My car broke down on 635 just south of Metropolitan. After a quick google search I found Applied Phzix and was able to limp my car into their lot without a tow. Ali was incredibly helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me an estimate for parts and labor including the options of new or used parts. As it was late in the day he wasn't able to get the part in but worked on it first thing the next morning as he promised. When I looked at my final bill it was less than I had originally been quoted because it had taken them less time than expected to do the work. Overall it was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. If I lived closer I would use him as my regular mechanic. Great service and reasonably priced!

This is the only place i go to for any automotive issues i may run into. Been going here for at least 5 years. Ive taken a 2017 Ford Transit, a 95 GMC G3500 and a 2007 Pontiac G6 to have service here. I generally work on my own cars. But if its too complicated for me, ill bring them to Ali and his very knowledgeable staff. Very reasonably priced, convenient location, in and out in no time and you can learn some things from Ali. I notice a difference (improvement)in how my cars run everytime. Their parking lot is packed everytime im there. But theyre that good. 5/5 in my book. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

The most honest car repair shop I've ever found. Time and again I've taken car in convinced one thing is wrong to be told be then it was a much cheaper repair. One time I was convinced my starting was messed up or possibly just tires out of alignment. Took in and they refused to charge me a dime as they said one of my tires was just low. They could have easily billed me for rebalancing tires and I never would have questioned it.

As I have experienced before. This is a great business and the man who owns the shop he is very awesome he is kind of considerate and he does take the time out to do his job and figure out what is going on with your car he is a great and wonderful guy! I must tell you that, all the years before dealing with this guy he is better than anyone that I know I don't like dealing with shade tree mechanics but Ali, Ali... Is the best one I have come across! Now take that to the bank!

At First I Thought He Was A Great Mechanic But He Kept Giving Me The Run Around … First He Thought It Was The Axel … Got That “Fixed” & Turned Out It Wasn’t That … I Went Again & He Said It Was The Driveshaft … Got That Fixed … Turned Out It Wasn’t That Either … Went Today To See What It Could Be For The THIRD Time & He Said It’s Probably The Axel Again ?? Like How ? When I Literally Got That Fixed … He’s Definitely Playing People For Their Money … I Wouldn’t Recommend This Place … He Definitely Doesn’t Care About His Customers.

I had to make an appointment to get my car evaluated, and then he was able to complete the work within 2 days. Ali is honest and explained everything he was doing and why. I also liked that I was able to drop my car off the night before so he could get to it first thing in the morning. I thought I was having electrical issues, but it turned out to be carbon build-up on the intake. Which he fixed. He was recommended to me by my mother and other family members. I live in Missouri but I would definitely use him again! I appreciate that he didn't try to hustle me just because I am a female. It's hard to find honest mechanics.
