For the last eight years I had taken my car to the dealership where I had bought the car. Lately I felt that I had gotten poor service and that I was being overcharged. Just recently I brought my car to Acur-It on a recommendation from a friend. I was extremely happy with not only the service but with the pricing as well. I feel compelled to give a raving review for this business. Not only are the they reliable with fair prices, the business is run by compassionate people. I recently had to use a loaner car and locked my keys in the car. I live out in Occidental and was terribly sick. Not only were they understanding, someone drove all the way out to my house and brought a loner key. AND they let me use the loaner until I was better enough to drive. Thank you Acurit team!

Took my 2017 Civic in for some maintenance and they were able to get it in no problem and were priced very competitively. They even made me aware of some other issues that needed attention and I was able to get those fixed before they became a bigger problem. What put them in top tier in terms of service was being able to offer me a loaner vehicle while my car was getting worked on. That, combined with their techs thorough inspection, likely saved me over $1000. I would recommend this place to anyone with a Honda-manufactured vehicle and they are now my go-to shop for getting maintenance done. Thank you everyone at the shop!

I must say that from the phone encounter before I aver took my car in, to the end result, I couldn’t have had any better service. I was called while my car was still being worked on to explain some unexpected finds, and everything was explained in detail. Very professional and courteous. The best mechanics ever. My four runner had 50 thousand miles on it when I bought it at a Toyota dealership. I thought it felt like new. After I put another 50 thousand miles I decided to to have it shipped to Costa Rica where I currently reside. I decided to have these people go through the vehicle and fix any potential problems because I didn’t know what kind of service I would find in CR. When I got the car back it was unbelievable. It ran so much quieter and smoother than it did at 50000 miles. If I was still in the states I would not hesitate to bring it back to them

I really appreciate a great customer service from this one guy name Kevin Lemus. When i took my 2019 Nissan sentra earlier this morning for my cabin air filter. Acur-It provided timely repairs, with no extras that weren't needed. I have brought several vehicles in including a mini ford motorhome, bmw, subaru, toyota.... They are very informed and explain the issue in depth often showing the photos they took etc. Kevin is always honest about whether something has to been done now or if you have some time, but you will be made aware at least. They've even pointed out things for me that I didn't bring the vehicle in for, that they noticed along the way. The updates throughout the process are pretty nice and so is the loaner car if it's available. The maintenance reminders are helpful too especially if it comes around the time their discount emails do =) Doesn't hurt that the guys are all friendly and they have a nice little waiting room.
