i would not let omar or any one at this shop touch your car he did the brakes in my car and did not bleed the brakes let me pull the car off the rack and had no brakes and put a hole in my wife’s bumper and did not even pay to fix it

Main owners were easy to work with when it came to inspection stickers. Explained issues and possible remedies and vehicle passed. Their honesty saved me greif and unneeded expenses where others would have taken advantage. They either need to pay their guys more or provide dental care, not much smiling going on over there, we ain't in the bad guys. You guys don't need to Mean Mug every guy that comes in there we aint out to get you

I had a very disappointing experience at this auto shop. They overestimated the cost of repairs and quoted me a much higher price than what I ended up paying elsewhere for the same work. They also suggested replacing multiple parts that, according to another mechanic, did not need to be changed. It took them four days just to diagnose my car, which is far too long. Communication was poor, and the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful when speaking with customers. What made this even more concerning was that one of the mechanics quietly told me that some of his colleagues are not good and tend to change parts unnecessarily. Hearing that directly from someone who works there really made me question their honesty and integrity. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs at this shop.

i took my car which stopped at cvs on thrusday...next day in the morning i towed my car to Arlington auto service as it was just across the street and i thought it would low cost to tow to that place....i dropped my car friday and came back to work speaking with the owner and being assured he will check the car.....friday, february 27 he did not check my car and told me it will take 3 4 days to repair my car...monday morning march 2 i called early morning at 9am the mechanic said he just started working on my car and told me there is a lot of problem in my car starting with fuel pump....and the mechanic owner will give me a call about how to fix it.....i did not get a call back and gave him a call about 12o clock..he repeated the same thing that he told when i gave him a call in the morning...again i was just waiting for the owner to call but until 4pm i did not receive any call and gave him the call..this time it was the owner he said there were few problem including fuel pump starter gadge electric shot...but he did not fixed it....march 3rd in the day time he called me and said he cannot fixe the car cause its a trash and nobody can fix it because it had a heart attack and died....i checked my car there was a change in my battery..he used a different battery and urged that was the original battery which was inside when it get there....but a mechanic working there saw me struggling and took out the origibal battery of my car wispering in my ear the mechanics and owner are not good....and todayt...march 4th i took my car to a different store and he said he can fix it for 700....so in short the guy or owner from arlington auto service is a scammer...he is thief :(
