They are good with tire changes. But DON’T go there for alignment. The man doing the alignment is rude, don’t listen to you, and drive the car after the alignment without your permission.

I used to avoid this place because it looked like a dump. Either there is new ownership or they cleaned their act up because it looks way different than before. Only went there because everywhere else was closed or too expensive. They replaced our tire within 10 minutes and they didn't skip a single step.

My problem with this shop, they can never help you no matter what time you go there. Couple of times I went there around 815 AM, they can't take me🤦🏾♀️ they never pick up answer the phone and when you go in person, no one at the desk to serve you.... Do you do service for a particular race or what?🙄

Had a screw in my tire, stopped by and asked if they had availability for a tire plug. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind, he quickly jumped on it and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Very satisfied with service!

I never used this place before. I drove in and let them know my belt is squealing. It was about 2:00. They were willing to fix it before 5:00 same charged me one hour labor for the belt tension adjustment. The other garage I went to stupidly didn't tension the belts after they had changed them. The quick turnaround earns them praise. Normally I would reduce them a star for surcharging 4% for paying with a credit card, but charging only $75 labor — a 2008-era labor rate — I will not penalize the business for this. I will be going here for repairs in the future.

I went here to fix my tire and once I walked in they gave me no communication other than to take a number. When I took a number, a woman came in and she took a number after me. Once it was my turn, they took her in before me. I don’t recommend coming here at all, horrible customer service.

I strongly recommend Andrade. Customer attention is just the best. They really work hard on your vehicle but they really care your pocket by having really reasonable price. Comparable to others in the area you can save good couple of dollars 💸 💵 💲 with them. Job is professional and reliable. They are always busy because they are always the best. Don't call them up you better show up, they are just too busy working hard so they can not take the phone.

# Terrible Customer Service - Avoid This Place **1 out of 5 stars** I had the worst experience at Andrade Auto Repair in Everett, MA today. Arrived at 5:00 PM and immediately got off to a bad start when they made me move my car around without explanation. The employees were completely unhelpful - when I asked about getting four tires done, they dismissed me saying they “don’t have time” even though there were two people working on tires and another just moving inventory around instead of helping customers. When I went inside to speak with the owner about the poor service, his attitude was absolutely horrible. He’s clearly not cut out to be a businessman. Without even knowing what transpired outside (since he was in his office the whole time), he told me I need to “be nice to his employees” if I want help. He had no idea what his staff had said to me or how they treated me. The final straw was when I simply asked an employee to check if they had my tire size in stock so I could potentially come back the next day - and was told “I don’t even have time to check.” Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. The owner has terrible management skills and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. His employees follow his lead with their dismissive attitudes. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else for tires. This is the worst tire shop I’ve ever encountered. I had my snow tires swapped here last year, during which my factory-painted brake caliper was scratched. I chose to let it go at the time. When I returned this year for another seasonal tire swap, I was told they no longer work on cars like mine, which was surprising since they had no issue servicing it previously. The same technician who caused the damage last year was present. He does not speak English, and there appeared to be a misunderstanding regarding the fact that I had already moved past the prior incident. Unfortunately, he made repeated comments throughout the shop expressing that he did not want to work on my car, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. In hindsight, returning may have been a mistake. I would note that communication can be difficult here unless you speak Spanish or Portuguese, which may affect the customer experience.
