After I had my coins eaten a couple times and never got a response from management after inquiring, I made the mistake of using my card. A very costly mistake since the machine charged me $20 each time and they refused to return my money. Looks like I’ll be driving to Medford from now on and I suggest you do the same! What a racket!

There seems to be some malfunction at this place nearly every time I go here. The payment device sometimes won't take quarters and requires you to use a credit card (I prefer to pay with quarters), sometimes it takes my quarter, but doesn't "register" my deposit, no soap comes out of the sprayer when using the wash cycle, the hose leaks badly, when using the tire cleaner there's no evidence that any "cleaner" is coming out of the sprayer, or some other problem crops up unexpectedly.

There were zero working stalls this morning. (Far right blocked off, second from right no brush, two on left had zero pressure)Charged my credit card 10 dollars to pump out air instead of soap and water. Owner or attendant was on site and came to swipe his card to show me it worked, and instead showed that it indeed charges your card but not that the pumps work. Tried to vacuum my car for $2. Vacuum lasted 3 or 4 minutes. $2.00 vacuums the whole vehicle anywhere else. Pretty clear gouging. This place shouldn't be in business under its current condition. Was even hassled by the attendant for putting the trash from my car into the dumpster because "some people dump their home trash there". Was pretty clearly cleaning my car out, not dumping bags of my "home trash". $12 later and I still have a dirty car and only my backseat vacuumed. Don't usually like to leave bad reviews for small business but it's clear this one needs to be repaired or sold to someone who will repair and run properly. Edit in response to owner: Myself and another woman both told you there was no pressure and you directed us both to a laundromat for a refund. There wasn't a mention of a free wash or vacuum, but its hard to see how you could do that considering the pump wasn't working. Plenty of opportunity for it. My review will stand. Fix the equipment or put an out of order sign up so people can avoid paying money for nothing. Had to travel to Medford to find a car wash that worked.

I’ve been coming to this place for years. Was glad when they put in card readers to pay with debit. Easy enough, you just push the button when you’re done and the theoretically it stops charging you. Washed my car yesterday and stopped it after a few minutes, should’ve been 2.80, according to the readout. The water stopped so it definitely shut off. Only I just looked at my bank statement and was charged $12. Super shady.

I am new to the area. If you are looking for a place to wash your car this is the place. Ignore the bad reviews. Everything here is in working order. Change machine, vacuums, and the wash area are all on point. Will definitely return weekly. 🥰

Love this car wash. Does a great job and has an array of features to get your whole car squeaky clean. The wax actually works. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the wash. Very easy on the paint and great water pressure to get every nook and cranny. Only con is the time it takes to transition from one washing mode to the next but this only costs a handful of pennies. I accidentally left my card running without hitting the stop button after finishing my wash. The price had run up while I was vacuuming, and it just so happened the manager pulled in behind me to wash her car. She hit the finish button for me and gave me more of a refund than I deserved! Very fortunate and also great customer service. Highly recommended, especially over typical car washes that are horrible for your paint and car. If you’re willing to put in the work to wash your car, there’s no better option around!

This carwash feels like a total scam. Used to go here in college and it was fine. Now they make you buy tokens, then the machine will take five bucks in tokens and not even turn on. Fed it a credit card and found out it costs $10 for about 5 minutes. The pressure washer is the weakest in the industry and the tiny brush is not worthy of washing a car. Skip this place. It is obvious they don't care about customers or what the customers get. It is just a lame hustle to take your money and leave you feeling robbed. If the owner would like this review dropped, my phone number and email are easily found locally or he/she can reply and make it right for this to be removed.

Had a bad experience my first time here (vacuum machine ate my coins), second time here the pressure washer never kicked on in the bay I was in. Don't think I'm going to risk a third time of losing my money here

It was pricey for a do it yourself car wash. It was $4 just to vacuum the car and still didn't get it done. The time kept running out. I spent $9 to wash it and the brush had mud all over it and some kind of grease. So I had to go to a different spot to rinse and wash off that residue. Kinda a bummer. I will drive to Medford Delta Waters car wash or the one on W. Main St by Dairy Queen. It is worth the drive for a better prices and equipment to use.

Used to be great, went in and car was washed as expected. Today, machine ate my quarters and I had to call two numbers to find out who to contact about refund-seems. Had to text a number. (no clear signage and most visible number I found pointed to company who makes machines, not local owner) I'm hopeful they respond as I'd very much like to continue to frequent this place. Will update if I hear back from them. ---- Update: Responded promptly to text and going to get refund tomorrow from Henry's Laundromat (shared owners). Apparently, someone was plugging up quarter machine with bus tokens. 4.19-updated Looked at credit card statement, there was a $14 charge for the car wash-that should've been $3 (Yikes!). Asked about mistake and was told they don't do refunds and I was supposed to press end charges (not clearly marked). I wish they cared about the experience of customers, but will not be frequenting this place.

First the machine wouldn't take my card so I whent to the bank pulled 20$ I come back one machine took 10$ without returning my money or turning on, so I go to the next machine and same thing. This used to be my favorite place to wash my car it sucks I can't go anymore.

Update: went from 5-2 stars. Been back 3 times since my original post. Every time the sprayers don't work or the hose on the brush has a malfunction or there is no water pressure. Guy working there is useless, tells you to go to some laundry mat to ask for a refund?! I know these places take some abuse but this is rediculous. I would not suggest anyone waste their time coming here. Best self car wash in the area. Wish I had found it sooner. Good water pressure, everything worked like it should. Love the convenience of using a credit card.

Vacuums are a total scam. You have to pay for them using special tokens that are not useable anywhere else and 2$ maybe gets you 10 min. The car wash itself is also pretty overpriced. Most other car washes I’ve been too are ten dollars for the wash and the vacuum’s are free

Easy Pull-Thru Stalls. Spacious enough for our big Truck…. Sprayer reaches easily all around vehicle. Just be aware that you HAVE TO HIT STOP BUTTON to stop the charges… we used credit card but you could enter cash too…

Pretty keen I've been giving my vehicles baths here since I was 16. Heads up they have a token dispenser not a quarter dispenser so you can't come here then satisfy your urge to play the quarter drop machine at another local business nearby.
