My friend’s Lamborghini Urus had what seemed to be a slow leak. Later, we realized the rim was bent and upon closer inspection we realized the rim had a massive crack. It was a 3 piece aftermarket very expensive rim. I googled places nearby and this shop came up. I called and spoke with Juan. Juan gave us options and one of them being he could come get the rim off the truck and have it taken to his shop to be fixed. We chose that option but when Juan received it, the rim was badly damaged. He said he could weld it or replace the barrel. He gave us the advantages and disadvantages of both options. We chose to replace the barrel. Juan worked over the weekends and Christmas holidays to ensure we had the car on December 27th. The repair was immaculate and Juan touched base with me every single day for almost 2 weeks. He was apologetic, professional and kind. I am so grateful to have had Juan take care of this problem. It is already hard when you own an extremely expensive luxury vehicle- to leave it in the hands of a stranger. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone else who has a high end vehicle. Thank you Juan for EVERYTHING!! 10 stars ⭐️

They took care of me better than anybody could have in the situation I found myself in with a flat tire. I just barely made it there and they got me in and out within 30 minutes brand new tire I was able to drive all the way back to Maryland no issue and a month later. Tire is still good. I had hit a really bad pothole several months ago, and last weekend when I went to get new tires my shop discovered one of my rims was badly bent. They referred me to Ramirez Tire Services to get it repaired. This morning I showed up without an appointment, and they were able to complete the repair in less than an hour. After inspecting the rim the staff member (sorry, I didn’t get her name) discussed the price and timeframe with me before beginning the work. After the work was complete they showed me a video documenting how badly the wheel was out of round before, and how perfectly round it was upon completion. Very impressive work, very professional service, and a reasonable rate as well. Good value for the money. I am a very pleased customer and though I hope it won’t be necessary, I will definitely be back if I ever need their services again. Highly recommended!
