I have been coming here for a while over the years and recently had my two front tires changed when I left my car was not driving the same and wheels seemed to be shaking. I came back the next day and advised him of this but needless to say I was treated very disrespectfully. He took my concern as a joke and took no responsibility for the mistake that was made. They did not even look back at my tire. Told me to wait but they weren’t busy. After 45 minutes I left.

Above and beyond customer service. Always super attentive even with a garage full of cars, they will take a second to greet you and ask what brings you in today. They will do their best to get you taken care of as quickly as possible and deliver incredible quality!

They charged me $27 just for labor of oil change. I provided them my own oil and filter. I have been doing business with them for last 4 years. They always charged me $15 labor for oil change. This time there was a new guy and told me because it’s a mini van that’s why he’s charging me $27. I told him dude I provided you my own oil and filter. It shouldn’t matter if it’s a mini van or a sedan Will never go there again

Not very friendly ... I sat and waited about 8 minutes as they stared at me. I got out the car, went in the building to get service...no one is in there. I went back outside ...stood at the garage door where they all stared and kept working...waited about 10 more minutes while they serviced others that were there before and after I arrived and as I pulled away one of the ones that were staring walked out but I was on the road by then. He saw me..they all saw me in the first place..there's no way I would ever go there for service! NOT one of them said a word to me! They'd be really convenient for my family because I live 4 houses down the street. After I left there I found a different place with a 360 degree better experience..well worth the money and travel time to Mansfield.

Beware! They told me it would $100. When it was time to pay it was $320! Claims they ordered parts without telling me anything about it. Took my keys and moved my car. He walked off and would not discuss with me at all. John is a scammer. Do not trust him.

I bought a used tire with good tread. Did not spend a lot of time there. My son told me price should be $40 and it was. I asked about warranty and was told only 2-3 days.y. If anything happens, come back. So far 3 days have gone. I rode thru 9 different cities, so I guess I'm good.

They sold my homie a bad tire. Said it was "new" blew out on the road and almost caused a horrible accident maybe worse. Don't go here, if they say it is a new tire make sure you double check or bring a meter.

If you wanna go for a tire, inspection change motor oil, it’s a good place. Other than that, mechanic issue do not approach this place. So many time waited for my car to be fixed. They’re very limited mechanic i waited over three hours and it Didn’t fix my mechanic issue. Be aware also they have mice’s get into your car. My car just messed up big time because of this people there, I have a brand new car bought it from the dealer my mistake. I took it there. There is a mice went inside the car eat a lot of wires they charge me arm and a leg and still did not get fixed I will not gonna forgive them. This place is a nightmare don’t go there for any mechanic problem, other than that. It’s just limited

I generally review food, but I figured I needed to expand. I went to go ask for pricing about having 2 tires mounted and balanced. I have a place that cuts me a deal 10 min away but wanted to try a small shop closer. I asked he said 40 and I asked him if he would do 30. He said everyone charges 40 and to just go to the other place. Now I believe in right to refuse and the right to negotiate. I do it all the time with car and Facebook. I pay cash to small businesses so they don't have to pay fees eventhough I can get points using credit cards. It's being treated dismissive and rude that I don't appreciate. So he may have been having a bad day but when I showed I am just basing my review on this one interaction. So if others have good experiences great but if not I would hope they would post either way.

I took my vehicle here to get brakes and rotors done in the front. When finish the guy took payment and didn’t give me a receipt. Now the rotors I use he said he gets from the warehouse and it’s under warranty I said okay. So I ask him for a receipt. Got my receipt and after a month later I have notice my brakes acting like it was catching on to rotors while I’m driving. I took it back to him and explain and he said everything looks good. I went and got a second opinion at Caliber and Firestone and they said the rotors were not good and need to be replaced. I went back to Auto7 to explain and he said he can replace them but he will be charging me for labor work. I told him you got me some bad rotors I shouldn’t have to pay for labor work if I would have gotten some good rotors the first time. Then he said it could be my brakes and I explain I took it to some very known location that works on vehicle and they said it’s not the brakes. He told me if I can get the rotors off he can replace them when I bring them back because I wanted to get another shop to do my rotors (caliber collision). I’m upset because I didn’t follow my gut and felt it was going to be some BS when I went back after they just did my brakes and rotors. Also I think he knew because it was 20 mins before he helped me after I explain to one of the workers that I’m having issue. So if you want rotors and brakes done this place is not the place to get them done especially if you get it through them. I really was hoping this would be a good place because I didn't have issue before when I had my car worked on here a year ago. I’m very disappointed and think I’ll stick to Nissan/Firestone/caliber to get things done.

I hope this message is helpful for anybody that’s looking into this particular shop. Unfortunately, I found the service to be quite disappointing. The mechanic who attended to my vehicle was not only rude and unprofessional but also seemed unsure of how to proceed with the necessary repairs. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered, I notify the owner of the shop of the situation and it seems like he didn’t care. I guess that’s how they run things around there.

BEWARE. if negative stars was an option, i would give them that. they will damage your vehicle and refuse to fix it! they will damage your property and force you to pay them more to fix what they broke! they will block your number from calling them and call the cops on you for showing up and asking for them to fix them. they will scam you out of your money!

HE WILL GET VIOLENT! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. If you bring your car here the owner named “John” will make the problem even bigger and refuse to fix it. I brought my car here for a broken headlight and he messed with the antifreeze reservoir to get to it and ended up messing up the whole antifreeze system my car won’t start anymore and I have to toe it and he won’t even touch the car anymore. I told him that we need to come to an agreement and he threatened me if he sees me again that he’ll “mess me up”.

This shop’s behavior was unacceptable. The manager who is the smaller man used the fact he speaks broken English to avoid accountability. I was there the day before asking about pricing options to see if I get a discount the more I buy. There was a worker who spoke to him for me. He said no, I said no problem let me go home & think about. Next day I call ahead to verity they have 4 tires. I believe he was who answered the call & he said yes. I arrive mention I want 4 unless the back 2 tires are still good. I told him I want to see them. He said sure have a seat. I come back out all of a sudden he reveals they don’t have tires someone went to pick them up. Which is exactly why I called ahead. No problem it’s my day off. Tires arrive I tell him I only want 2 tires because the back still have life. He became aggressive, stand offish, no longer wanted to speak English so he got 2 other workers to be his mouth piece. After I explained 2 of his workers quietly agreed I had a point because I mentioned I wanted to see the back 2 tires first. The manager refused to sell me 2 new tires he said I have to buy all 4 because they special ordered it & it can't be returned. I told him I understand but I didnt ask him to special order anything he took it upon himself to do that without informing me. Don't you think if something is not refundable you should write an invoice or share that info first to show commitment? I tried to suggest a solution which in the end would of been a win win & he’d make more money on the sale bcuz I have a different vehicle that also needs tires but he was too busy mocking me about the previous day when I inquired about several tires I tried to explain the purpose of that convo, but he clearly wasn't comprehending due to his unwillingness to listen. He tried to use that as a tactic to force the sale. Mind you both me & his worker were on the same page it was only him that was unwilling to take accountability. He took my tires & put the new tires on but left my tires far back in the warehouse & refused to give me an alternative literally he wanted me to buy all 4. I told him I want my old tires & I’ll leave. Obviously I know I would have to pay something but I wasn’t going to volunteer after all this so I waited to see what the price would be but I had to finally call the police because he was unwilling to speak & he told his workers to ignore me & service others. When police got there he acted like he couldn’t understand my English & mocked me again about the previous day. It took the police for him to finally give me the option to pay $160 labor with no tires or $420 with tires. The police wouldn’t allow me to ask for more pricing options including if I just wanted 2 or 1 tires etc they took his side & since the manager was causing a scene & speaking aggressively in a diff language the police hit me with trespassing & now even after trying to pay the manager wouldn’t take my card & said I have to call a friend to come & pay on my behalf cash only. I was calm the entire time & I have proof. I waited across the street & my friend didnt make it on time so they closed & on the next day I felt so direspected I decided to take the labor but they told my brother that they don’t know where my old tires are & since they put the new tires on I have to buy all 4 or they wont let my car go. The confiscated my car. Once my bro paid they all of a sudden found my 4 tires immediately. The owner will be hearing from me very soon. I recommend if your going to be a manager who speaks broken English when your taking orders or hearing people you need to be prepared that you might be making mistakes & that is not your shield to avoid accountability. Better tire shop one road over going south. Park row & collins. Bigger stock & I've never been disrespected.

I’ve been taking our cars there for almost 20 years. Best mechanics ever. Nice. Fair priced and I trust them 100%. They are our number one and only choice when it comes to our vehicles. Thanks John and Mike for as always taking care of us.
