The first time I brought my car there they did a fantastic job. Which is why I went back for an engine replacement. The first time was a simple job but the engine replacement was another story all together. My car was there for 7 weeks. I had to call them to get updated because they never called me. After I got the car back the check engine light came on after I had it 3 days. I took it back and magically the check engine went off. I needed an O2 sensor that they asked me to buy after I paid for the replacement engine. What I don't like about this shop is there is no communication. If I wasn't calling them my car would probably still be there. I found a shop that does excellent work and they keep me updated. I won't be going back to Unico for anything ever again.

Went there twice one for a exhaust hanger repair which went good. Paid 80$. Went today for a noise I was hearing on one of my tires, there solution to what's making the noise was a heat shield. They fixed that for 30$ and it still didn't fix my issue. Won't be coming back after they was so sure that it was MY heat shield without driving my car.

I needed my my car inspection updated. I had questions about my tires. The guy answered all my questions. Even lifted my Honda on the lift to show me it was the shocks that caused uneven tire wear. I also needed bottom motor mount. I ordered the parts on the spot. I'm taking my other Honda there next week. Great job fellas!

I started coming here when I bought my Dodge Charger RT June of last year. We came to straight pipe it. The level of service that we received was exceptional and of great quality. My check engine light turned on and I was told it was the catalytic converter. After paying $1,450 to replace it, hours later the light came back on. I took it back and they charged me an additional $150 to replace the one they picked up and installed. Then after replacing the catalytic converter again the light came back on for the 3rd time. Now they want to charge me again for work they did and failed to fixing the first time.

I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced by unico for the past 3 year and today on September 20th i noticed my timing belt tensioner was failing on me causing my engine to overheat and all I had to do was one simple phone call and they had me come in within 10 minutes prior to the phone call and serviced my vehicle right away in a quick and professional manner. I highly recommend my friends and family get their vehicles serviced by unico if they are looking for great prices, professionalism and outstanding service. The new shop over on Hunting park Ave where the old pepboys used to be is off to a great start. They serviced my old jeep grand Cherokee it was having some front end issues with the tie rods and Lower ball joints I needed an overhaul. Needless to say the team here at Unico went to work ! Immediately they knew what had to be done along with another list of problems under the hood the gaskets were leaking so I got them replaced to the oil pan and valve over gasket my car had a lot of rust too from sitting they took care of that as well left the car running like a top. He advised me not to leave it sitting and to change the fluids frequently despite the age of the jeep it’s running better than ever. I highly recommend the new crew over here at the 2nd shop a lot closer to home for me and the price was reasonable I go as much as I could Afford done. Again thanks Jeison and Luis for the attention to details and the proper fixing of the problems.
