I had a Great experience! You won't find better shop around. Friendly repairs provide outstanding service while fixing my vehicle problem quickly and professionally. Those mechanics exceeded my expectations and was extremely helpful in providing me the proper information I needed to know about my car . The gentleman that help me and his crew did a great job sat, they were very easy to talk to about the issue and finding solution. Yesterday was my second visit to friendly repairs and I have been very please with what they have done for me . I most recently needed a alignment done , motor mouth replace etc....in my car which was not easy to task to replace my motor mount and arm control etc...... However Those guys were able to get it done for me fast and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time . I was blown away by this shop team and the overall service and experience they provide . I know for sure my family and friends won't be going anywhere else for auto repair. Friendly? Lol. Maybe they are friendly alright. But trying to charge $1,000 for a timing belt when I just called the dealer and they will do it for $550???!!! Yes, the dealer charges me 1/2 the price. This is why its better to ask around. These guys need to read there books before throwing prices around like a guessing game. This is how you lose clients.

I brought my car to these guys a month ago and they still have my truck. I can’t seem to get anyone on the line to answer the phone to get my truck. I don’t have any transportation and they’re rude unsure of their own business. The business phone is disconnected. There’s no way to reach him if anyone reads this, don’t go to these people they don’t know what they’re doing. They’re very unprofessional and lazy. I wish I could do more to block people from going. I went in for Transmission and they still haven’t fixed it. I don’t understand or know when I’m going to get my truck please someone help me.

This place is a scammmm!! Do not go, They charged me $300 to changed my tieredrocks when other places quote me for only $100 they were really rude when I told the guy that it was too expensive I told him to do not do the job and he refused to give me my money back when I ask him not to do the job

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT COME!! If I can give no star, I wish I could. I do NOT recommend anyone to get anything checked or fixed at this place. They would make it worse than it is already is. I was being so called helped by a guy name ZAP, he was ok at the beginning. After a week I call to ask for an update on my car to see if it's ready since I haven't received not even a call from them. They don't pick up any calls what so ever. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone making it no choice but to find a way and spend more money to go to the location. All I wanted to know what how is my car and nothing, impossible question to answer for them. . Once I finally got a hold of Zap, he got annoyed of me calling once in awhile for my car. Telling me it will be ready tomorrow, once I get there IT'S NOT READY. I went to the location at least 10 times in the last 2-3 weeks because I was told by him it would be Ready, and every time, he would say to me "I'll call you once it's done". Call who? call CASPER the ghost. I did not receive not a single call from the location or the guy who was handling my car ZAP. What type of customer service was this guy taught and where? I would highly either refrain from going this guy and the shop. Again I repeat, don't waste your time and your money on these people, this company because they will not actually do anything and take your money. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST OVER AT THIS PLACE.

They are absolutely crooks. They have no licensed mechanics. They have no scanners, no torque wrenches, no electric meters, no competency. They installed my front wheel bearings backwards, causing many error codes on my dash and my speedometer not to work. They refused to fix the problem. They are incompetent in any repairs. They don't torque anything. The most They can do is repair a flat tire or change tires. They need to be put out of business. They are complete liars and take no responsibility.

We had bad luck finding the place to repair flat tire on our rental car during our 3-day vacation trip to Miami. "Tire Kingdom" shop sent us to "Pep Boys", where we were told we have to wait at least three hours with no guarantee that they'll fix it . We were so upset, thought we should just return car as is :( and almost missed that place "Friendly Repairs & Tires". These guys were quick and efficient. Tire was fixed in 20 minutes!!! Our vacation was saved! Thank you, guys!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Head guy is simply a con man. They talk to you good, smile in your face, make you pay cash up front, hold your car for days or weeks and you receive the car in the same condition as it was before you brought it in. Had a transmission job that they said they would take care of. They held my car for a month telling me they put a brand new transmission in it, but received my car back with the same issue. Scammers. No matter how much they smile and make you feel welcome, they are scammers. Professional shops always make you pay after the work is done, this shop will rob you from beginning to end.

These guys are more than just friendly—they truly treat you like family. As a woman, I’m always a bit hesitant about going to car shops because I never want to be taken advantage of or upsold on unnecessary work. I was actually planning to go to a big chain shop until I spotted their location across the street and decided to give them a call. Best decision I made. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was comfortable and even offered water & a cool spot to wait. They got me in and out quickly, and I never once felt rushed or pressured into anything. What really stood out to me was the honesty—he took the time to explain what needed to be done immediately (especially since I had a small road trip the next day) and what could wait temporarily. He gave me fair quotes, educated me on everything, and genuinely cared about my safety. The prices were very reasonable, and I left feeling confident that I can always come back and be well taken care of. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a car shop. Very Bad Experience will never go there again. It was an emergency and that was the closest place I could get to. They charged me 120$ for a used 22” inch tire. I Highly Recommend you go to Horace Tires. 40$ for the same used tire.

I bought a so called new battery there and it burnt out in a few weeks. They gave me another one and that one burnt out as well. They refused to replace it even though they told me originally that there was a 2 year warranty. They claimed them that I needed to change my alternator and that was the real cause of the battery issue. I went to two mechanics who told me that my alternator worked perfect. I believe I was sold what looked to be a brand new battery but was really an old battery on the inside and a new looking one on the outside. I will not be returning there for any service on my car since they took my money and didn't stand by their product and keep me happy.

The regular employees here are fine, no complaints about them. The problem is specifically with the manager: rudeness, disrespect, and dishonest behavior towards customers. Because of him, the place lost us as regular customers. I advise you to be careful.

The staff here are polite and pleasant, I have no complaints about them. But because of the manager, we won't be coming back. His behavior is rude and unprofessional, and he allows himself to deceive customers. This attitude is off-putting, he clearly doesn't value regular customers. I cannot recommend this place – there's a risk of losing money.

Horrible experience, they asked me 200$ initially for changing two tires, and aligning them with me bringing my own new tires. Expensive by itself, but i agree to it, but then when they finished they told me it was 600$, and then ransom the keys of the car until i pay for it. Avoid this place at all cost unless you like to get scam and rob.

If I could, I would give this place -5 stars. There is nothing friendly about this place. The boss was a thief. I went for a simple tire replacement and he was rude and told me my card was not acceptable and would not give me my car unless I gave him $60 in cash. He did not want to give me a receipt. He made me go to the atm in the gasoline station next door and best part is the tire is bald and had 2 screws in it (see pictures attached). Now I am stranded with a flat tire and need to buy another tire. Highly recommend staying away from this place.
