I'm still amazed by the professional qualifications and paint correction skills of the team here. They truly know how to refresh a swirled and pinstriped black paint to look better than when it came off the factory line. Black paint shows everything in direct sunlight, and it was insane how immaculate it looks after APE Luxury Auto Spa cleaned it up. I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of work done to my truck and highly recommend it if you're looking to make your paint sparkle.

I would highly recommend this place! They definitely changed the look of my truck. The owner is very knowledgeable and doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear. He explains the process and will make it understandable to somebody who doesn’t know detailing. Very friendly place and a beautiful work space. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! THIS IS MY EMAIL TO THE OWNER. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. PLEASE READ EVEN THOUGH IT IS LONG. WE HAVE TO STOP BRINGING OUR BUSINESS TO THESE ESTABLISHMENTS!! I was at the your shop on Saturday, 4/17. I requested your Stage 3 package. When I arrived a gentlemen came out and assessed my car. He said my paint was contaminated, may be using the wrong word, but basically it needed to be treated to correct the problem. He said an extra hour labor. I live at The Sea Ranch, off highway 1 so I knew the salt air may be affecting the paint. It is one of the reason I wanted my car fully detailed. I dropped the car off at 11:30. I arrived to pick it up at 5. My car was still being worked on. He said another 10-15 minutes. He had the outer windows to do and then the Sealant. As I am walking around my car there is dust on every surface so thick I could drag my finger across any service and see it on my finger. Since the Sealant had not been applied yet, I was wondering how logical is it to put a sealant on a car with dust all over it. Not to mention I just paid extra to have the paint treated. I asked the man in charge of your garage why my car was full of dust. He said, "there is dust everywhere. " I waited the 10-15 minutes watching the outside windows get done, the tires treated, the sealant put on over the dust. I asked your office lady how long my car had been worked on. She said from drop off to when I arrived except for a 1/2 hour lunch break (she could have said an hour lunch break). That is 51/2 - 6 hours of labor. I asked her why my car did not look like the 2 vehicles that were being detailed in the garage, which there was plenty of room to have my car worked on inside.......not getting dust all over it. The windshield on these vehicles alone made my windows look like they had not been cleaned in awhile. She said those vehicles were on a maintenance program. Maintenance?????? This is my first visit and my car looks nothing like those. On Tuesday, I took my car to another detail shop and asked them to evaluate my car for a service recommendation. He made his recommendation. When I told him what had just transpired with your shop, showing him the list of Stage 3 services I paid for along with the extra hours and money to restore the paint. He said I got the equivalent of a $55-$125 service you get at car wash facilities. I PAID $450. I drove home to The Sea Ranch on Wednesday. It was a few hours before dust when the sun is right on your windshield. I could not see anything out of my windows. I had to stop in Jenner to clean my windows before I started up the mountain. I have pictures and the detail shop agreed to document what he found when assessing my car. Before I post about my experience with APE, I would like to hear from the owner of this company.

An amiable and professional staff. My 2017 Kia optima hybrid is my daily driver, and I just went in for the stage 1 package. They have a clean and comfortable waiting room to lounge out in while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. After the car was done being detailed, I was shown some minor imperfection in the paint that I wasn't able to see. I wasn't pressured into upgrading to a more expensive service. However, I can tell every staff member cares about the quality at the end of the detail. I felt thrilled with the results of the service since I have been neglecting to get this done.

I had a full car detailing at APE Auto Spa and I couldn't have been more thrilled with how my Scion FR-S came back to me looking extra beautiful and extra brand new! From booking my appointment with Dominique, who was so attentive and even texted me with updates, to Javier and Ray who were both professional and worked dillegently to make my car look gorgeous, my "beginning to end" experience was truly top notch. And Shawn the owner even came out and offered me a beverage while I was waiting for the car to be finished. The protective wax/finish has been especially awesome because after two weeks, it still has kept a really solid shine and sparkle. If you want your car looking amazing and also know it will be a lasting detail, then APE is your place. I know I'll be back!

This is my second time using their services, & once again, I’m amazed at how they can make my car, look brand new! The owner Shawn, offers fair & affordable prices, which is greatly appreciated. They also helped me with transporting my car to & from their shop, which was greatly appreciated, with my limited work schedule. Overall 10/10 experience. The owner was very friendly, straight forward, very helpful & he got us in immediately. My car was a mess when we brought it in & it smelled terrible due to a milk spill. APE was the most popular and highest rated shop when I was searching the web for ceramic coating for my Mercedes. They absolutely did not disappoint. Shawn, made the entire process very easy and made getting my car back effortless.I appreciate the way that they went above and beyond and I felt like I was getting a good deal as well as giving me some freebies along the way ( free chrome delete on the door handles and some trim ). Would recommend 100%. 💯 Make sure to be ready to spend a good chunk, ( a little above average pricing for ceramic coating ) but at the same time, also be ready to have your mind blown by the amazing attention to detail and unmatched value for every dollar you spend with them.

"A Perfect Experience" is a fitting name for this business. Shawn is a master of his craft, and he was able to explain all the details of his process in an way that was easy to understand (I had no prior knowledge about ceramic coating). He is highly professional but also friendly and personable. He went above and beyond by lending me his personal car while mine needed an extra days work; which he delivered to my home himself. When shopping around for a detailer I am very cautious of where I take my automobile. My car is my pride and joy and I want to make sure wherever I take it, the car gets the respect it deserves. (I say this because Ive gone places where miles are added on the car that were unnecessary, meaning joy rides, ect) Shawn is the owner of APE Luxury and I couldn't be happier with the service he has provided. He was very inviting, knowledgable, and efficient with his work. I initially started with getting my car ceramic coated. After that Ive come to APE for my periodic details. Let me tell you guys the Level 4 detail is so worth it. Owning a muscle car I do enjoy looking at the engine and admiring it from time to time and when you get an engine bay detail it puts a smile on my face like I just got a new car.
