Tried lots of other places in the last 20 years and used Arlington for the last seven years, like them a lot. We have three trucks and three cars. We've had two collisions repaired. All the inspections each year and general repairs. All this work was done without a single issue.

Scammy. They didn’t call with an estimate after my fender bender as they said they would. When I called for cost they paused and said it be 7K even, seemed outrageously high. So I got it towed to PC Auto less than a half a mile away and got it done for 2K. Arlington charged me nearly $200 for the estimate and a one day ‘storage fee.’ Couldn’t get my car out of there fast enough.

The most dishonest and crooked repair shop i have ever delt with. I got my car inspected and passed. But i needed something else done to my car . so i took it to arlington and told me i needed new front end suspension and a lot of other things that made my bill up around 1000 bucks. I took it back to my repair shop(dubjunkie) on rt 51 and he was honest and amazing. Screw this shop in the ars!

Just went there to get air in my tires since I did business with them before and my car was sitting on the curb for over a week while I was out of town. I ask the first person I saw if he could do it for me please for $10.00. The guy was very nice and genuine and told me to keep my money. Before he took my car in I slipped him $5.00 anyway just for taking his time out for me and appreciate it. The "Boss" open the door and asked "if he could help me?" with some smug attitude. I said no thanks this guy already got me, so The "Boss" goes back in. After the guy put air in my tires and told him thank you so much I appreciate it the "Boss" comes out and looks at me with attitude and says $5.00 as if he wanted it for the work. Which was fine but the way he went about it was unnecessary. I told him that I gave the guy the $5.00, so the "Boss" SNATCHES the $5.00 out of his employee's hand then looks at me pointing at his chest like some tough guy and says "I'M THE BOSS" and walks away. I understand people have bad days, but that doesn't excuse you to treat someone like that or your enployees especially someone that was a previous customer. "The Boss" is a JERK! ...and you just lost future business with me even though you probably don't give a hoot anyway based on your ATTITUDE. Rudeee!

DO NOT go here. First off, they prey on women thinking we won’t have any knowledge on vehicles or how much repairs should actually cost. They tried to charge my friend over $1,000 for brakes and rotors after telling her the rotors didn’t really need changed yet. They also charged her for replacing her heat shield after she’d told them she wanted to wait and call around to get pricing. Places like this are the reason why single women get so nervous to take their car to the shop.

If you are looking for exceptional professional quality work this is definitely the place to go! Their knowledge supersedes all whether it is body work, mechanical, towing or safety checks. They will outline the timeline for you in regards to any and all types of work including the perimeters when dealing with the insurance companies' guidelines and policies. They always take your calls or return your call in a prompt manner, and answer any questions. If you want a professional result the first time, I would recommend them every time!

Let me start by saying these guys suck. They are very rude and do horrible work!!! When I got my car back there was scratches all down the passenger side both doors. Fenders where not lined up, headlight not in bumper properly, hood seal was ripped up from a buffer, took it back they said they didn't touch the sides of the car and the swirl marks where there. My car is a 2015 it's never been buffed. I paid 1700, dollars to have my car more messed up than when it went in!!! The owner Wes jr. Was very argumentative towards me and denied any thing wrong with the car. To top it all off he's a friend of my family. Do not go here!!!! This is how they treat their friends think of how they treat people they don't know!!!!

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Reasons are endless: 1. My car is still not fixed a year and a half after my accident 2. They had my car numerous times and still never fixed it 3. After not being able to fix my car, they take it to another shop, and fixed the "fan assembly" now my AC fans sound like a CD is skipping so that now needs fixed again. 4. They conveniently have no records of each time they had my car (three times just this year alone) and said it was my responsibility to have that in a receipt (wouldnt you think that they would have had to talk to the insurance company each time?) 5. I was told by Arlington autobody that their work is 100% guaranteed, well, that's just not the case apparently. Terrible terrible customer service. Can also say that about 3 years ago, I went here to get the car I had previously inspected. They gave me a laundry list of things that "needed" repaired for $1500. I took my car elsewhere and to my surprise, my car passed just fine. All I needed was new wipers. I wish I knew when I wrecked my new car in front of this establishment that I had a choice of where to take it... because I certainly wouldnt have let them touch it. This place is a joke and a rip off. They should not be in business. The list goes on but I'll spare you.

I never saw such a kind of Rude and Impatience owner. I tow my vehicle to his yard on the long weekend for repair and after the long weekend I drove from cincinati to Pittsburgh to request him to repair my vehicle asap after the long weekend, he refused to do that I request him few times politely explaining the situation and where I drove from, after my request he he don’t want to repair my car and ask me to get off with your car from my yard else he gonna tow and complaint to cops that I have threated him. I don’t have option and I found other mechanic shop Vince’s Performance near by and I got my vehicle get inspected on same day and got repaired next day. I would like to suggest you You may be a good mechanic but when you don’t understand the customers pain you never become helpful and great mechanic. Hence you cannot be a great mechanic I was never treated like this with any other mechanics or owners. I gave 1 start because there is no 0 star option.

My daughter had her car towed there because the engine stopped working. They sold her a battery for $359 and then said then the mechanic wasn’t there that day. Wes Was extremely rude and hostile. I had the car towed to another dealer who identified the problem in minutes. This guy is a sham. AAA should not use this business again

This place is a joke. Don't go here! I repeat. Don't go here! I was recommended to go here by AAA. Service was so bad I just ended up towing my car to PC Auto, which got my car fixed same day and 2/3 the price. Even the tow truck driver was telling me how notoriously bad this place is. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else
