This was by far the most crooked dealership I have ever dealt with, l I was told to bring my vehicle in for trade and promised an amount for the vehicle because I had already done a Kelley Blue Book on it and had another dealership ready to give me what I was asking. When I arrived and got the price from them they low-balled me and I told them I wasted my time coming up there I have somebody that will give me my asking price. The vehicle I traded in only had 9,000 miles it was a 2022 Mustang GT and in excellent condition. After test-driving the first vehicle which had something wrong with the transmission I refused to purchase that one and found another. After test driving the secondary vehicle, I concluded that that was the one that I would like to trade for, but it had not been detailed or cleaned or serviced. After having to go through an extensive process of feeling like they were trying to get over on me not only for low-balling my price and me having to argue over getting a good deal on my trade in, I then had the experience of them trying to talk me into purchasing a $3,000 add-on package that I was not given any specific details what it entailed but was told that I had to purchase it. I knew this was a lie and after asking for a detailed breakdown and unable to receive what services exactly they are trying to charge me $3,000 for, I refused to pay this price and was told that regardless if I refuse to pay it or not they would do it anyways meaning they would service the vehicle, etcetera. I told the dealership that regardless what they do they are required by law to do a used car inspection and service the vehicle before it leaves their lot..... I was also not notified that the key to the vehicle was only a single key, but not only that it was not a GMC key that was meant to go to the vehicle that I was purchasing, so the key had to be placed in a pocket in the middle console just to operate the vehicle... I was also told that they would not have the vehicle ready the day that I first came and that I could come back in 2 days to pick up the vehicle and it would be serviced and detailed, however upon calling the dealership and arriving 2 Days Later, it appeared that nothing had been serviced or detailed at all and I had to wait hours. Even after hours of wait the vehicle still was not detailed properly stickers from previous owner was still stuck to the glass on the front windshield and crumbs and stuff in the carpet as well. I also noticed that I had no sticker in the windshield for a next Oil Change or the mileage within which I should take it for my next Oil Change. I looked at the fluids under the hood and they had not even been topped off. I did call the dealership and ask for a service report for a used car inspection and never received anything.... I then took the vehicle to my local GMC dealership and was told that they did not know how they were even getting that vehicle to start with the key they had provided to me so I had to purchase a new key that accurately works with the vehicle.Within the first week of owning the vehicle I also noticed that my temperature gauge and AC would stop working and the local dealership here told me I needed a new thermostat and that the struts also needed to be replaced, they knew I had just recently purchased this gmc acadia from Vandergriff Acura and told me that they should have fixed all of these issues before selling it to me.... also the finance dept was sketchy as well considering that originally they came back to me with a 7.99% interest rate and tried to sell me an extended warranty, after refusing the extended warranty multiple times I was then told that my interest rate could be brought down to 6.5% and that I could get a extended warranty on the major mechanical issues with the vehicle for one year for considerably less than what I was originally told about or offered.... and the mustang gt that I traded in was never even put on their website to be purchased, however its not in their lot anymore.
