Delilah and Barney (the owners) are fantastic. We've been taking our Hondas and Toyotas to them for twenty years. I would not purchase my latest vehicle until Delilah told me they would work on it, too. They are polite, professional, and personable. They've saved us a lot of money over the years with great regular maintenance and expert advice. We highly recommend them, and have sent many friends to have their cars worked on there, too. Honest as the day is long, and they really know their cars.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m a third generation client. Everyone on my mom’s side drives a Honda and my grandparents, my mom, my uncle, and myself have been using this shop for decades. They kept my 2001 Honda civic going strong all throughout high school and college, and it had 265,000 miles on it when I graduated and traded it in for a new one. They’re so quick, helpful, and honest. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Love them! This shop is always my go to and I don't live in DFW! It's the go to for my sister and my parents too! Whenever I come to the area to see family, I always reach out for car work and maintenance while I'm in town. I just put my Accord in for brake work last week and they changed my front brake pads and said my back brakes weren't quite in need of being changed yet. Super fast, very fair, and honest! What more can you ask for in an auto repair shop?! I highly recommend them!!

We moved into the nearby neighborhood 5 years ago and are Honda enthusiasts. This shop is a God-send and I've taken my cars in for repairs multiple times. They are very honest and extremely competent in diagnosis and have never performed work without notifying me. I haven't compared pricing, but I've never felt like I overpaid. Even if I paid more, it would be worth it to find this level of integrity.

Our 2020 Honda Pilot had the A/C stop working. We took it in and within a few hours, they told us that we were in need for a new a/c compressor. They then told us this shouldn't happen to a vehicle this new and mileage. They told us that we should reach out to Honda and see if they would be able to do anything. Long story short Honda is doing a goodwill claim and instead of $2600 it will cost us $365. All the work is being done at the Honda dealership. Independent didn't charge us a single dollar and saved us over $2200. They are very honest and any additional work that will ever need to be done will be done with these guys.

This shop is great! They have worked on 3 out of our 4 vehicles for the past 2 years and do not have a single bad thing to say. These two gentleman are honest and I trust their work. They are thorough in answering my questions and I never feel taken advantage of. I feel good giving them my hard earned money. They have done work as simple as oil changes, to full on engine repair. It is not easy to find a trusting mechanic these days, but I recomment this shop 100%! This is an unsolicited review.

These guys came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Brought my kids car in for an issue with a strut and Independent worked to find a similar year front end off a vehicle at a yard. They were able to swap this out and get us back on the road. Typical shops want to upsell you in new everything - hard to find businesses like this that get you options that make sense for your situation.
