Did an awesome job with multi point inspection and pictures detailing all issues wrong with my auto. Had them take care of the major issues on the vehicle while I was able to take care of the smaller issues myself. Had a vibration coming from the front end that was fixed with balancing the new tires which two other shops couldn’t seem to take care of. I needed what was sure to be a lot of work done on a family member's car and I was referred to Kyle and the team at Greenway Auto Repair by a neighbor. I could tell right away that it was a great referral as they were polite, knowledgeable and flexible regarding scheduling. They performed a free multi-point inspection and broke everything down into critical/safety related items and those that were less urgent and could wait so we could spread it out and budget a bit. All in all there was a lot of work that needed done on a 20 year old car and their prices were very reasonable. Came in for a couple things for them to look at and repair last minute. I called ahead by a couple hours and they were happy to help find a time for me to come in that would allow them adequate time to be attentive and focused on the repairs. I’ve been going to Greenway auto for quite some time now. Whenever they have to replace something or make any changes to my vehicle, they take the time to explain what I don’t understand, show me the broken or damaged part(s) that they removed and replaced, and show me why that needed to be fixed. I trust them 100% with all my repair needs. Getting tires and alignment done soon, and I am glad they make me feel confident and safe with their team, working on my baby (my jeep).

Kyle and his staff are great. 5 Stars!!!! They do a full vehicle inspection and send you a link to the inspection with each item photographed and letting you know the urgency of the repair needed. They also don’t do work that isn’t needed. I was expecting to pay $1100 today and ended up paying only $943. When does that ever happen? Thank you for being such an honest shop! This is the best service from any business I have ever come in contact with. Not just automotive, but any business. And I'm 68, so that covers a lot of businesses and their owners. I was taken through pictures that showed either parts that were replaced/repair-ed or any repairs that will need to be done going forward. Very friendly. Very professional. Explained things on a level that I could see from the pictures what they had done and what needs to be done. And in terms that I, as a customer, could understand. I have never had any business that backed up their service with photographic proof. I trust they did what they said they did and at a price that was very favorable.
