I brought my truck here for service and part of that service included getting lower control arms and an alignment. After the alignment was complete the truck was now pulling to the right. They said because they had just put in the lower control arms that might be the reason and it might straighten out on its own. They suggested that I drive it around for awhile and see if the alignment straightened out and if not they would do it again at no charge. I brought it back today and they refused to honor that. They should have fixed it that day. Never coming here again.

I went for alignment for my truck they quoted me 180$,later when i went for pickup they charged me 520 and when i asked thats not the amount u quoted me before and the guy was like we had do additional adjustment,i never gonna go back to this shop🙏🏻

I had my 5.0 towed in here when my alternator went out. The staff was generally pretty nice - I can’t recall the name of the African American gentleman who worked behind the desk, but he was absolutely awesome to work with. The reason I am taking off a couple of stars was because I had to badger them for any sort of information, and while I was sitting in the waiting room to pick up my car, one of the technicians kept revving my car unnecessarily to redline. Even the guy behind the desk was scratching his head at that.

I've never been so disappointed with an experience at a mechanic. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and they had it for 2 full days. There was no communication from them to keep me updated. I called them for an update at end of day Tuesday, and then again Wednesday end of day. They did a diagnostic and they got my check engine off. But I had several other issues that weren't addressed at all! When I picked it up end of Wednesday I found out there is a 3% fee to use your DEBIT card! It was not discussed with me before hand and the service was over 300 bucks! Now my car is not starting after just having it in the shop 2 weeks ago! I'll never use this business again, and recommend you dont either.

Xander cooked me a salmon dinner while my 07 Fj Cruiser TRD PRO 4wd with the optional electronic rear locker from factory in the launch color Voodoo Blue and close to 300k miles was being serviced. I had taken it to 2 other shops for alignment and Xandar with his knowledge still guessed correctly that old blue wasn't done proper. The team here finally got her set straight, with the addition of rotating the tires. I also asked about bringing my 83 2500 for a tune up and they have a guy for old school work too!

This company has an employee named Todd. I do not recommend doing business with him. I went to set up payment through a non-profit for getting my tires mounted and balanced. I was quoted $150. When I came in to bring in the non-profit form the amount was $210. I was confused by the price raise, but I figured I would ask when I called to make the appointment for the work to be done (and not in front of other customers). The nice lady from the non-profit told Todd that she was giving the cc number in advance since she’d be on vacation from September 19 to October 8. So that when the work was done they could use the card number and be paid. Before the work could be done I had to wait for my tires to be delivered. Once my tires arrived I called the shop and the owner, Jeff, answered. He picked up and knew nothing about this transaction. So he put me on the phone with Todd. I asked him about the price difference, he told me he already got the money. I asked why the owner didn't know, he said “he didn't need to.” I said he needed to return the difference. He got mean and defensive, and ended up hanging up on me. As a 60+ year old woman, I felt bullied and like he was trying to get away with overcharging and taking the money before the work was done. I tried to call back and talk to Jeff, but Todd would not let me talk to him. I called again and asked to leave a message to have Jeff call me back. That was early yesterday, and still no call back. I still don’t have the tires on my car, but the shop has already been paid for work they didn’t do. I will let you know what happens. I don't think this business is trustworthy, I would not go back.

Took my car in the store thinking it was a wheel bearing problem as it was making a bunch a noise in the cabin with rumbling whenever I hit certain speeds, but after a pretty quick inspection, they told and showed me what was wrong with my vehicle! I went to My Mechanic for regular service. Jim was wonderful, explained everything clearly and completely. I waited in the waiting room. They did oil change, checked motor, fluids, etc, and I purchased 4 new tires as old ones were ‘iffy’. The experience was great, everyone was helpful and friendly, responsive and respectful, prices were reasonable and competitive to my knowledge. I highly recommend My Mechanic. Negative reviews I see DO Not reflect my personal experience at all.

Took my car to this place for an inspection. They told me they inspect the entire car and that it would be 195$ for an inspection. I told them what the problem was, that there was a noise and vibration while driving over 30 mph and the guy explained it could be a number of things and that they would check the entirecar for problems. They called and told me that there was nothing wrong with the car but I needed new tires, and that the noise was coming from the tires. I decided I would go with another shop for cheaper tires. When I went to pick my car up I noticed it was in the exact same spot and position as when I dropped it off, it seemed strange but didn't think much of it. After getting new tires the noise was still there and now louder than before. I took it to another shop and within seconds of looking at it they told me both my struts are bad and a number of other things. I explained that I just had it inspected at My Mechanic, and the guy proceeded to tell me there was no possible way they looked at it and didn't notice anything. So I called My Mechanic back to ask them about it. I asked exactly what they do for an inspection and he said they inspect the entire car everytime, when I tried to explain that it did not seem as though they inspected it do to my struts being completely broken and that he did not inform me of that he hung up on me and blocked my number. This shop is connected to Mobile One in Rhonert Park the owners name is Glenn Meyer and I will absolutely never do any of his businesses, either shop ever again. I highly suggest you don't waste your time money and sanity either!
