I had a wonderful experience working with Quinn at Armstrong Automotive! I would highly recommend his shop and am looking forward to continued business with them in the future. As a small business owner myself, I appreciated the transparency and timely service. He was honest on what repairs were necessary for my vehicle and did not try to upsell me on anything. I had taken my car to a different shop that quoted me much higher rates. Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor. It takes time, but when you do, it is so worth it. Thank you for the great service! I will be back. I highly recommend Armstrong Automotive to anyone in the Phoenix valley.

Im just a parts runner ,but ALL the staff just plain rocks , their attitude and I've watched them talk with customers, they really go outta their way to make your vehicle as perfect as possible , I know they use top quality parts even outside of the shop looks professional and very clean. Quinn and Sheila were amazing and communicated whenever there were changes to the repairs or what was going on with the insurance people. Quinn was patient and kind when explaining the repairs that were done to my car. I greatly appreciated his transparency and diligence! I'm so glad I took my car to Armstrong's! They did a fantastic job on my car. The cost was very reasonable for all the work they did and I can tell how much pride they take in their work. They wanted to make sure that everything was in tip top shape and took better car of my car than I do! (Which is why the bumper needed to be fixed in the first place! 😁) I really appreciated their diligence and will definitely use them again.

Sorry, I've used Armstrong Automotive since the early 90's and this is my first review. They have been the most HONEST repair shop I have ever seen. They fix what needs to be fixed and don't pad the bill with unnecessary money makers.They only use the best new parts available. They have always been kind, friendly, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. This car guy is very happy with Quin and his entire crew. 5 stars is far less than they deserve. Bob

Quinn and his team are honest, efficient, and great at communicating. The Ford dealership told us that we needed. New transmission in our Expedition, and they were charging top dollar. We took it to Quinn, and he was able to replace the transmission with a new transmission they purchased directly from Ford for $4,000 less than Ford wanted to charge us. We took the car on a long road trip a week later and everything worked perfectly. We have also taken our car in when we had problems with the cruise control—the initial thought was that there was a damaged sensor, which would have cost a couple thousand dollars. However, further diagnosis showed that it was just some bad wiring that needed to be replaced, which was *significantly* cheaper. They had it repaired in one day, knowing that we were hoping to go on a road trip. I’m super grateful to have found a good, honest, talented mechanic with a great team! I’ll happily share his information with friends.

We’ve taken our cars here for years. They are honest and fairly price. The owner especially cares about the repairs and the customers. They are conservative about fixing just what is broken. Recently our AC was blowing hot when idle the owner personally took time to explain how, why, and what they fixed. He communicated to us that if the conservative fix ended up not being the resolution, to let them know immediately so they could quickly get us in for a more extensive exam and repair. The AC has been working great with the minimal repair. Their customer service is top notch.

This is Bill Allen and I am an old dude and not on Facebook but I decided I needed to do a Google Review regarding Armstrong Automotive. First of all Shayla at the front desk is just a joy to talk to and always takes such good care of you, both on the phone and as you walk in the front door. As an old dude I was raised by a dad who believed in the handshake way of doing business. A short time ago I had brake problems on my car and took it in to Quinn and asked him to look at it. I've known Quinn for a long time and know him to be a completely honest and trustworthy individual. When I walked out the door, as I left my car with him, I said, “You don't need to call me with an estimate, whatever you decide needs to be done to make my brakes work, just go ahead and do it”. There is no other mechanic that I know that I would tell that to. He worked me into a busy schedule and got my car out in a timely fashion at a fair price! I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have a single daughter who lives in another state and worries about taking her car in to mechanics. She worries about getting told things are wrong that are not really wrong so she gets charged higher prices. She would never have to worry about that If she lived here and Quinn and his staff were her mechanics. I cannot give a higher recommendation than to say I would send my daughter to Armstrong Automotive with complete confidence at trust.

Had BMW towed to the shop. Had used Armstrong many years ago. Charged over $200 just for a diagnostic of fuel pump. Everything is electrical. Takes 5 mins to read codes for that. Outrageous. Never even contacted prior to let me know cost for that. Would never recommend. Had vehicle towed to different shop for much more reasonable repair.

I found the best place to have work done on on my vehicle. The clear coat on my car’s hood was peeling. They repainted it and put on a new clear coat as well as small touchups on the rest of the exterior. My vehicle was ready two days early. Their work is professional and thorough. They run a good business, and I am very pleased.

Wow! We started using Armstrong Automotive several years ago, referred by a friend, and they have always been amazing. Very trustworthy and reliable! I took my car in to have them look at my AC, oil change and while it was there they discovered a broken motor mount and fixed that, along with my AC. When I left I was told you are going to feel like you’re driving a whole new car and they weren’t wrong! Shake Rattle and Roll went to Smooth Comfort and Roll! Thank you!
