Seth helped my husband and I out on a Sunday when we desperately needed some new brakes because my husband drives a lot for work and was taking a 4 hour drive for work the next day. Seth is awesome he’s helped me 3 times lately with my engine light popping on, he turned it off but said come back if it does it again. Then my ac wasn’t working well enough so he added some refrigerant and said he that was going freeze me out i laughed I love how friendly he is and so glad my AC Is cold again so thankful!! He has a wonderful personality for customer service too which is so rare now days and he doesn’t put me on hold if I need my car looked at He’ll say come on over I mean who does that these days ? He’s a God send to me and I believe it I’m a Christian and I know God sent him to help me out coz God knows who we need to help u ms coz I don’t have anyone who can fix cars or anything auto to help me out . If you are anywhere near johnson city tenn and need an honest and Christian mechanic you have to call Seth. He got myself and my wife ( who have been in the mountains since day 4 with disaster relief ) back in the road after we had to spend the night due to a problem with our 2500 chevy truck. Called him at 11 pm last night and he has the part waiting on us by 10 am when we showed up. Great conversation and excellent service . Thanks so much brother and God Bless.

Seth is AMAZING! I purchased a used car and three hours after purchase it broke down. 😢 I called Seth and explained what happened he showed up in 10 mins took a look, called a tow truck, sat and waited with me until it got there, and even offered to cover the cost of the tow if I didn't have the cash on me. (Of course he would add that to the ending bill, rightfully so😊) He went above and beyond with my car which was a serious pain in the butt. He was very patient and assuring. He took his time and went over EVERY ASPECT! I explained to Seth that I do travel frequently throughout the year which is usually a 10 hour trip there and back, and he nit picked over my car to ensure that it is in the best shape for the traveling and for local everyday wear and tear. I appreciate him so much. His family is beautiful and friendly and he is seriously the best, constant communication throughout the whole process, he took the time explaining things to me being that I have very little car knowledge besides the basics. His prices are worth it and beyond reasonable, his service is fantastic and he has a forever customer with me and I will forever send business his way! Thank you A to Z Auto!

If you want the coldest AC this summer, Seth is your guy! Took my car in with a busted AC accumulator and he replaced it making the system a chill 40°F. He even leak tested the AC system. Seth genuinely cares about your car and loves what he does. He even went out of his way to make sure my car's fluids were good. Great job Seth👍

He has helped me 2 times so far, once when I was stuck on the highway at night on a Sunday with a flat tire, NO ONE ELSE would even come out to put on my spare, but he risked his life to help me, then yesterday I took my car back to him around 4pm and told him that I understood if he had to keep the car over night, but he had it done very quickly, and when I picked the car up ... its driving smoother than it ever has!! He charged me a very fair price and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend and trust him with my vehicles! Thank you so much for ALL you're help!!

Was very friendly and flirty. Full of energy for sure put an alternator on my car and . 250 for labor which most of the evening he was running around bragging on himself and telling me I looked like his super model ex-wife anything but working. Then lost an important bolt so it was kept over night. HE LOST IT NOT ME. so it was kept overnight Agreed to work with me on cost because he knew I was struggling. And because he lost that ....long story short I get there to pick it up and it was $500. My recommendation is take it somewhere else or be a man one of the two. This is typical of how men like him treat women who are stuck in bad spot

This was a true emergency repair and he helped us out in a pinch!! I was feeling rather silly for breaking our muffler but he was so kind and reassuring that it wasn't a big deal. That it's something he could handle and truly seemed to enjoy putting it together again!! Also.. I should add this was on a Sunday! So I was shocked I was able ti get his help so quickly.

The last place we took my wife's car to was Washington county co-op automotive center. They were horrible. They put substandard parts on and then when we asked them to fix it they were gaslighting us saying it was the transmission after we took it to three different transmission places, we found A to z Auto repair. The service was excellent. The owner who does all the work was a straight shooter with us and got our issue resolved in about a day. He was friendly, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable about his craft after the positive pleasant experience there, he's going to be the only person we let touch our vehicles in the future.
