I called to ask for prices and the conversation felt exactly like talking to a used car salesman who is desperate to make their commission paycheck. He kept cutting me off mid-sentence. Twice I tried to ask a question and he just talked right over me, telling me all the things he was going to sell me "because I need them". My interaction with Aspen Sound in Cd'A was just a bad experience all around.

Two years later I went back and added the twin JL Audio Stealth box and I couldn't be happier. Colby was a rockstar thru the whole thing, helped me pick out a capacitor just to be safe, and got me hooked up. The tech (I'm really sorry I didn't get his name) did suuuuuper clean work! He took the time to address some concerns I had and pretty much rebuilt the first install to make sure I'm good to go for years to come. Once again Aspen came thru with top notch service, and exceeded all my expectations! The wife's Tundra is next for sure. Shop with confidence at Aspen!

I was referred to Aspen Sound by the most well known boat marina in the area when I was commissioning my boat for the summer They said that Aspen could upgrade my sound system on my boat. I walked in and talked with Kobe, a sales rep there. I described what I was looking for. He said to send me a text with pictures and descriptions and he would give me options. I did that. The idea was when I brought my boat in for fall service they could install the system. Crickets. I called back in several weeks later and asked for him. He said his phone wasn't working right and to email the same info to him. I did that. Crickets. I tried again before bringing my boat in for fall service. More excuses. Never did get a response. I guess they have enough business. I went back to the marina and told them to stop referring them since they were totally unresponsive.

Been going here for car audio and security for over 8 years now. Front desk people have change but everyone there works to make your audio or security just how you want it. They have both upgraded and built a custom audio system for me then supported their work since. Great place and good deals too. This place was awesome. I ordered a stereo for my son’s jeep for Christmas and we installed it. Because I’m an amateur, I did a couple things wrong and did not have time to trouble shoot. I walked in the front door. They came out, took a look, swapped a couple of wires and fixed all my problems. They did not even think about charging me. I noticed the store was super clean professional and I will definitely be going back there again. PS if you ever think about ordering from Crutchfield, don’t they absolutely suck. They said the installation and was going to be easy and it was everything but trust these guys they know what they’re doing they’re professional and they have great prices.
