I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHATSOEVER SO EVER HORRIBLE BUSINESS DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS VERY UNPROFESSIONA I took my car to these guys to replace my radiator and in the process of removing it and putting it back in they cracked my grill didn’t put my condenser back in place properly DIDNT put all my screws back in to the bumper disconnected my ground wires also didn’t put my support bar that crosses from one headlight to other back on not to mention broke a piece of my head light end result had to go to another mechanic to get my car fix properly I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHATSOEVER SO EVER HORRIBLE BUSINESS DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THIS IS WHY ITS SO HARD TO SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES

Terrible I went there for a TUNE UP!!! I left with a broken radiator hose and my air intake was completely disconnected and just sitting there.....I've had nothing but problems ever since!! Every week it's been a new issue so far I've had to replace a radiator now after my car wouldn't start unless you crank it twice EVER SINCE I KEFT FROM MY TUNE UP now I'm getting a starter this week let's see what happens next week

I can't recommend New Vision highly enough. My wife & I moved into the neighborhood in 2014, and after some terrible experiences with shops in the area (especially the nearby Pep Boys - NEVER take your car there!), we came across these guys. They are friendly, knowledgeable, dependable, and most of all, HONEST. I can't tell you how happy we are to have them so close to us - we'd never go anyplace else. Every neighborhood should be so lucky as to have a shop like New Vision!

Not very personal but that's most mechanics when it comes to a women. I would love to see them not treat women like they don't know anything about their car. Some are very aware just need them to fix it and not make more problems..Don't start something you don't want to finish unless you can get more money from them..

My experience here was amazing! My car was off completely called them up and they left the shop open just so i could get home safetly. I cannot describe the amount of appreciation i have towards Eddie and poppy ! Thank you guys definitely coming back here! Also not to mention PRICES ARE GREAT!

I went to the dudes a month back they messed my car up worst i had a misfire and payed them to fix it twice and they took my money and never even wanted to look at the car when it misfired the next day after i got it out there shop they told me put 93 gas in tt like im dumb i went to another shop that gave me a full report on everything wrong with the car the made it worst !!!!!!! Robbed me out 400 fast and never fixed a thing worst shop i ever been to don't even give receipts
