The prices at Wal-Mart for everything are virtually unbeatable by any other store, but the lack of communication and available staff is ridiculous to say the least. I got my oil changed and while they were taking care of it I did my grocery shopping. A 40 minute time frame I was quoted turned into a 2 hour long adventure. I was then told to pick up my keys at the electronics department who told me my keys were at customer service and I had to wait in like for an additional 30 minutes there with my 2 year old in tow. I would much rather pay a little more at a local place than to get my services completed here again.

Ordered two new tires. I asked them to install the new tires on the rear, but they put them on the front. When I noticed that, I also saw that they installed the wrong two tires. Now I have to go back and spend another hour waiting for them to correct everything

It's a real Gamble oh, the place is really slow it could take up to 2 hours for service and some of the people working there have zero for brains. I purchased three tires there only to find out they were the wrong size, when it was clearly marked on my car and on the previous tires what size they're supposed to be. When I went back to get it fixed it took forever for them to fix it another two hours of waiting

Excellent work. I came in late in the day many other people were before me. Boss told me come in early one morning and your car will be done in a jiffy. Good advice , be prepared though.at that time they told me they only do Mechanical work. That's mostly what we need anyway and it is done well.

Refused service the last 2 times I have came here, first time 2hrs before closing time and today over 4hrs before closing time. They state lack of help, yet there are multiple employees wandering the bays? I bought the tires here and return for the rotation but appears that was a ripoff.

Showed up at 6pm for an oil change. They close at 7pm. They walked out and told me it was too late to do an oil change. Unbelievable. Will never come here again. For a facility like this an oil change should take 15 mins max as it does at any facility.

I've had a few oil changes here with no issue, until the last one. I caught the oil leaking about a mile away (no O-ring on the oil filter). I called them and the manager, Terance, came to fix the problem. They also cleaned the oil out of the engine bay afterwards, and gave me a full refund. Mistakes happen, but they take care of their customers when they do.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. My wife picked up a nail in one tire so I stopped on my way out of town to get it plugged. I pulled up to the door, no one else was in any of the bays and there were 3 "technicians" standing at a desk. It took 10 minutes for the guy to get the information into the handheld, (probably because he had to start over three times) and I went to the waiting area. I waited an hour and 15 minutes and no one even touched the car during that entire period! While I was there the manager got a call from customer from the previous day where they underinflated the tires on his car. Long story short, go to a real tire shop and don't let this incompetent bunch anywhere near your vehicle!

Absolutely garbage. Came first thing in the morning and they said hour and a half for oil and tires. 2 hours later and they had not started. Worse than that, 3 people refused to even give me an update for how long it would take. If you want to get lied to and spend 3 to 4 hours waiting on tires I guess this is the place for you.

If you enjoy waiting for hours, missing other appointments, and watching slow, unorganized work, this is the place for you! If you value your time and run on a schedule, it is not. I made an appointment, showed up early for it. Website said i could expect an hour wait for mounting two tires. I arrivedWarrived atfat 7:50(appointmenttappointment athat 8). They didn't open the doors to the service center until 8:15 (was supposed to open at 8). The guy at the desk seemed confused the entire time. Couldn't find my order in the computer. The man working on my vehicle could not have moved slower if he tried. I mean seriously....2 HOURS FOR MOUNTING TWO TIRES WITH AN APPOINTMENT!? I would have been in and out of tire barn or discount tire without an appointment in 30-45 minutes. I'll go there next time. Not worth saving $10.

Very rude and disrespectful. They need to get people in there that are TRAINED to change oil. These people are clowns. They didn't change my oil or the air filter I asked for. The runt that handled my car said he couldn't get the oil pan bolt out. That's fine. I understand that. But he didn't bother to put the bolts back in the skid plate so when I got home, it was scrubing the road. He left the oil cap loose and didn't even put the dip stick all the way in. Needless to say, it was a mess. My advise...DON'T!!! JUST DON'T!!!

Bought new tires to be installed, so I scheduled a 7am. Unfortunately, they did not open until about 30min later. I understand that things happen, but if you know a customer has made an appointment so early, I think every effort should be made to open on time! Other than that, my tire installed was done in a reasonable time.

Even with an appontment, they took OVER TWO HOURS to install four new tires on my car. On top of that, they "found a broken TPMS sensor" while changing the tires, and just handed it to me when I picked up the car. No phone call, no offer to replace (I would gladly pay for the replacement part), nothing. Honestly, I have a feeling the un-trained technician BROKE the sensor while removing the old tire when they didn't use the tire machine correctly. Now, I have no idea WHICH wheel is missing a sensor, and I'll have to pay someone else to have the tire(s) re-mounted just so I can have it replaced. This is HORRIBLE workmanship and customer service!!!

Please avoid this place. I brought my car in to have four tires put on. I was there for 4 hours. The person who was working on my car was called into a meeting. When I finally came to check after 3 hours, they told me he hadn't started yet so I could just leave if I wanted to. No attempt at all to try and help me. Just take your car and leave.

I have never had a problem with this auto care facility. When you make an appointment they always get you in. Walmart has good products and if you buy tires and batteries the warranty is honered nationwide.

-5 stars. Waste of 20$ to have them mount the tire should have just done it by hand. Now I'm quite understanding a mechanic myself for 20years. Everytime I go even no matter how many tires I get I have a close to 2 hour or more wait. Example like today 8/8/25 had to wait 1.5 hours for 1 tire. I saw every car that came after me finish before me I had an appointment too. I stopped by 8/7/25 for the tire they suggested I make an appoint to be seen sooner and have priority so I didnt have to wait; Did not get priority I was last. On top of the tire tech put my tire on wrong; no star pattern just ugga dugga (impact wrench) until tight "in a circle" which will cause improper pressure around the hub potentially warping my rim or stretching out my lug studs; then they hit it with a torque wrench 3 times to "make sure it was secure"..... Now I suspect that either my rim is warped or my lug studs are stretched out and will need to be replace, my tire/rim will potentially fail or fall off due to improper installation on to the hub causing a wreck or atleast damaging my car. -5 stars. The mechanic should be fired. This is unacceptable. And the fact he thought it was proper procedure to go in a Circle and use an impact I will never take my vehicles to walmart again I'd rather replace tires by hand!!!! A waste for 20$.

Stopped in for oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires after keeping the car for two hours. Terrible experience!

My daughter had a 7 am appointment and had to wait about 40 minutes, because she was told the manager hadn't arrived to unlock the bays. They insinuated that this happens often.

The techs there are incredibly rude, and make you feel stupid if you don’t understand something. I thought I was buying a tire with the rim since it was shown in the picture on their website, and when I went down there to get my tires replaced I asked what I bought since he said he couldn’t replace my tires, one of the techs told me “we sell the rubber things, not the metal things” like I was stupid I know what a rim is. I do not recommend going there.
