would give 10 stars if i could !! I must say, the man at the front desk at Toyo Tech is very helpful and kind ! I dropped my truck off to get checked they called in a couple of hours & was very thorough & honest about what was wrong with it. Sadly, they don’t do transmission work but referred me to a trust worthy place to take it to here in town !

Brian was great. He got us in quick and had our vehicle ready when he said he would. Just on my first trip there I could tell he takes the time to connect and listen to every customer. He has a ton of experience and I will continue to take our vehicles to him. In my opinion he was very affordable and we created a priority list of maintenance items. I’m afraid to say how awesome this place is at fixing Toyotas since getting an appointment is already like getting reservations at some high class fancy shmancy five star restaurant but I gotta tell it like it is. These guys know what they are doing! They don’t sell you what you don’t need and they know how to diagnose and fix what’s wrong for a very good price. Never experienced anything like it when it comes to mechanics. Their perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is absolutely deserved!

Best prices. Trustworthy and honest guy. Kept my Lexus for a week trying to figure out why it randomly stopped cranking. Went through my whole car with a fine toothed comb and said he won’t ever let a car beat him. Found my crank wire had been snipped and spliced it back together. A few weeks later- unrelated- my SAIS went out and he helped me get that situated. We’ve told our whole family about him and how awesome of a mechanic he is, now my dad is going to be calling him for work on his Lexus!

TOYOTech kept my F-250 for 3 months and still didn't resolve the issues. Two weeks waiting time to get a slot in their schedule, and they keep it for 3 months. I desperately needed the truck for a job and started calling once a week to check on progress. It was always the same "we are still working on it". I finally let them know that I was having it towed to another shop. Suddenly the next morning its repaired. It was just a MAP sensor and a fuel pump. That will be $445.21 thank you very much. I picked the truck up and started for home. The vehicle is running nearly as bad as when they received it. Its still sputtering, missing, loss of power and hesitation. I decided to check the second fuel tank which had been another major issue. Nope it still will not pull gas from that tank. I'm wondering what exactly did they actually do and if this is what they consider acceptable levels of performance on their own personal vehicles? Before I reach home I am stranded on the side of the road arranging for a tow truck. The next day I call TOYOTech to discuss the situation with no answer. Several trips by the place only find a note on the door promising to be back shortly. After a week of leaving daily messages I am done with these hack shysters and am cutting my losses. Based upon my personal experience and the quality of worked performed I would never suggest them to anyone as a reputable honest place to have automotive work done. Brian, if you would like to contact me you have my number in your records. I would love an opportunity to revise this review based upon your business redoing the work properly for which you charged.

So Toyote told us we had a drivers side axle seal leaking and it would be around $1200. Brian quoted us $200. A few hours after dropping the car off he called and said there is nothing wrong with our Camry and didnt charge us. We'll definitely be going back for future needs. Thanks again!
