We took our 2021 Camry XSE to have a minor left rear bumper and small area on the trunk repaired. They did unnecessary body work on both rear fenders right side door and lower right fender. They drove the car to a house and left it overnight. We tracked it with our Toyota connect app and picked it up the next day. They drove it twice to Dallas and six times around Arlington. They put over 200 miles on the car. We won’t be doing business there again.

I found this body shop after looking and visiting several other shops that quoted me way out of my price range. DFW body shop in Arlington treated me with respect and humility which made want to do business with them. I had a deep dent in my car after coming in contact with a trailer hitch and they replaced my hood and you couldn’t even tell the difference. Afterwards they went a step further to clean the outside and inside of my vehicle. I was impressed. If you’re looking a body shop who will care about your car as if it were their own then this is the place for you.

I was coincidentally pulling up right as they were pulling my car out and needless to say I was satisfied at first glance and they even went the extra mile and detailed it. They even fixed some previous things that were wrong with my car that I had no knowledge about. We brought our father-son project car ('79 Z28) to DFW Body Shop to get floor pan work done. There were A LOT of challenges that came up with our car. Victor and the team kept working through the issues and were able to resolve the problems they found (which were more than we thought existed when we brought the car in). It took a bit longer than expected, but Victor was committed to doing it right and giving us a result that would last. We're happy to have it home and start making progress on it. We have a couple more body issues that will need to be address down the road. We'll be back.

Let me just say, HUGE THANKS TO VICTOR!!! 🤩 My car trunk handle broke off & it was just dangling on the wires. I initially called 3 other body shops & Victor was the ONLY BUSINESS THAT HELPED ME!! So I called right before closing & explained my problem. Without hesitation, Victor told me to come by the shop to see if he could do something for me NOW vs me trying to fix it on my own & possibly making it worst. He truly cares about providing EXELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE because he detached the broken part for me & secured the exposed wires!! From that kind gesture he earned my business!! It took less than a week to order the part, color match it & the following week I stopped by for him to fix the trunk handle. 2hrs later the car was ready!! I'm so grateful for his business!! My experience with DFW Body shop was exceptional. They are very knowledgeable & know exactly what they are talking about. Victor was very thorough explaining everything that needed to get fixed on my car. He went above and beyond to check my vehicle to make sure no additional things needed to be done & only changed what was necessary. As a woman sometimes it can be intimidating trusting someone with your vehicle (especially if you know nothing about body shop work) but I felt at ease & knew I left my car in the right hands. I was very pleased with the end results. You can’t even tell my car had been wrecked. The issues were fixed & the paint matched perfectly! I truly appreciate that he understood my car was of an essence & got it back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. In all honesty, I was quite astounded by how quick the turn around time was and how he still managed to provide the best work. True professionals and trust worthy. I had a better experience here than I’ve ever had at a dealership, thanks to Victor. The communication was exceptional, he never lied about anything and always put the customer first. Victor and the team did a very good job on my brand new 2022 dodge charger. We faced outside problems that would have kept my car in the shop longer than expected. Someone sideswipe me at the mall. And I took it to the dealership and they where too busy. I remember I came here years ago. I came back and my car was completed within a week paint was matched perfectly like nothing never happened and they cleaned it. They where very professional and nice. A lady hit me when I was in Dallas and damaged both doors on my driver side, and my front bumper. I called Victor because he worked on my Altima which came out great, and I couldnt even tell there was any repair work done. Victor repaired my current Toyota Rav4 in about a week like he said he would, and matched my paint perfectly (which was a little hard being that I don't have the average paint color). He was great to work with even when my insurance was moving a little slow with the responses and payment, he even saved me some money on my deductible :) If I have any more accidents or know others that do, I will definitely be coming back here and referring others.
