I had the wheel hub assemblies changed here and after the work was done, the axle started leaking oil. They said they would change the oil seal that was leaking for a reduced labor price but ended up going against their promise after I dropped the truck off. Pure lack of accountability and no sense of pride from the "mechanics." Would not recommend.

I called a few other shops before this one. They were all booked for up to 4 weeks. The last one I called recommended Mid Town. He said I really trust those guys. I called Mid Town, Scott answered. I told him I need to have the t-stat changed in my 2007 Nissan Frontier and that we supposed to head home to Bend tomorrow...can you replace it today?? He said sure. I said what time. He said 10. We got there at 9:45. He had it fixed in 2 hours. Great service. Asked the right questions. Recommended a great place to have breakfast. "GARNET CAFE". I wish Scott and his crue were in Bend Oregon.

Was having problems with my car found out that I had a bad battery. The mechanic there didn't charge me a arm and a leg .just a small fee plus the cost of the new battery. And I was out with in a hr and a half . They gave me great service. There great people and very honest . I recommend them to anyone who has car problems especially women.

This place is awesome!!! I was 800 miles away from home when a wheel bearing went out on my SUV. These guys took my car in when nobody else had the time. They fixed it and had me on my way quickly. And didn't gouge me on the price. THANK YOU sooo much!!

Owner bad mouthed local dealer saying they leave tools under hood & charge too much & take too long. So what do you think happened at midtown motors. Took MORE THAN A WEEK for simple repairs, owner got in my face for asking if it is done after 5 days, & mechanic left bolts off & wrench under hood. When I went back to Parker Toyota they pointed out midtown shabby work & compared charges. I would have saved $200 with Parker as well.

There is just not enough good you can say about Midtown. Scott is not only a great mechanic, he's an awesome person to boot! Everyone at Midtown is a consummate pro! They got my old Dodge Dinosaur of a van running like a champ and I can not thank them enough. The pricing is fair, the work is fast and it's done RIGHT. My whole family loves Scott! And clean? Dang! I would eat off the floor in his garage before I would eat off the table in some restaurants! You will NOT be disappointed with Midtown! Great bunch of guys and awesome mechanics!

We were on our way back home to seattle WA when our Yukon overheated but we couldn't understand why as it's maintained regularly. We were so lucky to be directly across the street from MidTown MotorWorks. Once the truck cooled down enough to drive it to this shop, someone looked at it right away. They had other vehicles already there but knowing we were technically stranded they tried to fit us in. The truck was fixed within 2hrs, they had to replace our faulty thermostat and the bill was soo reasonable for the work and all the tests they'd done. I can imagine other places would scalp us and what choice do we have being stuck far from home?! We couldn't have been more grateful for their efficient and great service!! If we lived here this is where we'd take our vehicles all the time!! We'd HIGHLY recommend this shop. Very kind and professional people!! THANK YOU sooo much!!!

While stopped in CDA on a road trip, my car started leaking oil and I needed to get it looked at. Not only did MidTown MotorWorks squeeze me in when other shops in the area couldn't, but the owner also swung by after he had shut down for Labor Day Weekend so that I could pick up my car and get back home. Great customer service and very reasonable prices... if I lived in the area MidTown MotorWorks would instantly become my go to stop for all of my car maintenance

We bought our 1998 Ford Explorer the same day, and broke down near Midtown in Coeur d'Alene, ID. How lucky we were ! Scott, Gabe and Joseph took their time to diagnose the SUV issue and tried several times to fix the problem. They were kind, patient and determined. Brilliant guys !! Despite several attempts, they were unsuccessful and refunded the car part they changed. They saved our road trip. I recommend this garage 100%.

Highly recommend! These guys saved me a ton of money, and worked hard to save me around $1500 on a part by calling around to find a "grade A" quality used rear differential. They also made the job their priority because they knew I was in a rental car. The job was finished under time, under the budget they quoted me, and the job was done right. I had taken my Jeep to a shop 2 other times where the issue was still never fixed. They drove my car 50 feet, jacked it up, and had it properly diagnosed in 5 minutes. Wow, what a difference having a knowledgeable mechanic makes. I will never stop recommending these guys. They did right by me, and went above and beyond anything they were expected to do. You won't find a better set of mechanics. Take your vehicle here. You won't regret it.

Took my car in for a vibration I wanted fixed, after I got the tires balanced by a tire shop and it didn't fix it. They told me it was a CV axle, I paid them for the diagnosis, then went home and replaced the axle. Didn't go away. I called back and they offered to take another look at it for free since they misdiagnosed it. They called me back saying they figured out it was the tire balance, which was bizarre as I just had the tires balanced. I go pick it up, and they have a nice crisp $200 invoice waiting for me. I authorized no work to be done and only took it in since they offered to take another look at it for free. I understand their standpoint but doing unauthorized work, charging for it AND charging for a 2nd inspection after offering to inspect it for free is just scummy.

We have taken a couple of our cars to Midtown Motors after being told we needed $$ thousands in repairs at Les Schwab and Perfection Tires. Midtown Motors informed us that our vehicles required only simple repairs and fixed the problems for a FRACTION of the costs. These guys are honest and are very capable mechanics who will fix your car properly without trying to take you to the cleaners! I can't say enough about them as this type of honesty, dedication, and competency is in short supply nowadays. They are good with both foreign and domestic too!
