Not a fan of intoxalock have had it for one year and nothing but problem's tried to call them they put me on hold for 45 minutes just to tell me that I have to have my car towed cause they need install a new device I didn't due anything wrong there device malfunction was not my fault period 55 dollars to replace a new one.

The installer was excellent. I can't find an employee in customer service in India that doesn't read off a script. It's been a week and they still haven't sent my paperwork to sign either by app or otherwise and they are threatening that I'm out of compliance. Everything is done via app and no help. So if it doesn't show on app you're basically screwed. It's literally hell.

Matt, the installer, has been great from install to removal. You don't want to deal with customer service. If they help you with anything it takes a lot of time and effort on your part.
