Had a very small issue with getting 2 tires ordered and delivered for next day service. (A pair were delivered and available the very next day...but I was told after getting to the shop that the wrong size got delivered.) I can't be certain what size got ordered, but the Kia Sorento recommended tire (per the manufacturers recommendation called for 245's) I guess the previous retailer sold me their cheaper set of 4 tire in 235's and I was unaware until I needed replacements. Maybe the tires delivered were actually what was recommended (but a little bit more expensive than the price quote I received earlier.) I am happy that I have a matched set of front tires on my vehicle with 3 year warranty.

Everyone at Knudsen's are very trustworthy and professional. They were honest and I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. When it came to getting new tires, they were priced better than the larger tire chain inclusive of the road hazard. I had my oil changed, which was less than the dealer, and they changed my cabin filter for way less than the quoted price from the dealer. I would rather give the local private owned my business and will continue to use Knudsen's for my car's needs.. As a female, I was very comfortable and definitely recommend Knudsen's.

I would not recommend coming to this place at all. The old dude at the desk has horrible customer service and is disrespectful to his costumers. I most definitely think he's abusing his workers as well. I really wish I didn't have make this complaint but this behavior is very unacceptable for a business

I have been taking my vehicle here for 3 years. They have always been honest and upfront and reasonable priced. I asked to have my battery replaced because I felt like it was time and they tested my battery and told me it wasn't necessary. Most places just take your money. I will never take my car anywhere else if I can avoid it. My only critique is I wish they had weekend availability as I work at the same hours that they are open. The customer service is always top notch. I highly recommend Knudsen's!

Knudsen is a lot more than a Tire Shop. I've been coming here for at least 16 years. And I have Never had a situation to where they were dishonest. I don't mind paying the going rate/full price for someone to do the job right. And not be Scammed or Cheated. There are to many horror stories about people having Bad Experiences with shops. People being Over Charged and their vehicle still not running right. "That Being Said" I Recommend Knudsen to anyone who needs Auto Repair, Service, or Tires. Tell them Raymond Vasquez Recommended them, and they will take care of you. All the guys there are awesome, but Howard is my go to guy. He's been there for a Long Time. Howard was very helpful and kind. Service to my car was great, and the team helped me plan for future maintenance needs with detailed quotes and helped me prioritize what work was needed in the future. Update: I just had my second service at Knutson's. Customer service was great, and I got my tires replaced. I have been a die-hard Discount Tire customer since I got my first car, and the price was much better here. Howard also informed me of the warranty that they have with nation-wide partners for any roadside emergencies when out an about.

Very satisfied with all aspects, complete process. Major work, some typical, met timeline benchmarks, effective communication and quality result, as everything seems to be in good order. Boy did they make it right. I discovered my undercarriage skirt was missing. The guys insisted that it was not on my vehicle when I brought it in, but they made it good at no cost to me anyway. I am thinking that the dealer service shop that had my truck prior to this forgot to reinstall the skirt. Afterall, they forgot to change my filter on a simple LOF. Hmm? Thank you Knudsen!

Had a tire go flat and needed a quick replacement. Called a lot of places, all the big names, but none had a pair that would match my other tires available without waiting for a few days for shipping. Called here first thing in the morning and they had them at the warehouse and later in the shop on the same day. Very friendly both on the phone and in person, not trying to upsell, reasonable wait time on the service and on top of all a competitive price.
