Got an oil change and a few days later noticed oil was leaking. Took it back in and Charles and his associate got to work ASAP to find the problem (a bad seam on the oil filter) and delivered some great service (replaced it, cleaned things up, and topped the oil off). Thanks!

Had to give it 4 stars today, Sept 4th 2019. Reason being ,I checked my oil, before coming in, just 200 yards away, and it was full. Did this because of the mixed reviews since I was in there last. And they put down, bring in level was 1 quart low. It was not. Other than that great service.

Pulled up for an oil change. There were cones in front of both stalls. I only saw one person working. He looked at me, stood up from his chair and then got it in his phone and never looked at me again. So instead I left because obviously my business wasn't important to him.

After waiting 35 minutes to get into the service bay, I politely asked the oil technician if he accepted element fleet cards. He was so rude and curt and said no that I simply told him to close my hood and I left and went to another facility instead. I would not recommend this place as the staff working there are extremely rude and not customer-focused at all

I just needed an oil change. The main tech was very rude. I wanted the same type of oil I had before but he wouldn’t even look at my previous invoice from the dealership. Half of the items they said were checked on my receipt weren’t done. I asked if some one could please check my tire pressure and he said “I suppose someone could do that”. My first and last visit.

I've personally never been there before but my grandma has been there as a regular customer many times and she says that their service is impeccable as well as their people are very sociable and nice, their service is quick easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent place to get an oil change for a decent price.

This is the only place I will get my oil changed. It has to be one of the best places I've been to. Charles was very nice and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs something done with their car. Very nice people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst attitudes and customer service I have ever seen. Last time I was there they guy servicing my vehicle didn’t speak a work just changed the oil and handed me the bill to sign. Today I arrived there at 8:52 am. In big letters across their door it says OPEN at 8 AM but there was a closed sign in the window. Two employees standing in the service bay saw me pull up and went into a room and basically hid. I walked in the office door and said “hello” twice before a guy came out. I asked if they were open and he said with attitude that they don’t open till 9. I said then why does your door have night writing on it that says you open at 8am? He just said we are closed and turned and went back in the room where he came from. Never again will I give this place my business!

We have been here once before and did a normal oil change, they recommended that we change out all fluids for new fluids (transmission, transfer case, differentials). I have grown up around cars and went to college for diesel mechanics (yes I graduated) although I do something else for a living. So I know vehicles for the most part. I told them no on the other fluids and to just do the engine oil. Everything went good. Price was fair. We left and 5000 miles later we came back for another oil change. This time I decided I should do a transmission flush, I have a 2014 gmc with 87000 miles on it. Shifts and runs like a dream but I figured it would be a good idea to do the transmission and I would do the transfer case and differentials at home in my garage since I don’t need a machine to drain those fluids. They got to work on the service. They hooked up the transmission flush machine, I was inside the truck just waiting, and it looked like maybe they were having some issues, they got everything finished up then told us that the transmission doesn’t have any pressure and it won’t run the machine. I tried questioning them but they would just say they aren’t a transmission shop so they don’t know. (Why do you offer transmission flushed if you don’t know?) They said there was nothing they could do and they recommend a transmission shop and sent me on my way... we went to the car wash next door to get our free car wash from the oil change and realized that they were closed right after we left... we came to the conclusion that they didn’t want to work passed closing time so they told us something was wrong and couldn’t do the service so they could get off work on time, on a Saturday might I add as well. Anyways I don’t recommend going there, they aren’t very professional and they didn’t treat us all that great, they suggested I go spend my money diagnosing a transmission that doesn’t have issues because they want off work on time. I would have been ok with them saying “hey we close soon and don’t have time for the transmission flush”

Guy under my car didn't seem to know what he was doing. Spent the entire time cursing my vehicle, eventhough it is a very common brand. Sounded like he was beating on something down there with a hammer. Mind you, I was getting an oil change. Asked the other guy what the problem was, and he ignored me. I got a "full service inspection". I know for a fact, they didn't check anything besides the oil. No car wash was offered, eventhough last time I went, I was offered one. I will be taking my car to my usual mechanic, if there is damage found, I plan to seek legal resource. Do yourself a favor, and do not go here.

I requested a oil change for my Tundra, furnish my own synthetic oil and filter. Parker Toyota was booked all day this Saturday and I stopped to wash my car and stopped int to Fastlane Quick Lube to see if they could fit me in and honor the $25.95 price that Parker charges. The attendant told me they could not match Parker Toyota's pricing who is directly next door. I asked if they would be willing to compete with their pricing as Parker was indeed their competition. His answer two times was "I don't Care". I asked to see the manager to share with him how his employees treated me and exactly what he said "I don't care". The manager stated to me that was how the do business and to leave. I mentioned I would never come back and would tell all my friends about this experience. He did not care and told me to leave. I left in disbelief.

I have been in on multiple multiple occasions both for my own car and with my dad. Tech are always kind and knowledgeable. The job they do is always done efficiently and in a timely manner. I was taking a flight that day to travel to my father's funeral. I had enough time to get oil changed in my car if the place was not busy and fast enough. Had already tried Valvoline but they had a 90 minute wait. So i tried this place for first time. Pulled in and see that they have two bays, both of which are filled, but no cars are behind them. So i pulled behind one of the bays, but not so far as i can't turn around in case they aren't going to be done soon. There are several employees, and none of them come out to greet me and/or give me a time estimate. You know, like every other oil change place does. This goes on for 10 minutes and I'm thinking, "I need to know how much longer it's going to be," so i get out of my car and walk up to a tech and start to ask, but before i get a word out he says "you need to get back in your car." I try to say "I just need to know how long it's going to be" but he interrupts me and says you need to get back in your car now." I'm sorry to say I laughed in his face (that wasn't very big of me) and I did get back in my car and immediately left and went to another place closer to the airport I was headed to. I'm NEVER going to give this place my business. Based on the reviews I see from people who had similar experiences I can see this wasn't an isolated incident.

Went in to get an oil change. Told the man we had questions about cost before driving in. He didn’t speak to us, and motioned us in and shut the garage door behind us. We then said we have questions about how much it’s going to cost. With no eye contact and a dismissive tone the tech said, “We’ll get to that.” After putting in the license plate number into the computer he said, “You’ve never been here before” my brother said no I haven’t. They said open the hood. We again stated we wanted to know how much it would cost. They said they needed to know the engine size. My brother told them. At this point both my brother and I were feeling like something was off with their treatment and interactions with us. As if we weren’t welcome there. We asked them to open the gate and let them know we weren’t getting our oil changed there. He responded with yeah, good. I would not recommend this place. Not sure why we were treated so rudely.

I’ve been going to Fast Lane for my oil changes for 4 years now. They are always quick and honest about what my car needs. They are careful to make sure my car is always in better shape when I leave than it was when I came in! The employees are really nice and professional and I always recommend their services to friends and family when they are looking for a new place. These guys have never screwed me over so I keep coming back!

Rude. Horrible customer service. The main tech had a bad attitude right from the start. My husband told the tech what oil he wanted in HIS car but was told no, he had to look to see what it took. We are not asking you what you think it takes, we are telling you what we want. After my husband telling him 2 more times what kind of oil he wanted we finally said we will go somewhere else. He did not care. Apparently they have plenty of business so we went to One Stop Lube Hayden and we’re treated with respect. I recommend going there instead of Fastlane.

If you're looking for someone to shoot you straight and be honest, I would recommend giving these guys a try. They weren't trying to up-sell me. They educated me and gave me good information. This is my new go-to for an oil change. They don't take appointments, so you'll never know exactly how long you'll be there so be open.

The crew are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They get you in and out very quickly and there is no pressure to purchase additional services. I received a very thorough inspection of my vehicle with all of the manufactures recommendations. I see a couple of reviews saying that the employees are rude. I have to say that in my experience the employees have never been rude or pushy with me. They have always done a very thorough job and have been very courteous.

Several members of my family go here, as you can see from the reviews. We always get top-notch courteous service from the knowledgeable staff. They often times go above and beyond what the normal service entails. The last time I was in - while my vehicle was being serviced one of the staff (on his own and at no charge) cleaned up and refinished my frosty headlight lenses! This greatly improved my headlight output. I appreciate all the work they do.
