I highly recommend this business. It’s not easy to find people you can trust and people that are more than willing to answer all your questions. They are very good listeners and great at their jobs. I recommend having them do a complete inspection of your vehicle. They uncovered some things that I wouldn’t normally have asked someone to look at. After having them complete the work they recommended, I have renewed confidence in my vehicle. Go talk to these guys and then you will have a great experience and someone you can trust.

This is the only place I’ll ever take my cars, I’ve tried elsewhere and my cars always end up right back here. With no guilt trip. They are practically investigators disguised as mechanics! Thorough. They go through it all and really find you issue. And they’re honest. They itemize everything in their quotes so it’s easy to tell you’re not getting messed with. Labor time is appropriate for the jobs as well. Very communicative and clean. Always get my vehicle back better than I took it in.

My first visit, an oil & filter change, was excellent and informative. Tadd explained the maintenance procedures for cars that are consuming more oil and gas in an easy to understand way and demonstrated with real engine parts ! Tadd recommended using both oil cleansing and fuel cleansing products for higher gas milage and lower oil consumption. Next oil & filter change we will start the process. The service garage gave a quick turn around time. This included an overall check up of the car's health. Also, their price for a synthetic oil change and filter was the lowest I could find !

This place was so great! They were able to get me in next day, first thing in the morning. The guy at the front was so pleasant, honest and was very thorough. I feel the price was very reasonable too compared to other places. My big thing was is that even though I needed other services, they did not pressure me at all and said here are the quotes and services when you’re ready. If it was urgent they would tell me. All around amazing service for a first time costumer! This will definitely be my go to from now on!

Although diagnostic testing is standard to access what's needed for a cars repair, $157 dollar charge just to look at my car and no further services was financially abusive. They could not pinpoint the exact cause of my car true issue and suggested I needed a new engine beyond the total cost of my cars worth plus labor. To make matters worst, I was pressed for the diagnostic fee as if I wasn't going to honor it by being reminded that my car would not be released to be towed until payment was received, as if I was trying to avoid payment. I had to tow my car to another mechanic shop to be properly diagnosed and fixed. It was a waste of my money and time. RESPONSE to the feedback given in concern to this initial review above : Your feedback is one of verbal manipulation and paints me out as a novice customer who could ill afford or was upset the cost of repairing my vey was too much for alIedgedly gave a review based on such. This will be my last and only response to such foolishness. This is the second time that you question my pockets and my ability to pay for services rendered, even if your saying it in a nice manner. I am no stranger having cars worked on and understanding diagnostic process goes into the repair of the vehicle in question. I never had a diagnostic done where the actual issue wasn't targeted or presented, and was made to pay full price for a faulty diagnostic check, telling me that I need a whole new engine in my car and it would exceed the cost of the car and cost me expeditiously for the labor alone was mechanic price-gouging. If it was a matter of finances it is not the company's fault whether I can afford services and I would never use such an excuse to write a poor service review. The fact of the matter is, the diagnostic fee was excessive prognosis itself and the alternative given to fix my vehicle. I had to tow my vehicle to a certified mechanic who not only properly diagnose told me I didn't need another engine, just another fuel pump🤷

I had a great experience with Mr. Mechanic and highly recommend them. I brought my 2013 Honda CR-V in for a knocking noise and A/C was not cooling properly. They did a very thorough diagnostic to find the real cause. They explained everything clearly, including why a full A/C system repair was needed due to a failing compressor, and kept me informed the entire time. The A/C compressor, condenser, and related components were replaced properly, and they also fixed a worn belt tensioner and idler pulley that were contributing to the noise. After the repairs, the knocking sound was completely gone and my A/C works perfectly. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning to Mr. Mechanic for future service.
