My car reheated in Downtown. So I googled and Salum’s mobile Mechanic was the first option shown. I called him and we agreed for him to come to check my vehicle after explaining the issue and paying a 120.00 fee. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I don’t know anything about cars but he explained me in a way I could easily understand. He changed the thermostat as well and that was another fee which was fair. He told me the engine fans were not working but I just wanted to go back home as I lived very far from Downtown. Luckily I got home safe. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Best mobile mechanic experience I have ever had. Adam replaced the alternator in my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta. He was competent, personable, honest, and very meticulous in his workmanship. Additionally, he performed a number of diagnostic assessments to rule out issues that may have caused my alternator to go bad, where he easily could have taken advantage of me by telling me other parts that needed to be replaced. I wouldn't have known any better, but Adam did not take advantage of me, and for that alone, words can not express my gratitude. Salum Mobile Mechanic will definitely be called again, and I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing car trouble. Thank you, Adam.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic that does great work, you found it! I had an incident where I knocked the front belly shield loose on my car. Since it was still attached on the back end, I did not want to drive and risk ripping it the rest of the way off. I reached out to several mobile mechanics and they either did not show up, did not call back, or said they did not do this kind of work. I even had one hang up on me when i told them i lived at the beach. Salum picked up the phone, gave me a good price, and showed up on time at my place to fix my problem! The cost was the same as if I would have driven to the Ford dealership to have it fixed. He was fast, honest, and did a great job. I highly recommend his services!

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. HE TOLD ME ONE PRICING STRUCTURE THEN CHARGED ME MORE AND DOES NOT SHOW UP FOR APPOINTMENTS. (9 days of missed appointments in a row after I already paid him) Full story: told me $130 for diagnostic then if it’s a simple fix after that it wouldn’t be more. he showed up the first time and ended up needing to replace the shift linkage bushing ($7 on amazon) and it took him literally 5 min to do. Charged me $300 even though he said a simple job wouldn’t be more than the $130!!! IT GETS BETTER I went to go use my car the next day and it didn’t work. I made appointments with him to fix it again for 9 DAYS IN A ROW (leaving work every time to come home to meet him) and he didn’t show up a single time. No text, no call. Nothing. Finally got so fed up and ordered the part myself and fixed it in literally 10 min. $7 total. 10 min job Do not use this guy. So unorganized and I felt misled by how the pricing and repairs were handled EDIT: He just responded to this saying i was being dishonest and then what he wrote is false. so I added photos of our conversations proving what I posted and proving that what he wrote is inaccurate. these photos do NOT include the multiple times I called him to reschedule and he didn’t show up as well. What he wrote is false that he came 2 times. he only came the once. Also false about “showing me how to do it”. I didn’t get under the car and watch it at all. He told me the 1 part he used then I looked it up on youtube. Also false saying that he was transparent with me telling me that the part wasn’t the right one before he installed it. He only said that after it broke the next day after the “repair” (all of this is even shown in the texts) Don’t write false responses on here Adam. people have receipts. Just shows this guy’s character. Don’t use him.

Update, i will fill out a report in the police dont forget i have your text apologizing over and over i will take this as a treath. When you call asking to remove the review and told me you will give my money back i was decent enough to tell you just give me half and we call it a day. Now all your customers or potential will see the texts you send me I was so right there is nothing worse than a man without a word. I did tell you to fix my car. There nothing sadder than a man without word.  Adam called me back and told me he charges 150.00 for diagnostic. If i did the work with him the 150 will be use to cover parts and service. I accepted his tems and he came by.  He checked the car my AC was not working when i turned it on but tha that day it was working. He swithched a couple of fuses and gave me an credible explanation and told me "90% that should be the issue, if is not call me back and i will come by the 150 will cover".  Ok I trusted him. When i started the car on a day later the AC was not working. I called him and he said he will come by Saturday.  I called him on Friday to confirm, then Saturday morning a call and a text he answered the text that he will come by in the afternoon, i did not leave the house waiting but no call, no text, no answer.  Just called him and he sent me to VM.  So I guess he needed the 150 more than me.  Conclusion Dishonest person.  Let see his bullying answer.

This was a 10/10 experience. After having driven several cars over the years and dealing with variety of maintenance issues - I know dealerships or garages can be over priced and disrespectful of your time. Adam was the complete opposite. He came the same day I reached out and was able to diagnose my problem and have it repaired in a little over an hour. Also saved me god knows how much money. He’s a true master of his craft and you can tell by the way he works and the quality of his work. Cannot recommend him enough and plan to use this company for all future mechanic work.
