These guys are crooks, I would call or find someone else. They don't call you with the repair cost ahead of time, they just fix it and expect you to pay it.

The owner of the shop took very good care of my car, gave me some really good advice when dealing with the towing company that damaged my car. I would go back to them first with any other problems with my car.

Local GEM that I used for the first time. Spoke to James and he was able to get me in quickly and diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable price. Intech will be my 'Go-To' from now on. Thanks Intech.

James and his team quickly diagnosed and repaired that “mystery noise” in my vehicle and got me back on the road in no time! I will be back again and again. EDIT: A year later and James is still my guy. I came here to write a glowing review, but it seems I've already done so. :-)

James and his crew are awesome! I had to have a couple of major repairs done for my car and they took care of it quickly and kept me updated the whole way. I would highly recommend them if you need any maintenance or repair work done.

There are almost no words to describe how amazing James was in taking car of my Jeep Wrangler. I love my jeep and she’s been thru a lot with other mechanics. Stephanie was super kind on the phone, and got a tow right away. James was communicative the whole way thru, giving me options and answering all my questions. Seriously, y’all! Give this man your business already!

I am sharing this review to advise caution, particularly around the sharing of personal information. The mechanical service itself was adequate, and the staff was initially professional. After I shared my personal information and, through conversation, details about my family circumstances, the tone of the interaction changed in a way that felt hostile and unsettling to me. I cannot explain the reason for this shift, only that it was noticeable and uncomfortable. I want to explain why this interaction stood out to me personally. I am aware that Arizona changed its professional conduct rules in 2021 to allow lawyers to pay for referrals and leads. Separately and independently from this business, I have come to believe, based on my own life experiences over more than a decade, that some individuals exploit referral-based systems through social engineering and the circulation of personal data for financial or legal advantage. In my personal history, I believe I was targeted by such practices by people operating in those environments. A now-deceased family member worked in that world, and I have come to believe that she spread untrue and damaging statements about me and used me as a “lead” without my knowledge or consent. I understand this as a deeply harmful misuse of my identity and personal information. Because this family member is deceased and I am not naming any employers or organizations, I am sharing this only as context for my own lived experience and perspective. As a result of these experiences, I have come to understand my own past as involving severe deception, coercive interpersonal dynamics, and profound personal harm. I interpret some of what I endured, including sexual and reproductive coercion and romance-based manipulation, as violations that no person would knowingly consent to if they understood the circumstances. This is my personal understanding of my own history. Because of this background, I am especially cautious in any setting where personal information is collected or casually exchanged. When an interaction changes after personal disclosures, it raises red flags for me, even though others may not interpret the same situation that way. As a Jewish woman from a nearly extinct tradition, issues of targeting, coercion, and legacy carry particular weight for me. I recognize that others may not share my interpretations or sensitivities, but they are inseparable from how I move through the world and assess risk. I want to be explicit: I am not stating or implying that this specific business participates in, is connected to, or is aware of any referral schemes, social engineering efforts, or misconduct. I am only describing my subjective experience, my personal history, and why this interaction caused concern for me. My advice to other customers is simple: be mindful of what personal information you share in commercial environments. In my experience, referrals, particularly to legal or professional services, are not always neutral, and people can be harmed when personal data is treated as a commodity rather than a trust. Proceed thoughtfully and protect your own interests.
