Yo, lemme tell ya — these guys are straight up legit, for real! Customer service? Off the chain, bro. Maintenance? They got it on lock. The shop? Big as hell, you can find anything there, no cap. Absolutely disappointed with this shop. After completing four paid oil changes — exactly as stated on their own card — the 5th oil change is supposed to be FREE. Instead, they only gave me a small discount and refused to honor the actual promotion printed on their card. This is misleading, dishonest, and feels like a scam to loyal customers. On top of that, the manager is consistently rude, dismissive, and acts like he’s doing customers a favor instead of providing a service. Prices are also noticeably high, especially considering that I’ve brought my motorcycle here multiple times for repairs and maintenance. I’m writing this review so others are aware: Promotions are not honored as advertised Customer service is rude and unprofessional Prices are high, even for loyal, returning clients There are plenty of honest mechanics in Miami — I recommend looking elsewhere.

I've been to many businesses like this, and when you ride up on your motorcycle or scooter, they don’t see a customer — they see a dollar sign. I went to four different places just to get some lights installed on my scooter. One shop told me I was going to burn out my battery, another said they would charge me $250 because it would take several hours, and another wanted me to leave it overnight. And so on and so on. I found this business on Facebook and got in touch with them. They told me, “The parts you need for your scooter, we have them.” They installed the lights my scooter needed, and they even gave me the parts for free. Not only that — they also sell scooters and motorcycles. And if you're coming from out of state and don’t have a vehicle, you can rent a scooter from them. Their prices are very reasonable. I spoke to a couple who rented a scooter for $80 for the whole week and weekend. Other places charge $100 an hour. From now on, even though they're far from me, I’ll be going to them and sending my family too — and every one of my family members owns a motorcycle. If you're looking for a business that will treat you like family, go here, please. The mechanics and customer service team are very knowledgeable. And don’t just take my word for it — look at the reviews. They’re excellent at what they do.

These guys are Absolutely great. I dropped my bike off at 3 PM for two new tires, and by 3:30. I was already getting a call that my bike is done. They do not play around and they have amazing service. Also, their customer service is great. Fair pricing and service is the best thing we can ask for. I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times.

Avoid at all costs, I am extremely disappointed in this business. The mechanic (Anivel) is lazy, and the manager (Edward) is untrustworthy, rude, and dismissive. I calmy and professionally confronted the manager/mechanic about this lack of honoring of promotions as well as the service quality. I was given nothing but "sorry, that is just the way it is here." Very dismissive and demeaning. Avoid this shop or you WILL learn the hard way. Look at the other negative reviews, they are consistent with my experience. Here are exactly the issues I experienced: ISSUE #1: I paid $100 for a pre-purchase inspection. I watched the whole time as they worked on my bike. They spent LESS than 5 minutes on it. I had to literally ask the mechanic to please take it for a test-drive as the throttle was getting stuck and clutch cable is loose. He agreed, with attitude, to take it for a test-drive. ISSUE #2: I live an hour from this location and decided to go because of its high reviews/ratings. I called in advance to know if I drive over there now, could they attend my bike. The manager Edward said yes, and they would be able to attend it immediately. Upon arrival, I was told they could not attend my bike for another 3 hours MINIMUM. ISSUE #3: They claim that the $100 inspection charge can be used as credit to any job they identified was needed. This is a lie and Edward refused to honor this promotion. Said I would need to pay full (ELEVATED) price for work done.
