Brought a " new transmission" transmission had a crack took it back than next had brocken bands and cylinoids... 1000$ down a months of my time and another 1000$ in mechanics and towing ...Avoid... Bad poeple rip off

Zero stars, took my truck was told I'll have an answer by noon the next day on what the problem was.. picked it up 5days later because it hadn't even been touched by anyone it just collected dust these guys have zero credibility

It was the worst. I took in a truck for a transmission repair, I would call in and I was promised a call back. I had a better chance of extraterrestrial life calling me, than DTB Transmissions giving a call back. After a week of enduring this lack of communication, I decided to come in. My truck, which I was told would be done in two days, still was not finished. 3 days later, they finally finish it, letting me know that it might be making a noice and that they tested it. As soon as I drove out, there was an extreme vibration. It was undrivable. We had them tow it back to their shop, but their mechanic was I'll this we asked them to transport it to AZ differential. They didn't. Instead of driving it they pulled some story telling us that AZ differential was just a store. Google proved otherwise as they have a huge warehouse for a shop. After calling them out on their lies, they delivered my truck to AZ differential. They Confirmed, and showed me that sloppy work DTB Transmissions had done. It was an additional $500 repair due to bad work from DTB. So, all in all. If you like sloppy work, not being talked to, or just like wasting your time, go to DTB Transmissions.

I brought my truck there in September of 2016. After rebuilding my transmission it made a strange whining sound. I took it back to them twice, telling the manager, Lalo, it wasn't fixed right. Both times he told me it wasn't the transmission. It held up for two years before it broke again. When I called them, they didn't answer the phone. These guys are crooks! Don't go here unless you want to be ignored until the warranty expires.

Stay far away. Theif. Dirty. Liers. 4 times before my truck ran ok. Not right, just ok. Lied about price. After he jack up the price $1500 he wanted to give me $800 in storage fees for 3days and towing down the street. Everytime I should up every person there was getting scammed. Stay far away... I'm surprised that haven't shut him down yet permanently.

My car was breaking down and I needed them to check what the problem was. As I was waiting in the lobby, they took it upon themselves to remove the transmission without telling me. They came back and charged me over $1900 to rebuild it. I said I would think about it. Then they tell me I have to pay 500 in that moment for them put the transmission back, which they never asked me or told me what they were doing. Absolute SCAMMERS!! There's a reason they only have 2 stars. It should be less. Avoid at all costs and put this place out of business!!
