Friday at noon my brakes went out. I called around and nobody could work me in. Called Apex and they said sure bring it in. They worked me in and a couple hours later I was back on the road. The young lady in the office was super nice. The mechanic who did the work wouldn’t let me leave until I checked out the brakes and was happy with everything, which needless to say I was. I would highly recommend this business.

Alex gave me an estimate of $1,800 on a job. He calls me and tells me that the vehicle needs additional parts that will cost "a couple hundred bucks" but that it wont cost any additional labor. When I pick up the vehicle, I get presented with a bill for $3100. I cant afford to hand out blank checks with no communication about costs "Blank check" was a figure of speech. Otherwise it Happened Exactly as I described. I did not "belittle" anyone. I stated the same thing to her that I wrote in this review and that's it.

I bought a van from a used car lot and it had transmission problems. Apex quickly figured out what the problem was got a transmission ordered and quickly had it replaced only to find out that the transmission was bad. That day they called and had another one on its way. They are very good at keeping in touch and letting you know what's going on. Very friendly and would highly recommend for those looking for great mechanics!!

This place is great. Had my head gaskets and timing and some other engine work done by Alex, and my Forester XT runs amazing now. Steven and Taylor tinted the windows and it looks great. These folks know what they're doing, and are transparent with fair pricing and thorough explanations of what you're paying for. I'm thrilled to have found a place that is so knowledgeable about high performance cars, especially Subarus.

Truck threw up check engine light about 2 weeks ago. Code read up Fuel Pump. My truck is diesel. Everybody said that's what it was. I got a 3rd opinion. I was told Alex at Apex Auto was awesome so I figured I'd give it a shot. He took the time to talk me through everything and different possibilities. Ended up being just the fuel filter. Everybody was willing to lie to me and tell me that it was the fuel pump. But not Alex. Alex is good people and one of the last great mechanics in the Tri Cities. He also got me and oil change and a few other small things. Saved me at least over $1,000.00. Big thanks to Alex! Recommending him to everybody!!

Amanda and Alex were extremely kind and helpful. I was having issues with a tire constantly going flat, even after replacing the tire and the rim. They took the extra time and care to try to understand why my tire kept going flat, despite new rims & tires. They were fast, efficient, very kind, and made sure I understood the issue and what they were doing to fix it. Also very fairly priced. I will be coming to their shop for all of my car related problems & maintenance!

Amanda and Alex were incredibly helpful! Quick, GOOD, and fairly priced service. They both listened to everything I told them and asked follow up questions. They checked in with me each step of the way, and never did anything until I approved. Alex even took the time to show me the parts of my car and how they work together and what he was going to fix. Amanda was super communicative and took care of getting the warranty coverage on my new clutch, so I didn't have to do anything. This is the first mechanic shop where I have truly felt taken care of. Long story short, the last guy to work on my truck messed up the timing belt potentially, and he was not exactly as professional as I had hoped he would be, so in the end I was recommended Alex here at Apex and he helped resolve my problem.
