to regarding body work, one of the employees in a hostile tone stated that the office was in the front, repeating himself multiple times like I was child getting scolded. Once I found the office, he then in a condescending manner stated “You didnt see the office, it’s right there”. I felt completely disrespected and advised him that no I did not and that’s when he apologized because he realized that he was talking to me disrespectfully. I went inside the office and two employees looked at me in disgust while eating. I asked my question and they looked at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about and said they only do interior work on cars. I told them thank you and have a great day. I cannot believe Andinos employees lack respect and treat customers poorly and not valuing customer service, over a simple question. I would give zero stars if I could. 😡👎🏽
