I went here because there highly by by job .. my newer car 2020 had a sound but I’m not a mechanic so I came here . Said it nothing do a oil change . To save money I did the change myself . Next day a light came on I go back to show him .. He said oil change .(me )just did it yesterday ?? He said did you reset it ?? I don’t know how ? He did it for free .. he could have charged me but didn’t twice . .next time I know where I’m coming . No wonder he’s highly Recommended .

They said they fixed my problem and did the alignment correctly, but that was INCORRECT!!! I can turn one way more than the other now and because of their adjustment they have caused damage to my vehicle and to my tires UPDATE If you look at my name you can see in your records that I was in your shop about a week ago, I will update with pictures of the work and additional problems your technicians caused!! I am worried to bring my truck back and have more damage created. It doesn’t matter if your the cheapest if you create damage and can’t do your job properly

Don’t use this scammer they don’t do alignments they literally have jokes for mechanics. Maurice does fake reviews on his own shop!!! Sad. Went in for an alignment and this joke wanted 80$ then said it pulls because of bad shocks when I just had replaced and needed an alignment for the new shocks.

Aboslutely FANTASTIC! They did a phenomenal job on my car, explain ed everything that they did and came in at a much lower price than other mechanics.I live in Tempe and they are totally worth the drive. Eric definitely took the time to make sure that my husbands truck was well fixed when he finished the job. He kept in contact with my father to let him know (because I know nothing of car stuff) everything that he was doing and what he was fixing in our truck. He and his team worked hard to figure out what was wrong with our truck fixed the problem. He also offered us a great deal on new tires whenever we’re ready. I definitely recommended his services to anyone looking for a loyal and trustworthy mechanic.

These guys were nice, and their customer service was great, but what’s not so great about them are their alignments and fickle pricing. I took my car there to get aligned because my boyfriend recently changed my suspension. When I first called them to ask about the price of the alignment, they asked how big my tires were because the cost of the alignment depended on the tire size. I told them my tires were either 16 or 17 because I wasn't sure. The guy told me my alignment would either be $60 or $70. They finished aligning my car within 30 minutes and charged me $70 because my tire size is 16. When I got my car back, my alignment was not straight. My boyfriend also got his alignment done by them. His tire size is 19, bigger than mine, but they only charged him $60. That does not make sense at all because they said the alignment price depends on tire size, but they charged me $70 and only charged him $60 when my tire size is 16 and his is 19. I-17 Alignment took an hour to align my boyfriend's car and even told him that they couldn't reach his upper control arm and asked my boyfriend to tighten it when he got home. We're paying them for a service that they can't even fully do and instead they're asking their customer to do the work for them. When my boyfriend’s car was aligned by them, his car was not driving straight, the steering wheel felt loose, and the drive was bumpy, so he took his car to Jack's Auto Alignment. After Jack aligned it, his car drove straight, the steering wheel was tighter, and the drive was smoother. I also took my car to Jack’s, and they told me some things in my suspension needed to be fixed; they explained to me why my alignment didn’t hold when I-17 Alignment aligned my car and that they could not align my car until I got it fixed. I got it fixed and they aligned my car. My car was finally driving straight but the alignment was a little off again. I came back, they inspected my car and told me there was another bushing I had to change. So, my boyfriend changed my bushing 3 weeks later and they realigned my car at no extra cost! If you are looking to get your car aligned, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for you to NOT GO TO I-17 ALIGNMENT, go to Jack's Auto Alignment instead. Jack’s Auto will inspect your car and let you know what’s wrong with your car before they align it so you can get it fixed. Their pricing is also fixed; two-wheel alignment starting at $65 and four-wheel alignment starting at $90. Jack’s Auto Alignment and Brakes on Thomas Road will get the job done CORRECTLY and THOROUGHLY. EDIT TO ADD: I'm updating my review after noticing the owner's response, which dismissed my feedback as fake. It’s interesting how many one-star reviews are met with similar accusations or blame-shifting by the owner. This behavior speaks volumes about the type of business you're dealing with—one that seems unable to accept criticism and instead deflects responsibility onto its customers. Imagine bringing your car here and encountering an issue with their work—chances are, they'd claim it's your fault. To be fair, I do appreciate that in a few instances, they’ve invited unhappy customers back to address the problems. As for the authenticity of my review, I encourage anyone to check my account and see the variety of reviews I've written for other businesses, both positive and negative. Reviews serve to inform others about our experiences so they can make informed decisions. For the owner to dismiss and negate feedback instead of taking it constructively is a troubling approach to customer service.

Had a great experience with them and I now have had my car for some weeks now and the work they did saved me over a thousand I was going to pay somewhere else. I waited to post to make sure the work actually fixed the problem. They are legit and fast. They took the time to show me what was wrong with my car and even though I had a Mercedes Benz they didn't hike the price up like everyone else. I highly recommend these guys.

If I could, I would put no star down. This place is a joke. My husband took his truck gt it service in January and paid 2,400 a couple of weeks later. The check engine light turned back on, and we took it back to them. They keeped the truck over night they did whatever they did and asked another 450 dollars top off the 2400 we paid. The next day, we went to pick up the truck, not even turning the corner. The check engine light turned back on. We went back, n idk what they did in 5 mins they said its ready, then we left down the street, and the truck wasn't shifting, so we went back again. All this was on the same day. So they had our truck for over a week no communication they didn't let us know what was happening to the truck we had to show up at the shop to ask was happening and still nothing they didn't know what it was wrong with it they were waiting on a electric person to check the truck. So yesterday my husband pick up the truck the check engine light is still on and now other lights on the dash board are coming up we paid almost 2,800 for the truck to not be fix now it's worse.

I had a problem with my radiator hose and couldn't figure out why it was still dripping after my sister's boyfriend help me fix it with a new clamp so I took it to the auto repair they fixed they said it was cracked and they did a little extra work on my car to help me keep it in good shape which I really do appreciate you guys I really do,enjoy you working on my keeping my safe and sound .You make my car safe for me when I drive down the road thank you very much Mary.
