Very inexpensive gas, but won't take a debit card for buying something in the convenience store for less than $5 (thought with COVID people would be using less cash) and I haven't seen a merchant apparently require a minimum on a debit card like that in roughly 10 years! What's the big deal??

You guys are 100% right unfortunately i just saw your reviews I'm too late, Please Do not take your car here for any kind of service like state inspection or oil change they are Fake and scams .Theres one old man and others Spanish guy over there the old man Rejected you car inspiration purposely Then the Spanish guy swich my car from inspection side to repair side and right away he was telling me to fixed all issue cost $760 for all to pass, to be honest my car No have any kind of issueI was so pretty sure for that only headlights glass little foggy that's it , So im smart more than those two scammers ,So I went another place and paid $20 again, then they did it within 15 minutes

Workers have no professionalism or work ethic. Tried to get a state inspection, walked in on the employees wrestling in the shop. Told me they "had no more stickers" and looked at me like I was interrupting. Don't waste your time.

8/15/2015 around 6:30pm. I was there for diesel. The gun click already but diesel keep coming out and will not stop. I ran into to store to tell the guy, but he did nothing. It seem like this guy doen't understand what I am talking about. I knew if it did not stop all the diesel will end up on the floor. That is very dangerous and it will cost me money as well. I asked him to come out with me, he did not either.When I came out from store the first time diesel still coming out from the pump gun. I ran into the store 2nd time to ask me to stop that diesel pump. Finanlly he press a bottom it stop. By this time 3 more gallons ended up on the floor. I asked the guys to be responsible for it and refund me that 3 extra gallon that ended up on the floor. He did not want to and said it was my fault. I can not believe what I have heard. This is a very bad gas station. Don't go there.

Same exact "issue" as the other reviewer, went in for a state inspection and failed because my headlight misaligned, $30 and he could fix it in a few minutes. Total BS, took it to the dealership and was told everything was completely fine! Avoid this place and that jacka** Rolando.

Horrible mechanics, I took my 01 BMW to get inspection here the guy name fernando fail me cuz of a broken clip on my headlight he said if I got it fix it would pass so I bought a new headlight and took it back. This time he said my headlights needed to be adjusted he never mentioned that the first time. Charge me 40$ to adjust them. I'm never going here again and I recommend anyone else don't go here horrible place.

Dont do oil change in this Mechanic workshop,I had a bad experienced ,they made my oil change ,they forgot to close filter well, ive got all oil on the floor in 4 days when my wife told them ,they said to bring the car in bad mood ,they didnt fix it ,i paid another mechanic to fix it they have no experienced ,they have worse customer services.the mechanic is from Honduras. Don't pass inspection ,don't do anything

I regret bringing my car 🚗 to this Crooks mechanic and please stay away from this place and I am warning ⚠️ you. I wish I can give them no star but I hope they report them and get the business closed. The damage to fix my car only takes 4 hours but they promised me to get it done in 4 days and guess what they didn't fix it in 4 days or 7 days or 14 days. It took them 21 days and they forced me to get a rental car for 3 weeks paying $100 a day. Eventually, they over charged me $3200 plus the transportation $2000.I am planing to report them to Virginia business bureau.

Do not take your car here for an oil change. They are very slow and will overcharge you even they give you a "free" car wash. It took them almost two hours to do my oil change because they had to order the filter from a part store somewhere else. Finally, they charged me $49.10 for the oil/filter change. Note that the Sunoco gas station down the block charged me $35 for the same job. So I guess I paid $14 for the "free" car wash. I will not come back here again.

Yup. Didn’t see these reviews in time. This pair scams you any way they can. My spouse had a RapidPass in hand. They tossed it aside, and said she needed to do the emissions there. Wife spent $30 bucks!

I brought my Tesla model 3 to get VA state inspection. I was welcomed by a Spanish guy then I went inside the office until they finish it. but the Spanish guy told me that the inspector declined to inspect the vehicle. He said the back rim has a dent and it will not pass. It was a very minor dent on the rim and I have been doing the inspection for the past 3 years and no issues. Then I asked the Spanish guy if I can talk to the inspector but I was told he declined to talk to me. It was crazy I never seen such kind of customer service in my life. I went to the gas station next door and the customer service was great.

I had a very bad experience with the garage mechanics. I went there for annual inspection. First they rejects recommending some works needed to be done. I understand it happens. The guy told me I need to get my front right wheels strut changed. For which they charged me 372 bucks for fixing it and 20 dollars cash for the inspection without giving you a proper record of work done. When I got my car back the accessories were missing and it is clear that they removed it while fixing the strut on my car. When I googled. The parts missing were the access points to the strut replacement. I went back to the garage and asked about the accessory missing. The guy said he didn’t touched that part. Very unprofessional. Sometimes you have no choice than writing a review. Hahaha

Don’t have a sticker saying you give $0.20 cents of per gallon if you get a car wash and then say “nah we don’t do that anymore”. Then say “if you get over certain gallon amt, you get a free car wash”. Ok cool, I got a full tank, and already paid for $14, so now what? “Well you already paid”. Gtfoh. People never heard of refunding the difference? On top of that, the wait for 1 car wash machine is waaaaay too long. 45 minutes??! Most likely bc of this newly offered free wash with high amounts of gallons purchased that customers want to use. I’m not going to this one any more. Not worth the headache. EDIT: now 1 hr for the wait. Can you imagine pulling in to a gas station expecting to fill your tank and get a quick wash and it takes you A WHOLE HOUR? AND you paid for it when it was supposed to be free?! To hell with location

Avoid getting inspection at this location. I wish I read the reviews prior to bringing my car to this location. They were trying to scam by telling that I needed brakes and other work done prior to passing inspection. I have recently changed my brakes at Toyota dealership (less than 2 months old). Took it to another location and they confirmed that the brakes are totally fine!

Don't go here for any inspection. I came for an emissions inspection. They did a state inspection, without confirming, even though my sticker was valid for another 4 months. The inspector, Hassan, had the nerve to still come in and ask if I needed an emissions inspection, which I confirmed as that's why I was there, as that's what had expired. Then when they charged me for both and I asked about it, they argued that by asking for an emissions inspection I meant state inspection and that to get an emissions inspection it's only called 'emissions' so they did both. His solution was to offer to take the new sticker off my car, and leave it without one or I could pay for the unneeded and unrequested inspection. They're crooks. And he wasn't apologetic about it. There was no misunderstanding this was an opportunity made and taken. Don't go here. I bet their other work is just as underhanded too.
