The people at the dealership were awesome. My only complaint would be that when I first made an appointment to have my vehicle get a new key made. They didn’t tell me I needed to order a key and made an appointment for me to have a new key installed. it’s a little hard to get a new key made when You don’t have a key the answer service I would recommend changing.

On a Sunday afternoon, I experienced a puncture in my right rear tire, that was not repairable. I got online and made an appointment for Monday morning at the Porsche service center, for 7:15 AM. I got in there on Monday morning, they had a loaner for me and had my car as good as new by lunchtime. I was extremely grateful for the great service that they provided.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but when it’s due, as it is here, I feel compelled to say something. The service team at Porsche North Scottsdale is outstanding. My service advisor, Jaime Avila, is truly wonderful. He’s a great communicator, keeps me in the loop at every step, and his knowledge of the cars is second to none. More importantly, he gives reasonable, honest advice about what services actually need to be performed - no upselling, no pressure. I also want to recognize the shop foreman, Jeff, who went the extra mile in a way that really stood out. I had a squeak coming from the driver-side area, and instead of guessing, Jeff took the time to go for a drive with me so we could identify the sound together. We drove around, pinpointed it, and they fixed it. That kind of care and attention makes a difference. I couldn’t say enough nice things about Jaime, Jeff, and the entire service team. Great communication, real expertise, and a genuine willingness to go above and beyond. I truly appreciate great service, and this was exactly that.

The. Best. Service. Center. Ever. Brand new, 48 service bays, with amazing lounge overlooking it all. Expanded to 48 means no need to wait 2 weeks to get in. The lounge seating is so comfortable with great snacks and coffee/ water/ sodas available. Apparently they don’t mind if you stop by even without a service need, just for the coffee!

This dealership seems efficient and professional. The service dept. has diagnosed and repaired issues on my 2024 Porsche Cayenne ehybrid (with under 4500 miles) TWICE. The issues reflect Porsche itself, not the dealership. However, both times a filthy porsche has been returned to me! (see pics.) Each time my car has been in their possession for at least five days- plenty of time to wash it. The second time it even said "wash" and there was a large blue check mark on the top corner of the papers I signed?! This really ruins the experience for me, as trite as that may sound. I expect more of a "concierge" experience when I bring in a Porsche. When I take my Jeep or older Ford truck to the dealer they are always returned washed. I will not be using this Porsche of North Scottsdale in the future.

I have been to Bmw service Lexus service Mercedes service and this was the best experience I've ever had due to Jordan Singer. I have an 05 911 and it needed a service Jordan thank you so much for your professionalism and great communication while I had My Baby service. There's no other place I'll ever go to you've earned a thankful customer who will return over and over and over again thank you for your honesty. As overall it's probably one of the nicest dealerships I've ever been in!
