Not too happy with Arco most of the times the pumps are not working this happens to other articles as well I've been to three of them some have pad for pumps not working they have a big issue about this so I had onto Chevron where I never have a problem

We'll this fuel station always has problems with there pumps most of the time they don't work I've made five trips back in forth to the cashier trying to get the pumps to work this happens a lot I'm so done with this place I never have this problem across the street at Chevron and there's olny one employe that has to run everything by her self this is so frustrating

Self pay is non operational at all the pumps so you have to go inside to pay and wait on a fat line like a baby duckling, then they charged a debit fee on top of the gas price, but there isn't even a sign that says you have to go inside. My sister pinched her hand on the pump handle. We'll go to Chevron across the street next time.

Gas station is a hot mess of people driving every which way to get gas and cut one another in line. They don't take credit cards at the pump, and if you use a debit card, they charge a fee for the transaction. What a RIP OFF! Zero stars if I could.

Found this place to be a nice experience share one cashier was working two cash register to keep the line moving I found that very enlightening little bit of panhandling going on around there on the outside so you got to be careful

Really wish they would do something about the people outside thats always askin for money! Like i would literally go to the chevron across the street and pay more for gas just so I won't get harassed by the people outside.

Cheap gas but they need security or something because they allow people to blast loud inappropriate music while pumping and people loitinger/panhandling all the time. They need to work on their standards for customer experience and safety.

Bathroom is never ever clean. Very filthy and has bugs, foul smell even squatting isn’t optional . It’s always a problem when I go in here, system either down or it’s filth . I do not recommend .

This Arco is ok. I like them because they allow customers to use their restroom any time of the day. I hate it when a business that provide a service to so many people, with some possibly being travelers on a long trip, and the attendant wont let them use the restroom. This place is not like that. Nice, friendly people at this location and its near the 14 freeway exit/entrance.

One of cheapest places for gas but the homeless people make it uncomfortable and dangerous. If you come, I suggest you come in the morning. Other than that, workers are always nice and have good beer selection. Homeless problem is the issue here.

The best Arco gas station ever, I shop there for the last 10 years at least, the people who work there are nice and professional and they make you feel welcome every time but the problem is ( the exit on 20th street is damaged ) please let the owner fix it.

I don't like Arco's gas, cause. Usually, it Burns too quick. It always did before some gas stations of drkle are AMP m. They would have water in your gas. An even fast trip in Mojave right off the 14 freeway. Those bunch of cars lined up on the freeway heading South, and they were stuck I'm aside because their engine screwed up because all the water in it, so I don't like articles, gas, or even fast trip. Now, I get the 91 proof at the deoktaine of The AMP m's gas because it's cheaper. Then sands club, which is almost $5 a gallon. They don't have the supreme unleaded. I love Costco's gas. I never had any problem with Costco's gas. But you gotta buy a membership. That's $65, which I'm planning on doing later on down the road and get rid of the Sam's Club. Don't want their business anymore, Costco's. Closer to me..

I bought some chips bc I wanted to put cheese and chili on it but the old lady that works there just kept on staring at me putting cheese on it she had told me I can’t put cheese or chili without paying the cheese or chili and to be honest I was not trying to say anything to this lady bc of how uncomfortable I felt in that store, I always go fill up my tank there and I always try to spot her out bc she looks mean, but besides that the other workers are awesome no matter the time of day

Not environmentally friendly. All this trying to get away from plastic use and they take out the water option from the fountain so you have to buy bottled water AND ice. Cheap and rude.

Its trash going there for gas. Went in there to put air in tires but pump doesn't work. They wanted to charge $2.50 to put air in tire and I was told you just go in and it is law they have to let you get it for free if you request it. The lady laughed at me when I explained what I wanted and she said"honey somebody was feeding me a bunch of lies" so went out there put my card in there got charged but pump didn't work. Hobbled back in there on my cane and all she could say was " oh well". Took my business else where. Including my gas from now on.
