My car problem wasn't even fixed. The supervisor made me pay cash first for the labor. He realized the problem wasn't solved and told me that I could leave with the car, drive it around and the problem will be fixed. I did that. Unfortunately the problem wasn't fixed. When I went back to the supervisor telling him the problem is not fixed, he told me at first it's this other problem, it's that other problem until he started ignoring me around and even told a mechanic not to install a specific part that I had asked to install for me. Now my prob. is fixed thx to this part installed elsewhere.

Horrible experience.. Had to bring my car back several times for a water leak. They changed thermostat, then radiator and its still water level going low. Claimed it is the sensor. A sensor doesn't cause water level to go low. Please do not waste your money and time. No Courtesy of cleaning engine after a repaired oil leak and was charged too much just for changing gaskets.

I took my BMW there because it was over heating. I paid $550 for them to fix the problem. I cane back to them and told them the problem is worse than before. They said I need a new expansion tank I bought one. So when they put it in. All of a sudden they said I blew my head gasket!! How ? When I gave you the car told you what the problem was now my head gasket is blown?! So if that was the case then why would you say I need a new radiator? So now my car doesn’t drive they cost me money. And they aren’t doing anything to fix it. They won’t even give me a copy of my receipt.

Zero stars. My car broke down near by here and I needed a belt tensioner. These guys took my car and told me it would cost me 190 bucks they called me later that day to tell me that the part they ordered doesn’t fit and that they can’t find it. So I had to find it myself the manager told me. So I went to the local AutoZone and it took three additional days for it to come, I dropped it off to them and they told me that it wasn’t the right part. So I researched the part number and ordered another part thinking that it had to be it. That one came another two business days later I brought it to them and they told me it’s not the right one. I decided enough was enough and that I would have to bite the bullet and tow my car back up to Broward which is where I have been taking a bus to get to them from. Before I can get my car back I had to give him $50 for keeping my car there for five days although they did nothing productive. Then I had to pay a tow truck $150 to get it to my mechanic who install the parts that I bought for them at the car clinic to install. What a waste of time and money. I would never recommend especially in a place like Florida. these guys want you to go find your part like they aren’t mechanics smh.

Came here needing a few things done on my car. My car was returned 2 weeks later in worst condition. I would never recommend this place to anyone… the communication was terrible, and they don’t fix your car the shop next door to them tries to fix your car. The owner is rude! Just avoid this place 😡

I got my a part in my car replaced here yesterday. The owner Rony wanted to help me from the minute I got on the phone to inquire . He told me to come in , in 30 minutes . I was in and out of there within the next 30 . The service was fast and hospitable . Bobzy thank you for replacing the part . Rony , thank you taking great care of me as a customer . I’ve now found my go to shop in Miami . The pricing was very much reasonable compared to the other mechanics around . Towards the end of my visit , Emmanuel the maintenance guy had a very pleasant conversation with me and sent me on my way . I can’t think you guys enough. Mesi anpil , vrèman !

So grateful I found this place ! A friend’s coworker recommended rony. I’m moved to Miami 7 years ago and coming from a family of mechanics I was nervous trying to find a good reliable mechanic who won’t rip me off. I’ve been going to rony ever since I’ve moved here he’s been such a blessing keep up the good work and I would recommend him to anyone!

Moise Car Clinic, if you're looking for the best place to get your car repaired it's Moise Car Clinic, they're great. I don't take my car anywhere else and my vehicle runs great. They're prices are fair when compared to other major auto repair shops. They treat you like they're glad you came, which in my book is excellent customer. This is not just my opinion, check it out for yourself.

Worst auto care center in miami; Theres a gentlemen by the man of rony he scammed me out of a tranmission repair ; less than two months my car had the same issue again and he wanted me to pay the orginal price 🤬

Incompetent mechanics and Owner Rodney is dishonorable jerk!!! Don’t bring your foreign cars to him, as he will screw it up. His shop fixed my coolant leak and put wrong coolant. VW must have pink or purple specialty coolant otherwise it will damage the car. I asked him to fix the mistake and even bought another jar of coolant and paid for extra coolant out of pocket again, but he still refused fixing his mistake. He only accepts cash and dies not provide proper receipts because he is a cheat!!! They will do a quick fix but then you’ll pay arm and the leg when more things will break down. They are incompetent!!! Do not trust them unless you want your car screwed!

I had a disappointing experience at Car Clinic. Ronnie provided misleading information over the phone regarding pricing for the service I requested. However, when I arrived, he quoted a different price and seemed to disregard our prior conversation. I found Ronnie's behavior to be focused on only getting paid rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. His customer service skills were subpar, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Bobzy is the only one who's very helpful and patient

where do I even start with this place? My car broke down in the area a few weeks ago, there was an issue with my belt tensioner. I took it to the car clinic and they called me within the hour saying that the part they ordered didn’t fit and that I had to go and find the part without a car in Florida 🤦🏾‍♂️. I ordered the part it came three business days later and I take the bus to give it to them. they tell me that it’s still not the right part even though I researched the part number which they didn’t supply me with. So I ended up calling a tow truck because they couldn’t solve my problem and had to pay them $150 to tow my car PLUS give the car clinic $50 to get my car key back. I towed it up to Broward County where I live and gave them the part I bought they fixed it within a day. Don’t waste your time with these even if your desperate. Zero stars

Incompetent mechanics, doing bad work, will not honor warranty and Owner Ronald Moise is dishonorable! Don’t bring your foreign cars to him, as he will screw it up. I paid the over $400 to fix it, she only got few hours out if it. They refused to honor the warranty and fix their mistakes. So I’ll have to take matter to court because owner Ronald Moise is dishonorable. Stay away from them unless you want to risk having same issues. They are incompetent, doing very bad job and will not even honor warranty and will fix their mistakes. Do not trust them with your car unless you want to risk to be screwed like me!

If I could leave zero stars for this place because they don’t deserve one, I took my car to this place with a blown head gasket being I am not a mechanic(took radiator cap off and it looked like coffee with cream that how I came to the conclusion of blown head gasket). I told him my head gasket was blown. They took my car six hours. Call me back and told me my car is ready. It wasn't the head gasket just the oil stick. Charge me $500 to put silicon sealer around oil dip stick. I asked the guy who repaired it (same guy on shops face book page standing with the owner tge dark complexion one)that's amazing because I never seen oil travel upward position and then across the engine Breaking all the laws of gravity, but if he said it was fixed who am I to argue. Drove my car off the lot one block later same problem over heating oil leaking all over the place. mechanic didn’t even bother test driving or even turn it on after he put the silicone around the bottom of the dipstick tube So, if this shop of so called mechanics dont know what a blown gasket is or the signs you are better off find a mechanic that works under a tree somewhere Back to the story took my car back and I guess this clown who the owner has working called hisself the shop manger got argumentative with me so I had to wait till the owner got back and when he got back, he pretty much just told me take my car because he doesn't wanna work on it anymore. I told him you didn't work on it to begin with because it’s doing the exact same thing it was doing before you claim to fix it. took my 500 bucks and did absolutely nothing to the car. I wouldn't even have that place change my oil much less open my engibe
