Me and my mom have used Larry Harkers for close to 20 years. I keep going back because they care about the customer. Sometimes it'll be a year or so between visits but they always remember the discussions we had previously. They also go out of their way to help give cheaper alternative s when you are low on cash to keep your vehicle running. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family and always will. It's nice having a place you can trust to not rip you off and this is the place.

Wonderful mom and pop shop. They took really good care of my 1994 oldsmobile cutlass supreme and even gave me a discount on the original quoted price. I'd definitely go back and I'm recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs a mechanic.

Made an appointment to get my car's ac compressor looked at. Was warmly greeted by Ellen outside, offered water, and they have a portable ac outside while you're there. Everyone is super nice and knows exactly what they are doing. They even offered us a ride back to our place while we waited on the repairs. Bob called to ask us if we wanted a couple new parts they found rusty and quoted everything super fair and straight up, talked me through what they were doing. When we picked it up later in the day, Bob showed us all the fragments in the old piece. So thankful for them, their driver, the mechanics, highly recommend, great place that's been around for awhile, and 2 whoops to the mechanic that makes the metal butterflies they hand out. They tried to sell me on a 2k AC compressor that I didn’t need. They also tried to overcharge me $200 for refrigerant. 0/7 no sauce.

Others may have had a a good experience obviously from the high rating of this shop. My experience wasn't so pleasant. The owner was rude despite his employees being very professional. Back to to owner. Tried to quote me $400 for a key fob replacement and program. He quickly changed his wording when he realized I wasn't dumb enough to agree to that outrageous price. After that point I was very skeptical about getting work done being that they charge $126 for a diagnosis which isn't even applied to the overall repair cost. This owner needs to clearly take classes on good customer service from his own employees. What a joke this place is I definitely won't recommend anyone go here there's probably better places to spend your hard earned money.. blessings

Took my vehicle here after another shop attempted to fix a suspension/steering issue and were unable to. The people at Harker's properly diagnosed the problem, and presented me with two options for repair. The part was dealer only, but the dealer couldn't give an eta when one would be available, because of backorder. They took the time to find a used part from a low mileage vehicle and present that to me as an alternative, which saved me both money on the repair, as well as down time on my vehicle. They communicated with me from start to end, did what they said, and now my vehicle is driving like new. Definitely recommend, and I'll be back for any future auto repairs.

Definite 5 star review. I ran into an issue with my radiator. I called and got my car looked at immediately. The staff are so kind. So informative. So patient. I had to drive across country and they got my car fixed properly. My car is still running well to this day. Thank you guys SO MUCH! Would absolutely recommend.

I've been trying to find a Great Auto mechanic!!!! And I found a Fabulous independent, thoughtful, truthful and Knowledgeable one in this Great company!!!!! I have a kind of rare special car. Another well known auto mechanic company told me that they wouldn't touch it but they highly recommended Larry Harker's to me!!!!!! I stopped by and talked to Bob, and he looked at my car and told me what he thought that my car needed. A month later I took the manual with the specs that he needed and they turned my car to the specs. I have been bent over before by mechanics in the past!!!! I dropped the car off at 7:30 am and received a call around 4pm. I was Plesantly surprised with the final bill !!!!! I truly Highly recommend this Fabulous company to fix my cars and Yours!!!!!!!! My recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and compelled to share my concerns. Firstly, the quality of service provided was far below acceptable standards. The repairs performed on my vehicle were subpar, and it is evident that there was a lack of attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. This is not the level of service I expected from a professional auto repair shop. Furthermore, the attitude of your staff towards clients is unacceptable. I encountered rudeness and a lack of professionalism, which only added to my frustration. It is essential for any business to treat its customers with respect and courtesy, and unfortunately, this was not my experience at your shop. Additionally, there seems to be a significant issue with your shop's commitment to fulfilling promises. Despite assurances that my vehicle would be ready by a certain date, there were delays without any clear communication or valid reasons provided. This lack of reliability is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Given these issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend Larry Harker's Auto Repair to any of my friends or family. You want your electrical problems to go away, this is the place. I send any of my customers from Pete's transmissions with any electrical problems, and I think only once they couldn't solve the problem. And that was because they couldn't find a pcm anywhere. They are a little costly.. but you get what you pay for!! They are just amazing!! There tech Jeremy is probably the best diagnostic tech with electrical skills I have ever met... in the state I bet... you might not like your pocket book when done. But your problems will be solved!!

Wow this car I thought was on it last leg. After replacing the motor mounts I drove the car home and it felt like I was driving a brand new car all the shaking and rattles were gone. It was quiet and smooth. This car is 13 yrs old and it’s been very reliable. I guess it was a little neglected in keeping up the maintenance.

I cannot recommend this auto repair shop. A remanufactured part was installed instead of a new one without my authorization, and I was charged twice the typical retail price for that used part. Make sure to review the invoice closely before making any payment.

I was referred by my regular mechanic to Larry Harker‘s auto repair. We had been chasing an intermittent air-conditioning issue for quite a while. I assumed I needed a new compressor, and was willing to spend the money on the old truck but my mechanic did not want me to spend the money without knowing with absolute positivity, that it was in fact the clutch being weak on the compressor. So I called Larry Harker’s Auto Repair and I spoke with Bob and he told me I would be looking at one hour diagnostic fee. I was all in and in short order, Bob let me know that my compressor was no longer up to the job of constantly keeping me cool. I was so impressed with the speed of the diagnosis that I decided to just have the new compressor and work done while it was here. I picked the vehicle up and I’ve been running around town with ice cubes blowing out of my dash. Thank you, Bob and Larry Harker‘s automotive repair. Fair price, great warranty and top notch customer service. I loved the old school vibe.

Top notch customer service! Checked with me on pricing before they did anything for approval, explained everything well and were very kind and respectful. Not to mention prompt as well! It was worth the drive from Aguila! Very few automotive shops out there today that have customer service like this, especially to young ladies. I will be back.
