In the stress of having car problems, it's very very hard to come across a legit business that doesn't try to nickel and dime you at every turn. These guys are that and so much more. Came in, explained what needed to be done and they did it, with no added sales pitches or needless mumbo jumbo talk. They actually earned me as a customer for as long as I'm around. Thanks MTA! *5 Star Review* *Dropped to 2 stars* Edit: since I have had the tires I got, some issues have come up. Not sure if these are related or not but... 1. Was promised wheels would be balanced, and after inspecting the wheels and feeling them while driving, that did not happen. 2. Was promised free alignment with tire job, and though that might have caused the issues with the vibration I am constantly feeling while driving now, it was never done and I was told I would have to pay to have an alignment done "after the fact." 3. Went to change my own brake pads on the car, and when I was taking the lugnuts off I couldn't loosen them for the life of me. Now, mind you, I'm not a small dude by any stretch of the imagination. I could not get the lugs off, and took it to the shop to have them take it off and properly torque them. It took the owner 3 separate and increasingly powered impacts to get it off...ending with one that was ranged between 110-150 pounds. Factory spec for my vehicle says 70 lbs. His logic: "a seven year old could get the lugs off at 70 so I torque it higher to keep that from happening." Yes, but if I'm on the side of the road and need to replace the tire and can't physically loosen the lugnuts, I could end up stranded. Brings me to another point: When I took my car to have them loosen them, he told me I had a nail in my tire and that he would patch it up really fast...he never did it after waiting for around 20 minutes for him to start, and reminded him a couple times he said that.

My car had some leaks and I went to this place. It cost me over $2700 to fix any and every leaks in the car. They guaranteed that the leaks will be fixed but my car is still leaking. When I went back, they told me they’ll have to charge me more for this leak because it is a different one from the one they fixed. They were supposed to fix EVERY LEAK but they don’t keep their promise after they receive the money. DO NOT GO HERE The customer service is good before they get the money but once they got the money, their customer service became so bad and rude. They highly encouraged me to fix my car saying that the car is still pretty good and that I should fix it but once I went back to complain about the leak that they never fixed, they suddenly change their tone saying that my car is too old and that of course it should be fixed. They even lost some screws and some parts of my cars are loose. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with mechanics and auto shops but these guys are not one of them! These guys are the best, they are honest, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I tell all my friends to take their cars here for whatever but especially for tires! I found this shop about 3-4 years ago and will not go anywhere else.

I recently took my car to Millennium Auto Repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly < especially Andrew>, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed, without any unnecessary upselling. The mechanics did a fantastic job, and my car now runs smoother than ever. Their prices are fair, and the quality of work is top-notch. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable auto shop, but Millennium Auto Repair has definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance!

I stopped by as they opened because I ran over a bolt on my way to work. They were amazing. They fixed my tire right there in the parking lot with me sitting in the car. Super quick, super helpful, super nice, I will definitely be back the next time I need something.

So I called Buddy on the phone and I let him know I needed an alignment. Over the phone I got a price of $95 out the door for the alignment of my truck. Not once was it mentioned that they were going to tell me that I had to do a full inspection of the suspension in order to be able to just align my car. Needless to say if I’m a paying Customer, you shouldn’t be telling me what you think I should do to my truck if I’m paying you for a service you just perform the service and that’s all. So I’m not entirely sure what went on with this guy and his grandpa, but they literally turned me down to service my truck for alignment just because I refused to get their additional costing services. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, buddy.

I do not trust mechanics. I have used the same mechanic for 30 years in California only because a bunch of us used him and felt if he screwed one he could lose a bunch. Visiting granddaughter here at college our battery died a block from his shop. Talk about divine intervention. I pushed to them. They offered the price of battery just a little more than the quote I got from O'Reilly so told them to go ahead. They actually get the product from O'Reilly so felt great on that. Then after changing they tested and showed no power going to the battery indicating the alternator needed replaced. This was 45 min before closing. We were leaving 1st thing Monday morning. So we're screwed. They teamed up and worked overtime to assist us. I for some reason trusted these guys which is rare as aw hell. Now coming to give them the review in which they deserve I see they have outstanding reviews and a lot of them. I'm very glad to have broken down by them. I could've been royally screwed otherwise. I also gave a nice tip for them to eat out or something as I greatly appreciated thier kindness and time. These guys are the true display of succeeding by doing things right. I run my own business with outstanding reviews and they tend to work as I do. Honestly, fairly, and doing the extra when needed. I highly recommend going to these guys for any work you need done. Thank you again So much. You are appreciated 👏

They gave me a good price over the phone to replace my rack and pinion. Then they wanted to charge me $3200, saying the outer tie rods, sway bar, ball joints, everything related was bad and every part needed a heavy duty type to replace it. No way, it didn't drive like that. I asked if they could show me these parts, they said if they're only going to hoist it up again to show me if I agree to repairs. Nope. I took it to a more expensive fancy shop, they checked it out and found the only replacement necessary was the rack and pinion. Even with the higher prices I saved $1,400. I wouldn't trust this place, they don't want to work on your car unless they can charge double or triple.

Life saver! I pulled in the lot here to go in and just get some info . When I went back to my car my battery was dead and my car wouldn’t start. It was pouring rain and storming. Two of the mechanics saw I needed help and they lent me their battery jump starter. The one dude even walked out into the rain and puddles to hook it up while I started my car and got it running. They went out of their way to help me with my car when I wasn’t even a paying customer that day. I’ll def be going back there tomorrow to get my oil changed.Their prices are great and the customer service was over the top. Thank you guys!

Worst place to take your vehicle. I took upper and lower control arms for my truck to be installed and end of story they "didn't fit" so I told them to leave my original parts on and they said they already installed one upper control arm that didn't fit properly so I asked them to remove it and put the original one back on. They told me they'd charge me an additional 400 dollars to take the upper control arm they installed off and put my original one back on even though they knew it didn't fit and still installed it anyways. End of story just paid 400 bucks for my truck to be in worse condition than when I dropped it off.

Stay far away from this car repair place. They are fraudulent and will quote you one thing and another issue will arises. We paid over 3000.00 for car and AC repair for them to tell us we now have a blown head gasket. A professional mechanic would have caught this from the beginning. STAY AWAY DO NOT GET NOTHING BUT AIR IN YOUR TIRES From this poorly ran unprofessional corner mechanic. That’s all they’re good for. Now we have go to a dealership to get it professionally fixed. Do not trust the inexperienced little kids mechanics at millennium.

Terrible service Fran’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in business ignorant and arrogant. They are in network with SILVERROCK. SR should hold a higher standard for auto shops representing them. I am highly recommending to not use this shop. Terrible Experience! I took in my Mercedes Benz e 53 AMG. They also stole my wheel lock key. Never again!

I initially walked into this repair shop feeling like I could trust them. Frans was polite and explained the process since I was going through my warranty company for an AC repair. They did a diagnostic on Tuesday confirming the AC issue (which another shop had already identified) and also mentioned an engine oil leak. One repair was covered by warranty and one wasn’t. I approved the covered AC repair. By Saturday I hadn’t heard anything, so I called. They said the repair was taking longer than expected because my car was giving them issues, but it should be ready Monday. On Monday they called saying they completed the covered repair but found another AC issue that wasn’t in their original diagnostic. They said they’d cover the labor but we’d need to pay for the part. My partner looked up the part and found it was cheaper than what they quoted us. After some back and forth, he told them to just put the old part back on and we’d handle it ourselves. Then they called back saying they had already ordered the part and were finishing the repair. They eventually agreed we could just pay the lower price we found. We picked up the car and within 10 minutes it started throwing steering, Stabilitrak, and other warning lights that had NEVER been there before. When my partner called, it turned into a heated conversation and the shop called the police and tried to trespass him. I called myself and Frans admitted it sounded like something may have been done wrong on their end and said they would fix it, so we left the car there. The next day I called three times for updates and was repeatedly told the person I needed to speak with, Frans, wasn’t available. When I finally went to pick up the car, Andrew (who I had spoke to three times that day) was the one that gave me my keys and briefly told me what was going on. He refused to explain what happened and told me they were “done going back and forth” with me and that I needed to leave or they would call the police again. The only explanation I was given was that a brake light switch needed calibration. We came in for an **AC issue with zero warning lights**, and left with a car suddenly showing steering and Stabilitrak warnings — with two kids that ride in that vehicle. I’ve lived here almost 10 years and have never been treated like this at a repair shop. The whole situation became extremely unprofessional and shady, especially once we questioned the price of the part. If they truly plan to trespass on us, they’ve done me a favor because I would never come back here again and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The reviews previous to mine seem to validate my experience here and I wish I would've done more research prior to taking my car here. Do yourself a favor and heed the warnings.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic these days can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack, but Millennium is truly a rare gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a friend—no upselling, no scare tactics, just honest diagnostics and fair pricing. Whether it’s a routine oil change or a tricky engine issue, they take the time to explain exactly what’s going on, what’s needed, and what can wait. Their transparency and integrity are unmatched, and it’s clear they genuinely care about keeping your car, their community, and your wallet in good shape. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is exceptional. You can feel the pride they take in their work, and it shows in every repair and tune-up. They go the extra mile, often catching small issues before they become big, expensive problems. It’s rare to leave a mechanic feeling relieved and grateful, but that’s exactly the experience here. If you’re looking for reliable, honest service from people who know their stuff and treat you with respect, look no further—this is the neighborhood mechanic you’ll recommend to everyone you know.

Brought my car to this repair shop as a referral from my warranty company. Had issues with the evaporator core. After picking the vehicle up there are now stabilitrak issues and steer assist is reduced as well as both traction control lights being illuminated. I mentioned the additional issues to the technician and he said they fixed the A/C so it’s not their problem. I told him I was bringing the vehicle back and on my way I received a call from the police saying that the technician requested that I be trespassed. After having a conversation with the police officer he mentioned that this is a regular practice for this gentleman and this facility. Do not bring your car to this repair shop. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.
