Drea is an absolute sweetheart! I took my car in to replace my motor mounts. Not only did they finish the work in a timely fashion, but they were very honest about what my car needed and didn’t need. No rip offs here! They were also kind enough to Uber me to and from while they had my car. I highly recommend this place!

Really nice shop that has vibes like your favorite hometown mechanic. I moved to Phoenix about a year ago and I had been going to the same mechanic for years. I have an older F150 that I love and I was worried about finding a shop that cares about this truck as much as I do. Scott’s has been so great, fairly priced, no one try’s to oversell you anything, and it’s the kind of place that you can run by and they will check stuff out for you real quick if you’re having an issue. Ricky is so nice and helpful, he’s even given me a ride home when my truck is there for service. Can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Scott’s auto feels like family the second you walk in. Anytime I have car trouble it is very stressful to me because if you don’t know anything about cars (like me) you never know what the problem and cost will be. Connor was very patient in explaining every detail to me and quickly earned my trust advising me on what needed ti be done and what was recommended to be fixed-giving me the option on how much I wanted to spend. I found Scott's with a google search and even with great reviews, There can still be a lingering hesitance when it comes to mechanic shops but I felt trusting of Scott’s Automotive right off the bat. Every aspect of this experience was pleasant! - ( Other than having my brakes go out ) From the website, to making the appointment, to scheduling the drop off - was easy. The communication about the process timing, cost, and when it would be ready was communicated frequently. They shared video of the issues showing and explaining what were necessary repairs and repairs that could wait until later… I really appreciate it not feeling pressured or played. I had a wonderful experience as a new customer of Scott's Automotive. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Drea. She was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. My Mazda needed some work as it hadn't been serviced well by my previous garage. I was sent pictures and videos showing the repairs suggested- how cool is that! I came in with a flat tire on a very busy day, without an appointment, expecting to be told to come back later. Instead, Connor, the store manager, stepped in immediately and took care of it. He had the team patch my tire quickly and professionally, even with a full schedule. What impressed me most wasn’t just the speed, it was the attitude. Ricky and Connor were great to work with. Upfront with everything and prices were actually what was stated. We had a disagreement in regards to the eval fee going towards work. 6 weeks prior, I was having some brake work done and the eval fee would of went towards the work if I would of had it done same day. In this case it does in the other case, it doesn't...so easily, that's where my confusion came from. I do get why they charge an eval fee bc it has to happen for safety and reliability but in certain cases when someone brings in a vehicle knowing the problem, maybe there doesn't have to be such a steep eval fee of $200 and/or maybe a percentage of the fee could go towards the bill( just a couple suggestions, I get the equipment and licensing of the equipment is expensive). But in the end, Connor did a great job explaining and I understand that it's a way to enhance business and for Scott's...they want to put the safest vehicle back on the road for their customers and I like that! In regards to Ricky and Connor, I couldn't of asked for 2 better people to work with to get my daughter back on the road! Kudos to Conner for going the extra mile with a battery situation we had and dealing with my over communication. 5 STARS to the gentleman and the ONLY reason for the 4 star rating was the eval misunderstanding. They even covered my daughters Uber to and from their shop! Very well done gentleman and would ALWAYS recommend Scott's👍

I had a great experience at Scott’s Automotive! They did an excellent job with my oil change and the tire rotation was quick, efficient, and very professional. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Drea was especially helpful and made sure everything was clearly explained and taken care of.
