I took my Outback in for a second opinion after getting a bleak diagnosis from a dealership. I was prepared to wait in the well-appointed waiting room with my daughter, but they offered me a free shuttle back to my house and said they'd be able to bring me back when they were done! I got a text a few hours later with a full breakdown of what they found and got a call from Jared soon after to go over what he thought was priority and what could wait. I was able to easily decline services I wanted to wait on and approved what I could afford at the time. They were done by the end of the day, but I was able to keep my car there overnight and picked it up in the morning. I have a feeling that this will be my new go-to shop for regular maintenance and issues. They were friendly, informative, empathetic, and reasonably priced based on other quotes I've received. The crew (and shout out to Jared) went beyond the “norm” in repairing my Fiat. Long story, but when things got complicated after several unexpected things came up they took into consideration all factors and made certain I not only got my car back in a timely manner but but repaired and worked with me along the way. I have really never had a mechanic I could trust (because my late father always took care of it) but since he’s gone…it’s been tough. I feel like I finally found a place I can trust. Their front counter assistant is also very friendly and professional.

This shop is excellent...from the detailed print out of any issues to the fact that they give you a ride home and pick you up when they have your car..trust me no other shop I deal with cares how you get home and back to get your vehicle that alone is golden..plus they are just nice and cool people

I had a great neighbor recommend this place - a stellar repair shop that genuinely cares, staff are honest, and thorough with your car. I appreciate that the fact that they took the time to do things upright and quality was never compromised. So thanks to the staff from Emily to Dennis, Jimmy, and Edgar. I was told my car would take a day to run through timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, transmission fluid and air filter but due to bad tensioner it took a little longer. Creates a peace of mind and trust that they are not in a rush to get things done but take the time to do things right. In addition to all that they provided an Uber ride home and delivered the car after the service was completed 👊🏼. Just a great experience all around.

This place is absolutely terrible They installed the wrong size glow plugs in my truck and they were potentially slapping my pistons they refunded their parts and Their labor, witch is good but the quote was outrageous price in the first place I had to have a second mechanic come and look at it and it is supposed to be z32 glow plugs they put in z31 witch are longer. I had a mobile maechanic come out and figure out the problem and we discovered the wrong glow plugs I got transferred over to Kurt The manager and he goes that is not his problem when they installed the wrong ones. do to the truck not running when I brought it in ! And they said I don’t have money to get a lawyer and I don’t have money to own a diesel truck! And they started to contact my family members telling them to take down my reviews or they were going to take legal action (what happened to the first amendment right!)

Was a good experience. Marisol was very polite and friendly. And Jared answered my questions. An listened while I explained what was going on with my car. Im glad I went here. 12-23-25 Had a post purchase inspection done on my new to me vehicle. Everything was explained to me by Jared. As before was treated very good. He answered all my questions. This visit also had transmission fluid drained and refilled. As well as engine air filter replaced. Will be back when need my car serviced.

Excellent first experience. The whole team was very friendly and professional. Kirk's communication was top notch. He took the time to explain the nuances of my repairs and kept me updated on when my repairs would be complete. Most importantly, they were honest when one of the anticipated repairs turned out to be a simple fix and didn't charge me the extra money that was originally quoted. Their inspection seemed very thorough, akin to the the depth of inspection I have received from a good dealership, and which is sometimes lacking at other repair shops.
