I caught a flat tire and this was the only place open on a Sunday. I pulled up told them what's going on i was met immediately with help got a tire plug and i was good to go. Open 24 hours in and out service can't beat that

Didn't even give this place a chance. Called to get info was hung up on. Tried to ask how to figure out my tire size and was met with being told to basically figure it out. Then she puts me on hold but I can hear and entire convos going on. Seems a disagreement with a customer or something. Just unprofessional and I'm not even a customer. I WANTED to do business with them but not anymore. And language barrier isn't an issue as I called another place and she was much nicer and told me the requested info. I'm still waiting on this lady to return to my call now. So ridiculous.

This is the absolute best place to get your tires plugged. The service is extremely quick and it only cost $17. The only negative aspect is that they require payment in cash no credit cards.

Good for being open 24hrs, but got 1 price over the phone and when I got there, the price doubled. They also forgot to put my center cap back on the wheel and I had to go back the next day to pick it up. Wouldn't go here unless everything else is closed and it's an emergency.

JUST GO SOME WHERE ELSE. They charge a lot for oil change and tire mounts also they don’t have balancing machine! Save your money go some where else.

Racism is still around and it’s sad I been coming here for 10yrs. This lady is very unprofessional and since I’m black I can’t come in the back to check on my tire but she let a rican which is her kind to stay in the bad.

Horrible service, pulled up early morning. Just in need of air. Asked the fella how long and was he the only one working. Mind you, he was working with someone when I pulled up. As he directed me , where to park. His response was yes, give me one minute!! Took more like 15.. He finished with the person, as someone else pulled up. ( Male) who was in need of air too. The worker then decided to go tell another employee, to come out and assist, as he serviced the Male who just pulled up, after me waiting 15 minutes. The other employee comes over, like he just didn't want to be there. And asked : what you need Mommy. Air in my back tire. He walks away, still having me wait, No communication telling me , why I'm currently still waiting for service. Meanwhile the fella who told me : one minute, is currently working on the car that pulled up after me, and received service first. To my surprise, the fella that I'm now waiting for, is waiting for for the air hose. That is being used by the other worker. So I asked what's going on, and expressed how , I was here first and should have received service in that order. Well he didn't like what I said and Refused to service me . I kindly left and will Never go back to such a poor place of business. Customer service is extremely important , regardless of your creed , color or sexual gender. Everyone should be treated fair. So I give them a one, wish I could give less....... If my husband was with me, perhaps i would have received service in a timely manner. And perhaps the Fella, would have told his coworker, to come out and assist, me. Instead of waiting for the Male customer to pull up, then decided to get help. All while having me wait. To all Ladies who read this, don't allow any man to treat you any kind of way. Make people Respect you, your time. And recognize you the way they see Man . ( Respectfully) And Respect you just the same. And in any sector of life, don't ever be afraid to speak up for yourself. Finally spend and support those who treat you like a human. Discrimination is still a factor in today's time, people try to put a mask on it. However it's sad to say, but it's Real.. and they Need to be called out. Don't waste your time or spend your money helping others who don't appreciate you.

I have multiple vehicles that I need the set of tires changed. I ALWAYS buy new sets of tires and they have replaced them for me, I wasn't wanting for long either since I came in the morning and I had to be next after the customer being serviced. No complaints & I'm happy. I think that they charge more for the truck than my sedan.

This place switched my tire early in the morning around 10 am , by 6 pm is was flat I came back for a tire change that should have been free and they tell me it’s $20 for a new valve stem on the tire which was because they broke it the first time I brought it but just telling me no that wasn’t the case , I bought my car in because I had wires showing on the tire not because it was flat in the first place just slowly losing air and NEVER went flat, this day after they changed it it went completely flat in 9-10 hours then tell me it’s that and wouldn’t let me leave without paying $17 saying its a not their fault…. Don’t come here they basically stole $20 from me

This place is the worst, no customer service. Please see my post before this one here. Customer beware. This is the worst shop I've been to in my 64-year stay away. They wanted me to pay for a bad plug they installed 24 hours later. I had a flat tire! This place wanted me to pay 17.00 more dollars to check the tire .then pay another 17.00 dollars to replace the bad plug they out on the morning before!!! Customer beware. Do stop here. Keep driving past this shop. Save your money and your life. RjDupree

If it weren't for the Myledi I would have given this place at least 4 stars. Myledi is very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I typically stop here for routine tire maintenance and am greeted w/ amazing customer service. That all typically stops when I encounter "Myledi". I went to purchase 4 new tires and was told by one of the male employees only one tire is needed. I was adamant on buying brand new tires all around; the gentlemen and I agreed on 2 new front tires for now. It was 8:22am and I had to be to work by 9am. The gentleman assured I would be out of there by 8:45. Inside is where things got weird. Myledi was at the register as I approached to pay. I asked her the price for my tires and she quoted me "$47". Surprised by the price I repeated the "$47?". Myledi replied, "Yes, $47... you get 2 used tires, right?" I replied, I am getting 2 tires yes but not used, new. Myledi then replied "wait, let me see" as she left the cashier window and headed outside. When she returned to the inside she stated Ok, $94. Surprised again I repeated the price, and she confirmed. I then pulled $100 out of the ATM machine (located on the property so of course they get a cut of its surcharge profit). I went back to the register to pay and she was gone. I walked outside and she was there waiting for both tires to be removed from my car. Once both tires were removed Myledi returned to the cashier window and stated "okay, so you are getting two new tires right?" With cash in hand, I replied yes. Myledi states okay, that will be $226... I was instantly agitated, because of the third price change with the same person, the waste of time, the lack of attention she paid to my (the consumers) request (prior to using the ATM machine, which surcharged over $4.50) and the lack of care/customer service she maintained throughout our encounter. I asked her why did the price change? She replied, who gives out new tires for $47. I replied, "I don't work here! that was the purpose of asking the price to begin with. Plenty of places have offers/deals going on". Pressed for time (and tires already removed), I asked if I use the ATM again can she adjust the price of the tire by the amount of the 2nd surcharge (to reciprocate her error). She replied, no, no! I understand it was my mistake, yes. I was wrong but no. I'm not doing that. I then headed to the gentleman outside and asked if he could give me one used tire for the side we discussed and place my old good tire back on my car. The look on Myledi's face when she realized she just screwed the company out of hundreds of dollars over $4.50 was priceless. Yes, I am very smart and refuse to be disrespected by any old evil witch. At that point Myledi continuously interrupted the gentleman while he worked on my tires. She constantly walked up to him aggressively speaking to him in Spanish. Meanwhile, he remained calm and productive. The gentleman did exactly what I asked. I went to the cashier window, paid Myledi $47 and a piece of my mind. She admitted she was wrong and it was her mistake but stood on NOT providing proper reciprocation considering the circumstances. I asked if she was the manager/owner. She replied, no I'm just a worker. I asked for her name, and she sarcastically said here I'll write it for you. She snatched my receipt from me and wrote on the back of it... Just disrespectful. I paid for what I immediately needed (in case I didn't have time) for the upcoming snowstorm, but definitely not what I wanted. With all that transpired, the gentleman finished the job and got me out of there by 8:43am... I made it to work on time! Thankfully, I let him know his service was awesome and that I appreciated his mindfulness of my time. The overall staff really deserves 5 stars. The guys are awesome and very knowledgeable. I had a problem where one of my tires went flat soon after purchasing years ago. I returned and they exchanged for another one immediately. However, even on that occasion Myledi was against them replacing a tire I had just purchased earlier that day.

Very very bad experience in this place. I came here last night to change the tire. They gave me a fake receipt with different date that I never checked . I had aflat tire the very next day. I went back there the lady in the front hiding behind the tires had an attitude and didn’t wanna check the cameras. It looks like they be scamming people. Do yourselves a favor and save your money and time. Check your receipts too they put different dates..
