Recently moved to Arizona. Didn’t know what shop to go to after getting in my first car accident. HIGHLY recommend not wasting your time and giving Titan AutoBody a chance. It’s a small family owned business and they treat you like family. I am so grateful for all of their help and hard work! My car looked nicer after than it did before my accident! Mike the owner is so kind and generous, he will answer any question you have and is completely honest about every step of the way. They have your best interest in mind and will explain the entire process to you. I have worked in sales my whole life & their customer service was incredible.

Got caught in my first car accident on I-10 and the person who towed my car recommended that I bring it to Titan Auto Body. Thank goodness I took his advice! Christine, my main point of contact at Titan, was incredibly helpful and supportive during what felt like a daunting and overwhelming experience. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the service being done on my vehicle. When I got my car back, it looked and felt brand new. I'm incredibly grateful for Titan's service and highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service is rare these days, but not at Titan! My daughter was in a crash by a hit and run driver, I received a recommendation to come here and I'm so thankful! Mike, the owner was compassionate, extremely helpful and cheerful and made sure my daughters car was taken care of quickly and with a smile! The day we came to sign the insurance paperwork, the gentleman working outside (wish I remembered his name) was so cheerful and let us know that once a car was finished, he was the final step before the customer picks it up. The day we picked it up, it had even been cleaned, inside and out, Mike assisted with our deductible and we got a LIFETIME warranty on all the work performed, it even transfers to another owner if the car is sold! I would recommend Titan and his crew any day of the week! Thanks you guys, you made an extremely stressful situation a whole lot easier :)

The front desk lady is super friendly. My son had an accident back in March and they stored his car while we were dealing with the insurance. Well long story short insurance didn't cover it and we had a very large bill that had to be paid in 10days. When I spoke with this nice lady she was kind and very understanding. She explained that if I had the title,I could notarize it and bring it in and all the fees would be waived as they will fix it and donate it to a local church. Me being a God loving woman. I thought it was awesome and also to good to be true but when I went in she kept her word and told me all was forgiven. Thank you . Now they do have other businesses on site but I didn't check out their cars for sale or use their U-Haul part. But as nice as she was and the others that greeted me when I walked in, I'm sure they are ran with kindness and dignity as well.

Wonderful experience with Titan Auto Body.  It came well-recommended, and was absolutely worth the reputation. Warm, professional service.  Honest and straight-forward.  Timely--with quality repair at a reasonable price. Mike the owner was a gem.  He explained clearly all the options, and went out of the way to give excellent service.  Truly above and beyond. I hope I never need to return...but if something does go badly on the roads I now know where to go.

My car was in this shop for over 2 months. no one from the shop ever reached out to me about updates with my car unless I called several times. Shop was not forthcoming with information. I was towed here with the promise that the shop will help with paying part of my deductible and they did not, they lied. once I got my car back there are now several NEW issues Including my adaptive cruise control, collision brake mitigation system, and road departure mitigation system. there are also issues with my brakes now. Called insurance company and they advised I take it into a different shop to be checked out, not to go back to Titan Auto Body. turns out Titan Auto Body never did a safety check on my car and they didn't properly install the front end piece so now my car will have to be fixed again. I will have to have my car in a shop to be worked on for another two months so they can fix these new issues. Terrible service here.

My tow truck driver took my truck to Titan. Couldn't belive I didn't know about this place. Top notch service and premium work. I am so happy with how my truck looks. Mike even did some extras just because "it'll look better like this" and I am floored with the results. I won't go anywhere else. Titans team was amazing. Take your vehicle here. You won't regret it. You will regret taking it anywhere else. I live about 45 min from Titan. But I didn't mind the distance. Quality and craftsmanship trump's anything else. Mike cares about the product he puts out.

Absolutely amazing experience at Titan Auto Body. I came in with a damaged bumper, loose side panel, and a trunk that wouldn’t stay up. Other shops quoted me $1,500, but Titan did everything for just $240—and even showed me how to fix the trunk myself for $20. No upselling, just honest, quality work. Andy the tech, Brian the owner and the amazing staff went above and beyond. This is the only shop I’ll use from now on.

The reason why I came here is because a friend who works here promised me they could help me with my deductible. I ended up having to take my car here a total of 3 times before they got the paint color right. First 2 times they told me I didn’t have to leave my car overnight or mention that I should… even after I asked if I should get a rental car. The second time after painting it, they wanted to send me home with the bumper color not matching my car (see pictures)… gaslighting me that, “due to being upset, [my] senses were heightened, and [I] could not see the color correctly” lol. I ended up speaking with the owner, Brian, and tried to explain to him what was going on; within the first 2 minutes, he cut me off and told me his time was valuable. He then proceeded to be very aggressive, raised his voice at me, and blamed the mismatched paint job on me. He told me I was uniformed and that I need to leave it to the experts, yet I did, and they didn’t do it correctly. He told me that the bumper was painted to “insurance spec” and accused me of extortion because I originally asked for a refund, so I can take my car somewhere else due to them not painting it correctly and telling me it matched. He even insulted my character before he finally told me that they can try one more time. They finally got it right but failed to deliver on promises about the deductible and covering my damaged exhaust tip. Looked at reviews and looks like this company was good before it was sold off to Brian (and Mary, from what I saw in another review). If you’re smart, don’t bother coming here and don’t let them suck you in with their empty promises.

Just want to say that Brian and Heaven were absolutely amazing. Through the patience of being run around by State Farm, we were all able to get to the common goal of getting my car back to me in the condition it was in prior to my accident. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to completing the job in entirety. Thank you to the tech's as well, as when I spoke to them, they showed the passion behind their work, but also the empathy that I was without my brand new vehicle for a longer than normal time period due to State Farm dragging their feet on payments for the repairs. Even when State Farm cut off rental care service, Brian and Titan put me into one of their vehicles no charge until completion of the work. Very appreciative and the care was felt and seen. Thank you Titan!

I wonder how many reviews on here are friends and family because absolutely, there is no way customers have received outstanding service and work on their vehicles. Similar to a post below, the woman driving the tow truck raved about this shop and encouraged me to have my car brought to Titan. After an accident, in high distress, didn’t think twice and had her bring it to Titan Auto Body. As if this isn’t a nightmare already with insurance, no transportation, now let’s add in the stress of dealing with this shop. I’ve heard too many salesman “manipulation” speeches from this shop. Lie after lie- accepted it for what it was and didn’t question it because I just wanted my car back. Received the vehicle back with lights on as pictured below. Shared with me light was being ordered and so were flaps, said that I could use my car and bring back when parts were in. Returned home and inspected the body work. Huge gap on left side of hood, caved in fender on left side. Sent pictures right away. Not even 24 hours later engine overheats and I’m stranded with my toddler at the grocery store. Had my car towed to the dealership where they identified what needed to be replaced and cause of overheating -their negligence. Insurance adjuster went out for new estimate- noticed bumper was put on with zip ties (pictured below). Now my nightmare continues with titan auto body as I need them to uphold their warranty and fix their poor job. Mind you, this is a 2024 vehicle with less than 4k miles on it. There should be no zip ties or anything wrong with the vehicle since the only damage EVER on this vehicle should have already be fixed by this company. Received no documentation on what was done to the car nor their final assessment ensuring vehicle was safe to drive. Still waiting on those documents. Been without a vehicle now for two weeks due to their poor, sloppy job. Unless you desire higher stress levels, no transportation and ongoing issues with your vehicle- DO NOT BRING HERE. And if you do because you trusted a tow truck lady, document and record everything so you can submit to a lawyer later.
